I am pleased with the service that the manager, Barbara, provided me and helped with all of my questions and concerns. She was able to help me figure out a better plan that worked for me. While I hate that the fees are constantly going up, and have increased a lot since I started renting from them, the customer service has made it easier. Thank you Barbara for your professionalism and desire to help others!

I can't ever access the gate thru the app. The keypad to enter access code is in a position that you have to get out of your car to enter the code anytime entering or leaving. Really inconvenient.

I currently rent here and have several time over the years the facility is clean and the staff is pleasant only problem I have is the fact that the units in the middle of the property are on a incline that not ideal when moving things in and out

I came to public storage to ask a couple of questions because I will be needing a storage in the next couple of weeks, and Barbara was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable. I will most definitely rent a storage at this location when I need it.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Whatever you do avoid this place at all costs! I rented here for 6 months. When I went to inform them of my move out the lady conveniently was no were to be found. I called a bit later and she told me that I would be charged for the following month because I had used my gate code to try to find her in the property.She told me there was nothing she could do but to call customer service and they would fix it. Called customer service and they were no help because the notes that the person left on my account were completely contrary to what she told me when I spoke with her.

Excellent customer service

The rate of my storage went up without warning after only a few months and whoever red is would not help me. I repeatedly asked for the district manager info. I of course get behind I paid was constantly behind having to pay the higher rate and now late fees on top of that still called constantly to try to resolve the situation they never ever answered I have days I would call from The time I opened left on the vm what time I had to go into work and the unit time they would call back would be 8 hours later while I was at work right before they closed. I was told by red my storage was set for auction on November 27th. Written notices did not have a date of auction. I continued making payments up until that date just to be told by someone else red doesn’t work there and my storage sold November 22 not the 27th. I had family heirlooms I had pictures my child’s things all things that are irreplaceable things my dead father gave me. All because no one communicates properly and there’s is no customer service. I was finally given the number to Troy the district manager called multiple times left voice mails have yet to hear from him. Oh and when I was bawling on the phone I was told if I couldn’t calm down she would disconnect the call and she hung up. I just lost everything me and my child own. I’m in the process of getting an attorney but in the meantime everyone in the mid cities area will hear the recorded conversation and will know not to rent at this place.

It is the worst public storage I have ever been to. After you pay for your rental they put a lock on your storage. Yes they lock you out of your storage when you pay. And then they blame you. So I don't recommend public storage for anybody's use you do not have free access to your storage unit only when you can get them to take off their locks

My experience with Red today was great! I needed a storage unit asap she had one ready for me. I walked in signed my paperwork and was moving my things I got he storage. Storage unit was clean and perfect size. Red went over the pricing and contract . Great place to deal with!!!!

This place more than doubled my rent over the course of a year, while the starting rate of all the other units remained the same. And the office was not open during scheduled hours the several times I went there. The only time I ever saw the staff was when someone drove by to make sure nobody broke into any units the previous night.

Nice facility

They will increase rates on you every month is seems like the price is never the same. Straight highway robbery. I was paying $40 per month now it’s $160 somehow and I never agreed to any sort in price increase or modification to my account. I will be moving my things out and they don’t even care to try to make things right . I hope other people do the same and bankrupt them. There are way better places out there.

Have gone up on my rent every 6 months GREEDY almost pay enough for renting an apartment with more square footage

The person running the front office is rude, inconsiderate, and obviously "just an employee". She doesn't care one bit about making your life miserable and helping you is the last thing on her mind. I'd give zero stars if I could.

We went to help out a renter there and move her things. We noticed there was damage to the ceiling inside the unit and outside. Her processions had noticeable water damage and was infested with bugs. The lady up at the front office was very unprofessional and rude to everyone there. Do not store your items here. It's not worth it.

My parents and/or I have had a unit here for around 12 years, every manager has been great, professional, friendly, easy to get along with. But in my opinion, this new manager has a chip on her shoulder. I feel she was rude, uncooperative and cared nothing about my issues or concerns. Then she refused to give me a number to complain on her. I would not rent here as long as this current manager is employed at this location. I recorded my calls to her, I would recommend you do the same just to cover yourself.

We tried to get access through gate code and we're not yet at point where locks were cut but couldn't get code to open gate. I'm leaving town tonight for a trip out of state and needed access. Had paid it in full. This happened twice. Had to get manager permission to confirm my payment. I think this should be more automatic access once payment is made.

DO NOT RENT HERE. The police have said that the place is broken into every couple of months. The cameras there - just for show. They do not record. The doors that require codes to log in - some doors don't actual shut and lock. 24 hours before I was supposed to move out I try to enter, and the box says," See manager." When I finally got a manager, I was told that the entire system was broken and I could not get access to my possessions to move out. After the end of the month, they showed no record of my account. So I couldn't get my belongings. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. BEWARE.

Locked out of my own storage. In the 2 months I have used this facility there has been break ins and there’s trash everywhere. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Coming in to say, I had a question about my account and spoke with the friendliest, nicest lady who understood and IMMEDIATELY took care of my concerns. I won't rent at any other location. Property is well maintained, safe, and not one time have I had bugs or other pests. You have to remember - some bad reviews are left because you kinda have to pay your bill to get your stuff. Please take those with a grain of salt. FABULOUS facility and people.

If I could give lower then 1 star I would. To start off with, about 3-4 years ago we made a reservation for a unit that was suppose to cost only $30 that month and got charged the full price once we got there completely taking away the online deal that I had made. Within the same year, they made a mistake on their end and forced us to repay for another month when we had paid 2 months in advance and NEVER got our money back. They refused. Then recently a few months ago when finally being able to reach our unit, there was water damage on my sentimental , guitar amps, tvs, and game consoles. I had been told that without evidence I couldn't do anything about the insurance that we were already paying for. So of course when we came back to recieve our things, the roof conviently was "fixed" along with some of our belongings such has tool and collectibles that had been STOLEN from us. They don't know how to answer a phone nor be at their own office before closing hours and have met several people that had the same issues has us. I can't speak for all Public Storage but this specific location is the worse place to trust any of your belongings at.

I have a storage at this facility and there is absolutely no climate control there. I went there to retrieve a few boxes Saturday 6/11/22 and almost passed out when I went inside this storage. I became dizzy, lightheaded, and my heart was pounding from going in this hot storage to the point I had to sit down on my items while I catch my breath and there are cameras there but nobody came to check on me. Yes I had a talk cup of ice water and was doing fine before I entered this place. It felt like 180 degrees in this place. To make matters worse you have to enter a code just to leave this place. If I would’ve passed out I would’ve been stuck inside this awful place. I called their office several times to report this incident but they never answered. So I went back the next day and saw an attendant that was working there I tried to flag her down and get her attention and she gave me the most disgusting look as she drove off in a golf cart. I wish I would’ve called the ambulance that day I almost passed in out in this burning hot facility because I barely made it out of that place. I even went to the hospital to get treated for heat exhaustion from this incident. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this awful storage facility.

Daisy was absolutely amazing. I was having a hard day and car problems and she still stayed after closing to help me secure a unit. I can't say enough positive words about this location. The unit, the office, and even the bathroom were all clean. The process to rent a unit was easy and the rates were great, especially with the special they offer. Thank you Daisy for a great experience!!

Love this location! Vicki is literally one of the sweetest people I have met! She always greets you with a smile, and is willing to help with any issues you have. We moved more than 15 minutes from the location, and didn't change our storage because we love this place.

Vicki is an amazing property manager. Helped me during a fast move. Made as easy and stress free especially with helping with needed size. And she smiled, managed 2 other people with needs, and a phone call. And still smiled. The unit is just what I wanted.
