Recently rented the space & the facility is fine, but access hours are limited. I knew that going in, but there only seems to be one moving cart / trolley available for the entire facility (5 - 8 buildings) - and every visit to add items into my storage includes a 5-10 minute search looking for that cart. Two out of the four or 5 times I’ve been there, I could not find that cart. I went to the office to ask - they responded that people steal them, so they only plan to have the one cart available. (No cameras? Are my items safe?)
I go there to drop off or pick up stuff. Not spend 5 - 10 minutes searching for a cart

A woman called me about my bill on Sunday June 2nd, I pulled up my laptop to see what card they were talking about. She rushed me off the phone. I tried calling her back an hour later, she didn’t pick up the phone. I tried calling her an hour later she didn’t pick up the phone. June 2nd from 3:30pm-4:30pm two black girls were both eating their lunch, I’m assuming because she waved her hand at me to show me she was eating. She didn’t get up to let us know when to return. She just rolled her eyes and continued eating. So between not answering the phones and answering the door, they didn’t help us at all. This never happen when terry was there.

The unit I rented had some leaves but he promised he would take care of it. When I went the next day to store my items the unit was clean and free of any debris. Thank you Eric.
If I could give this place a 0 start rating I would. This is the worst place to have your storage. No one is ever on property, you talk to voicemail more than a live person.

The property manager Danielle at THIS location is very unprofessional, personal hygiene is very embarrassing, she accused me of breaking my unit lock which is not true my unit was vandalized!! On three occasions when I came by she was not there, when I finally spoke to her she told me to bring my key and to leave it in a drop box which I did not feel comfortable with. I have been a customer at public storage for years but THIS property has very poor customer service. But Angel and Shavanna were extremely helpful with getting my storage fixed (this storage I had not had access for two week)

Anita was very helpful and knowledgeable about her job, took me to the storage unit to show me the space , thank you for all you do everyday .
I would like to thank Richard for all the assistance he offered on my first day moving in. He helped me find my unit, located the flatbed cart for me, and assisted me with the troubled lock for my unit. Richard is a stand up guy, and I appreciate your persistence in helping me solve my troubles. One thing I can recommend is more flatbeds in the buildings so the customers and employees don't have to go out of their way to hunt them down. Also, maybe extended gate access hours.
Sajida was very helpful and thorough in making sure I understood everything. Very easy process.
Ms. Terry has been very helpful to me since we moved in and now that we are moving out of our unit. She tried her best to accommodate our requests since we are out of state.
Came in today (8/7/2022) had an issue with my access code. Saw Ms. Terry and right away she smiled and greeted me, then took me into the office and resolved my issue with the access code and I made up one that I could remember. Thank you Ms. Terry!!!

My experience started okay, that was one year back. Terry called me the day we moved in our stuff to the storage and asked me to review the experience and was just super nice to me. So fast forward one year. We have only bad experiences starting from our first visit after move in. Every time we go the place is dark beca bulb not working. So they won’t change the bulb because they don’t have place to put their ladder, we have to change the bulb every time we go to the storage, which takes 30 mins. Today I requested Terry to change the bulb because there was room to put a ladder, she came with a ladder and then she told the bulb in there was not their bulb and secondly the there is some problem that needs to be fixed by maintenance folks and she can’t fixed it. In order to do that I am supposed give my key to her. When I asked where can i meet her to drop off the key after I show my furniture to the people with me, she said I have to find her in the campus because she won’t be in the office. That made me very upset and I said how do I know where she is. She yelled at me saying that ‘ you can’t run a business out of the storage’. First of all, I am not sure why she thought I am running a business secondly she had the audacity to say it loudly in front of the other people. I will escalate it to their senior management but not hopeful. Please keep in mind there are other storage where you can access much longer hours where as this one is very short window.

Missouri City, TX 77459 && if I tell you Terry Holiday was a pleasure. She helped me with all my needs and made sure I left happy with my Storage purchase. Cause what I originally came in there for was not going to fit what I was trying to store and she stayed with me til the very end until we figured it out. & what I loved about her even tho I couldn't make up my mind she wasn't rushing me to do so....She was funny and a blast to say the least. Even tho I was frustrated cause I thought I had everything figured out before I came in there with my reservation.... My OCD had me going thru the roof but she helped me come up with a solution to help the situation I was in with getting the boxes out my garage & to Store them here so I can use the space to create my home gym in my garage.

I’ve had this storage since 2019 and have never had any issues with it. Terry and Richard are both exceptional helpers and work very hard to keep us customers satisfied at this storage location! Job well done to the both of them!
My experience with this storage facility started off pleasant. The property manager, Terry called me promptly and explained the check in process to me, she was actually very nice & thorough. I asked her was there a time that I needed to be there by to check in. She gave me the hours of operation and told me that as long as I came during that time, I would be ok. On move in day, I arrive at the storage location with my uhaul and movers (who I am paying by the hour). No one is there. I literally sat there for an hour and no one came to help me. There was not a note on the door saying she was out to lunch, or a phone number to call. I tried calling customer service and they were absolutely no help! No one had a way to get in touch with Terry, the property manager or the district manager. After waiting there for over an hour and being charged; I had no choice but to find another storage facility near by. This was a HORRIBLE experience and a costly one at that. The manager Terry called me 2 hours later and said that she was on property with another move in. Why wasn’t there a sign on the door with a phone number???The manager Terry asked me to write a google review when she called me initially to let me know the check in process. She asked me to give her 5 Stars, I can tell you this experience was far from 5 stars. If I could give it a 0 I would.
