Everything was fine but until I notified on the 29th of the month that I was no longer occupying the parking lots they said they had to supervise but I understand in the warehouses but in the parking lots you can see that even in the cameras I don't understand why they charged me another month if I was already there said on the 29th, 3 days before the end of the month and they always charged me another month, that I didn't like because they had already said that I would leave next month and on two occasions

Do not buy any auction from this location. We paid for the unit in a differnet location we won at auction and then head over here since there is no actual person working here( all kiosk). There was not a one time use auction tag on the lock. And someone already went through everything in the storage. Quite a bit stuff missing from the pictures!!! Never doing business with them.

They are the best of any public storage I have ever spoken to on the phone. However, I haven't been successful in finding someone actually there so that I can turn in the lock. Due to my crazy schedule, I go when I can, not usually planned. When it is day hours I just thought someone would be there like other storage facilities.
Visited this location on the 9th and Candie was very helpful in helping me rent a new storage. Definitely will recommend friends to this location.
Convenient because I was able to start do it all online. Rarely have person contact which I like but when I do need to go to the office sometimes no one is there. When they are in office they help me right away. The phone number on the site is not the direct number which is inconvenient.

Rented a unit online for the special. Turns out the unit not available through their Erent process so had to go to location. Went to location at 3pm with a mover I’m paying by the hour and no one is at location. Call customer service they say the manager may be on lot or lunch will be back shortly. It’s now after 4pm and no one is still here and I’m out 1hr pay for my movers. None of PS customer service was helpful or wanted to help and I’m still at location hoping someone will show up. This was a terrible experience and need to be looked into and improved.
Unfortunately, Public Storage recently took over what used to be All Storage at this location. Since then the elevator has quite working in the building that our storage unit is in. I have been trying for a week to find out when it will be fixed, because we are wanting to move our things out, but nobody seems to know anything! I have even emailed the main customer service and have not received any reply! Meanwhile all our stuff is stuck in storage and we are unable to get it out! I would not recommend using this place because they have a severe lack of customer service! All of the positive reviews here, beyond this past month, are based on a company that no longer is running this storage facility, so think twice before you rent a storage space here!
