I'm a customer at the Gazebo Street property in Little Elm. Trisha is amazing and has actually become more like a friend. I moved to Prosper recently and checked out the Public Storage facility down the road on Frontier Rd. and she didn't have the space I needed but the manager there was freaking amazing and I was sad because Angela was a pure pleasure to meet but she directed me to this other sister facility which was actually closer and had the space I needed. Joyce the new manager has been very kind and accommodating and helped solve my issues and went above and beyond any previous level of customer service I've experienced before with respect to other storage companies. Glad I picked this Public Storage. Whatever they pay Joyce, Angela, or Trisha it's probably not sufficient for the way they are caring for the customers and their properties. Raises for these rockstars!!! Above and beyond at these 3 locations!!!

They destroyed the place ever since it was bought. No more people to greet you and staff is definitely not what it used to. I would definitely go somewhere else where they value you.
