DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! If I could give -15 stars I would.This place is a full scam waiting to happen over and over again. We have been renting at this place for years and it was recently taken over by Public Storage. I went online to pay the rent fee and they had an "Additional fees owed" amount that added $405 to ever unit we had. When i called the manager to see what was going on she said she would reach out to her District Manager U.J. Cho to see what was going on because there shouldn't be anhything like that and she didn't see it on her side. The district manager refused to do anything about it or speak to me about it and told her if we didn't pay the extra fees owed to lock us out of our units which they did. When I demanded the District manager call me or we would be speaking with our attorney, he called and said to pay the fees and then he would figure it out later. But access to our spaces would still be denied. This is ridiculous. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!!! They threaten to auction off all of your belongings if you don't pay the random fees they apply to your account.

This place is a great facility. Avery clean and Joyce is friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend for your storage needs!!

I'm a customer at the Gazebo Street property in Little Elm. Trisha is amazing and has actually become more like a friend. I moved to Prosper recently and checked out the Public Storage facility down the road on Frontier Rd. and she didn't have the space I needed but the manager there was freaking amazing and I was sad because Angela was a pure pleasure to meet but she directed me to this other sister facility which was actually closer and had the space I needed. Joyce the new manager has been very kind and accommodating and helped solve my issues and went above and beyond any previous level of customer service I've experienced before with respect to other storage companies. Glad I picked this Public Storage. Whatever they pay Joyce, Angela, or Trisha it's probably not sufficient for the way they are caring for the customers and their properties. Raises for these rockstars!!! Above and beyond at these 3 locations!!!

They destroyed the place ever since it was bought. No more people to greet you and staff is definitely not what it used to. I would definitely go somewhere else where they value you.
