I’ve been renting a storage unit here for a while, and I can’t say enough good things about Lisa, the manager. After dealing with some unexpected challenges from a recent hurricane, she went above and beyond to help me. Lisa personally assisted me through the process of working with my insurance, providing guidance and support every step of the way. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made an otherwise stressful situation much more manageable. It’s rare to find someone as dedicated as Lisa, and I truly appreciate all her hard work. Easy to pick and rent the space I needed. A lock was left in the storage for my convenience. Easy to do business with.

Once you move your stuff in they jack up the price a lot every few months likely because they know it is a hassle to move to another facility. I moved out and won’t use them again.
Gate always seems to work with app which is handy. Lady at counter always helpful. Easy to get around inside.
I completed the entire process of renting a unit on line. It was so easy and fast to complete. I was sent the unit information and gate code right away. When I went to the location the code worked and when we went to the unit the lock & keys were inside ready to go.
The property was very clean and all security looked secure and intact. The building was very clean and unit was also very clean. I contacted the officer manager Natalie for just a few questions. She welcomed me to the property and was able to answer all my questions. Natalie was very kind, helpful and professional. I would recommend this location and if you have any questions contact Natalie to give you suggestions and help.
This place will gradually rob you blind. You may start with a decent rate, but over the next year or two it will nearly double. Avoid this place at all costs
It's funny how they thank the people who leave good reviews when they should be addressing the bad reviews to explain the reasoning behind the b.s. rate hikes but clearly they don't actually care about the customers.

Please never store your staff in Public Storage. Horrible place, they raising prices every 2-3 months and in a year my rent went double in price. They don’t care that you pay on time every month without delays, they just too big to care. Besides they had fleas. I moved into Storage King no increase in pay and much bigger storage for half price that I paid in Public Storage.

I rented a storage unit this week online and my online account would not load in their app. I stopped by the office fifteen minutes before closing. I was fortunate to have Dianna help me reset my account so I can make use of the app. I appreciate the great service this evening!

If you don’t mind your personal property stolen and the owners not doing a thing about it, when they know who did it, this is the place for you. However, if you value your property, I highly suggest going to one of the many other nearby storage facilities. 👎👎👎👎👎
Management at this location is aware of the theft of our property, and know who has done it. We’ve been attempting to get our items back, but keep being given the run around by the workers/manager at this location. We are promised calls back, assured our items will be returned and then don’t hear back, unless my wife or I call, then we are given the same excuses. They’ve allowed the thief to get away with it and have allowed him to still occupy at this location. I am disgusted by how this has been improperly handled and don’t trust this place. We will be moving out asap.

UPDATE: Staff is friendly but they raise their rates to ridiculous amounts for no reason any time it pleases! I started at $25 for a 5 x 5. I ended at $53 per month! Ridiculous!!
I had to move to a bigger storage unit and once again Miss Rhonda was there to guide me through and explained everything in detail and very thankful she took the time to explain everything and I would recommend my friends or family to go to that storage and see Rhonda.
