Storage starts off cheap was $112 first total with taxes and fees before second year was $300. Every 6 months or so bill goes up about $50-$65 dollars with just one month warning of the increase
Spoke with Holly on the phone after being a customer for a very longtime. I left the building 2 days after rent was due and got bill the full amount for a 10*20 unit of 280.00 for 2 days of being there.
She called and stated that she will take care of the bill due to my history as a customer. Holly was a great help in this matter and i great appreciated her customer service.
I would refer people to store there good here which is a well protected area and great customer service.
Morgana was a great help even went the extra mile to help me save money by finding promotional offer would recommend this Location

Such a clean location. They always answer the phone when I call.
If you need prompt customer service then avoid this place because no one answers the phone and no one is there during business hours.
I moved my stuff to Public Storage from another place because they raised the rent by $60; then, PS did the same thing a few months after I moved my stuff over. My rent went from $170 to $263 in less than 6 months. So sad. I have used PS in a couple of different cities over the years and was completely satisfied! They have lost my business.

I couldn’t rave more about the excellent service Valerie gave me. We were originally looking at another storage unit company, that was cheaper, but had horrible service. Valerie called me to set up an appointment to come check out the property. Just her kindness, and customer service alone are the reason I decided to not go with the other company, and brought my business to Public Storage.

Valerie was so helpful, patient and efficient with me and my friend! She figured out a very complex, money saving storage solution. We combined 2 small storage units my friend had in different locations in the San Antonio area into one new larger unit. This saved my veteran friend over $100 month! She was so kind checking in on us during the moving, and provided us with free water when it was 106 degrees outside! My husband and I have used several storage locations in the past but this one was by far our favorite. The reason is because of the customer service we received from Valerie. My husband and I have had trouble with codes and stuff before at our unit, but Valerie was there today and she was SUCH a tremendous help! She’s awesome, her communication skills are great!! And she was super understanding, she’s awesome.
I was shocked to see when I arrived at location the the property manager Valerie was actually on property. She was very courteous and was knowledgeable about policies and property area. We had a horrible experience with previous storage facility with thefts and not having access, Valerie made us feel extremely comfortable with storing our families memories with Public Storage. Jenn was very helpful and friendly. They have good dollies, clean bathrooms, return phone calls in a timely manner, and I like the ability to pay online.
So right out the gates thought I was getting a great deal on a 10x15 then I find out about a $1 deal the day I am moving stuff into the unit. But, there wasn't anyone in the office to speak to about it. As a matter of fact, you have to go to the office to get a cart to help with unloading. Come to find out from others, that rent there also, no one is ever in the office during business hours. This caused me to take longer to unload and cost me more money because I couldn't get my uhaul back in time. Should have known something was up when the call center person stated the property manager would call me in about 20 minutes to an hour when I set this up and instead got a text message at midnight with info on my unit. Already can't wait to get away from this place
We were forced scheduled an appointment to rent a unit showed up and there was no one in the office. We called and it went straight to voice-mail.
Also we had rented a smaller unit through the website and we tried the code to get in only to find that the code we received does not work.
Definitely agree with other reviews. Ms. Shayla C. Provided me with awesome customer service. Had to cancel my storage unit after paying for fees etc. She took care of canceling everything for me and will be refunding my money!

Love the space I have but there never seems to be anyone in the office during business hours. Wish they would post their hours for all of us to know when is a good time to go by if we need to speak with someone.

Needed a storage space quick and unexpectedly. Went in and Dezi showed me 2 options and was able to get me all taken care of so quickly! After the week I'd had, it was so nice to have such a friendly person so willing to help in any way she could. I'm hoping this storage is short term but if I ever need one again I'll definitely come back here. Dezi is awesome!
Came to store my household goods with Dezi and the service was great, the units were climate controlled with AC, and she went out of her way to get me information and discounts. Great place to serve all your storage needs!
It seems no one is ever on property, even during business hours. I’ve only managed to use a cart once while I’ve been storing my things here and the other 5-7 times I’ve had to lug all my boxes to my storage unit, and it’s definitely not a short breezy walk. I took these pictures last time I was there looking for a cart and I found the elevator stuffed with plywood and some couches just thrown in one of the corridors. Unfortunately, couldn’t find a cart again today, and no one was on site again… I would recommend another property or company for your storage needs.
If you're looking for a place to store you're belongings, this is the place! Dezi and Lindsay always have a friendly smile and always make everything so easy. These ladies are so helpful with and issue I may be having. The entire property is always clean!
I rent two units from this location and hardly ever go to them because I tried to pack adequately so I wouldn't need to rummage thru them. Well, I needed a tv out because the one I had gone up. I went to the storage unit and got the tv and realized the remote and plug were in another box not far back but I needed to move some things out to get to it. Long story short I didn't realize it was after 9, it was 9:30 to b exact. While coming out I accidentally let the door close and It was after 9 so it would not unlock. I wouldn't have cared if I had not left my keys inside to my car and my house. I called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do. Fortunately there was another person coming out and I asked them to hold the door for me.
All is well, fine and good till this morning I was called by the property manager and threatened that if that happens again my hours will be restricted to just business hours. Like that matters, it's only 3 hours less than your regular access hours....LOL -
I pay these people almost $600 per month (which I pre-paid 6 months) and I get the hours are till 9 pm but last night was an anomaly. I am a good customer you have never had any complaints or disturbances by me or from me. I don't respond well to threats when I am paying you money for a service. I will be moving my storage units to a company that doesn't threaten their customers!
