Travel Trailers Attention!! The entrance to the property is very steep, our 28' Forest River trailer scrapes the rear end AND causes damage to our black/grey water pipes every time we exit. Tried a variety of things, but nothing worked. It's a great property, great prices, great management, BUT may not work for certain types of towed vehicles.

Beware when trying to schedule a reservation for parking RV spots. When they make a reservation it is only securing the price and not the actual parking spot. When we were called to confirm the reservation was told our spot was given away and we had no spot even though we had a reservation. Very misleading and frustrating when each location does not communicate well. We were moving across state needing this reservation thinking a reservation would hold a spot. Told the day prior to moving our spot was taken. Terrible customer service and will NEVER give them our business .
Lori is your go-to around here. Knowledgeable, gets things done and customer service is all on point. I rented a storage space here for 7 years because my daughters and I lived in the subdivision next door with my parents, moved out and didn’t need the space anymore. Lori was very helpful with the exit process.
Love this storage place. It is very clean and well maintained. Security seems to be on point as well Lori was so sweet to walk the property with me so I could see how big a 10x25 was. She went over and above to make sure I was well taken care of when I had to rent an additional space at the very last minute. Thank you Lori.

So, when I moved somewhere that didn’t offer that I was nervous to have my belongings anywhere else. After going to this facility I was immediately put at ease. This place is the worst you can choose for storage. I paid for an A/C controlled unit since before they owned the property. The power was off for almost 3 months. They still continued to charge full rate for temperature controlled units when I couldn't even see inside. When I asked management they said they informed their district manager. I even called corporate. Nothing was done about it. This place doesn't care about your belongings. They didn't even tell all of their customers about the power outage from March 2022 to Maywasn't. I assume to hide it. I have a phone recording regarding the issue with a manager named Laurie/Lori agreeing that its not right and something should be done. It never was. And I have 2 videos one in March 13th and one in May 18th of the power out and myself trying to put my belongings into my unit. In the dark. When I followed up regarding the issue they said it had been taken care of. And it wasnt. And proceeded to charge me again. I was never called by anyone. Or reimbursed for the months of the power being out. They can have the unit. Please do not use this place on 141 Maple Leaf Dr. I really hope the entire corporation doesn't treat all their customers this way. Sad and unfortunate.
Rented a unit at the League City/Friendswood location. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Both rental and move out was easy, which was very nice!! I would not hesitate to rent at that location again!

Horrible company. Impossible to get through to management or corporate about ongoing issues. AC has been out since November 2021, it is May 2022.. still being overcharged for a climate controlled unit that has NO climate control!!
Didn't even find out about the issue because the company failed to inform it's customers. Can't believe this is allowed!!

I've had some bad experiences with storage places. However, this location was pretty great. The staff are very helpful, informative and nice. Elicia was so bubbly with alot of energy which made me feel extra welcomed. I would highly recommend using the storage location.
I never make reviews, I feel that I'll just be giving out participation trophies. Why should I give an establishment a positive review for just doing their job? I know it doesn’t sound nice, but that’s just how I feel. Then I came to this storage place and I felt I had to make my very first review. This place was so clean, the staff there were so nice and knowledgeable about their facility. At first sight, I thought, this is going to cost a pretty penny. But to my surprise, the rates are very reasonable! Smiling faces, very clean, and very reasonable prices! I’m recommending this place to all my family and friends.
We are currently moving from Pearland to League City. Our house is not ready so we had to put all of our stuff in storage. Lori assisted us and was so helpful. She made the entire process easy for us. She asked questions about what we were storing and made a recommendation that we get the larger unit. She was so right. All of our stuff fit perfect. We have been using Simply Self Storage for a few months now and are so happy. We even had furniture delivered there recently to a new. Lori and her staff just make it easy and they are so friendly.

New company Simply Storage is terrible. Management ignores common sense and hides behind company policy. Was a customer of Storage Choice at the same facility for years but moving out as soon as my current month is up.
