They increased my rate a few times while having new units available at half the cost online typically. Only one elevator functioning. Usually nobody answers the phone when I make a call despite it being office hours. I don't think I've ever had a call returned after leaving a message. For the size of this place, it should have either more staff or at least someone in the office all the time.

January 2024: I drove 30 minutes today to drop off a couple things and pick a couple things up. The right elevator is broken, the same one that was broken three months ago when I came in October. Now the left elevator is also broken. I found an external door propped open and went up the stairs to my floor that way to access my unit. Tried to email a complaint to get something on record but cannot. The Virtual Assistant chat bot is useless. Why am I paying $200 per month for broken elevators and questionable security? When will the elevators be fixed and what will you do to remedy this situation?
Edit: June 2024, I went to my storage unit and yet again one elevator was out of order with the same sign. There is always one elevator out of order each time I come here.
Edit: September 2024, still only one elevator working but the paper "out of order" sign is gone. One elevator for the whole facility is probably fine until a busy day comes.
Staff is very helpful. Gladys picked up the phone on the first ring and then helped me in person with a faulty access code issue.

Units keep getting broken into and Public Storage refuses to do anything about it, won’t even notify the people who’s involved. This is happening to all locations, which looks like an inside job, especially since there was Nobody in office when the incident occurred. We had a unit at a different location a few years back that was broken into and staff refused to help. We lost everything we had left after the hurricane, and then was stalked and harassed because whoever broke in found out where I worked. They raise their prices randomly for no reason. There’s only two carts there for everyone to share to bring your stuff up. Bathrooms are always out of order. I never see any employees there.

There’s never anyone at the office. I’ve been waiting for almost a month to receive a refund on an additional storage that did not need. Don’t pay for their insurance it does not cover your items if they get damaged. Their gates are always broken. Had to pay an extra day for a truck because I couldn’t access the storage due to the gate not working they don’t even offer any kind of reimbursement.
Ms. Gladys was very helpful in setting up my account and walked me through the entire peocess on how to enter the premises and get to my allocated space. she is very knowledgeable and very kind person.
Always clean, easy access, affordable rates! No issues with gate access, everything is well maintained and in great shape. My only issue is that the east side double doors to the interior seem to always be open even after hours. But there is another inner locked door with full security, and security for the elevators. I also wish interior access was available till 10 pm every night, but most nights it is 9 pm.

I was warned about this place, but I didn't listen. You pay a lot of money in fees, and they will always find a way to take more money from you and scam you. I rented a space for almost two years, and they would notify me of rent increases with only a few days' notice. The bathrooms were almost never accessible, and the elevator is terrible—only one works, and not all the time. The door was always broken. I had to carry all my heavy belongings down the stairs, which took a lot of time. These last few weeks, there was no air conditioning. The only good thing is the customer service at the office; the ladies are very kind.

Flooded 6/9/24 entire 1st floor will not allow access to mitigate your damage till 6/11/24!!!!!!!!! Just left there and they would not allow me to open the door to air it out, nor did they have blowers or dehumidifiers going to mitigate everything only mopping their hallway!!!! Avoid at all costs when I moved in someone had police out there as people were breaking into cages and today I was notified yesterday the entire 1st floor flooded with over 2 inches of sewage and they won’t let anyone in to their unit until tomorrow we’re you might have a shot at mitigation of items today or yesterday when it happened and nobody was told till this afternoon!!!!! Bad customer service they will lock you in at 9:01 pm,

This place is horrible. If I could give it a zero I would. Our unit was broken into and totally trashed. Need to go through everything to see what was stolen. Thieves came into the unit from the wiring above. Other units were broken into also.
The bathrooms have been out of order for the couple months we have been renting. They never have enough moving carts. Seems like only one elevator works so moving items is a slow process. We really regret choosing this facility for storage.

I haven't moved in yet but already I have such a positive impression of this place. I signed up online and called the business the next day. I had the very good fortune to speak with Gladys. She is absolutely delightful, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I came in person to fine tune my rental, Gladys had told me she would be at another location when I arrived but she spoke very highly of her co-workers and assured me that they would be every bit as helpful. She was right. I spoke with Rebekah (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and she was as nice and patient as anyone could ask for. She was very detailed in her instructions and Even demonstrated the locking mechanism and let me try it for myself. When the employees are happy and kind I feel like that speaks of good management and workplace culture. I would recommend this facility highly and compliment the personnel on their handling of the public.

Ok so I actually went to the public storage on highway 59, the office is being remodeled and the sign said to go the north park location for help. I spoke to Gladys and she was very helpful and showed me a 10x10 unit to see size and how it would accommodate my needs. Fast efficient and the rest of the staff very friendly. They were having fun and were engaged with me. Positive experience and place was clean, neat and organized. Set up my app and ready to roll.

I’ve had this storage room for years and seriously it’s been such a great experience! The property manager has gone out of her way to help me at times above and beyond. I think the price has only gone up one time, but honestly for the space that I have and it being climate controlled. It’s totally worth it!

Beware! DO NOT rent a storage in this place. The facility doesn’t have video surveillance to secure the storage units. My padlock was removed by thieves and some of my belongings were stolen. Then a new lock from Public Storage was installed in my unit without my knowledge. Christine who works there was NOT helpful at all. She insisted I bought a lock from them without even checking the records. I had to hire a private locksmith to open the unit and they never bothered to compensate. If I could give this storage a ZERO stars I would be happy to do so! I have never in my life experienced such a terrible service. I would avoid this storage company like the plague if you have the choice to do so! If it happens to be the only show in town, I wish you the very best of luck!

This is a large, new facility and yet, the last 6 times I have been there no carts are available. Today there were 2 other people moving things, that’s it, just 2 families. Each had one cart and I had to carry each of my boxes by hand. Where are all the carts that used to be there?
Gladys is a very gracious lady , I had come into the office just as she was going to lunch. She stopped to rent me a storage unit. She showed me to the unit as I was not sure of the size. Walked me through the application an showed me how to get in an out of the gate. Gladys will help you , just like she did with me.

A year ago this review would have been five stars there's very little that can go wrong when the place is brand new but fast forward a year we had the worst time getting our stuff out of the unit all the carts were stolen the place is packed with cars and people loading and unloading and make sure you bring your own dollies the ones they used to have for customer use the front office said they were all stolen.. I guess the cameras are all broken too then if they don't know where they went to and if your at the third floor back corner a 30 minute trip now turns into a 2-hour delay....

I thought making a switch from one unit to another at the same location was going to be a hassle. But to my surprise it was very simple and streamline thanks to Chrissy here at 755 Northpark. She made sure all of my needs were accommodated and was fun to be around.
I definitely recommend this location as I've used it for years, but having to switch units and then making it so stress-free has solidified my positive view of them.
I went there in person today because I was having problems with the app and was trying to rent a storage unit. Turns out the system was just very slow and while I was there the reservation came through. However, I actually booked a different location. Chrissy was working and was an amazing help in walking me through the challenges with the system, making sure the app was working correctly, that the billing information was all correct. She was just amazing and my unit wasn't even at her location on North Park. I would work with lady any day. She certainly knows how to treat a customer and just any person. Thank you Chrissy!
I just got a 5 by 10 storage unit and Chrissy was the best help ! She walked me through and showed me how to work all the entrances codes and also drew me a map to my unit ! She’s awesome definitely deserves the 5 stars !!

Made a reservation online, got a confirmation, they called the day of to make an appointment. When I showed up, they told me someone had rented my unit. No phone call to tell me that, so wasted my time and gas. When I asked about my reservation, I was told it’s first come, first serve. So why the reservation and why the call to confirm a reservation???? After I leave, then they call me and offer me a different unit. Fool me once. Nope! And notice the useless admin fee at the bottom. Crooks and liars.
The manager Chrissy was very helpful on helping me choose the right unit for my needs without over spending. Great experience so far with this company, I would definitely recommend this storage facility!

Rats! Like seriously!!! So disappointed, hopefully after I talk with someone things may change but for almost $300(wasn't that much to start) For an outside unit I can only access during business hours you would think they would keep that under control. I am very displeased and will be changing from this company to a new if they don't take responsibility for lack of pest control.
