What makes this place great is not that it’s always clean, easily accessible, and functioning, but the staff is amazing. That combination is what is truly a 5 star worthy place!

Great experience. I rented online. I received the codes via email, and the lock was in the unit. The property was clean as well as the unit. I moved in and out after office hours, so I had no interaction with the property management. When I moved out, I took the lock and was going to call and tell them that I had moved out the previous evening. However, they apparently saw that I had accessed the unit, saw I had moved out, and checked me out automatically.
It was a flawless experience. I would rent again.

I called into the store a lady answered she sounded very nice i think her name was Vanessa I was telling her how I'm moving out of state but was looking to keep my belongings in a place here she informed me that I am able to pay online and that you guys have a app I can control everything she was very helpful I'm glad called she had all the info I needed!

Carlos was great! I came in cause my bill had increased by $51 dollars which made my bill to be $202.00! I was extremely concerned? I came into the office and met with Carlos and he told me I should put in for a reduction on my cost per/month and he not only did it for me he got me approved!!! So I went from paying $151 to almost $$202? He got me reduced to $137! I must say he is extremely knowledgeable and public storage needs more reps like him who put the needs of the customer first! Ty Carlos, your the best.

If I could give this facility negative stars, I would! Do not think for one second the “ONE STAR” that is on my review you are even worthy of! I’m forced to at least give this facility one, so I can post my honest review and educate others!
My unit was burglarized and trashed shortly after a month of moving in! The entry gate has NOT worked since August 2022. I moved my things in on October 29th 2022 and was NOT notified the gate was broken or giving an alternative option on the company’s behalf to properly secure the property! Also, just so happens there are NO security cameras on the aisle my unit is located. I wouldn’t suggest this facility to anyone, ever! Move out while you can and save yourself the heartache I’m feeling!
This location, is clean and easy accessible. I’m very satisfied, I also had an issue with my account and Tina help me and took care of the matter with ease, very friendly and professional. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean and safe storage.
