*Beware of Price Gouging and Misleading Promotions* I initially chose Public Storage at 100 N MacArthur Blvd because of their promotion offering a rate of $84.40 per month. It seemed like a fair deal, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. After a few months, my monthly rate started climbing without notice or explanation: first $130.85 in March, then $111 in April, and by June, it had jumped to $151. Most recently, I received an email informing me the rate was going up again to $178! This means I'm now being charged more than double the original rate I agreed to. When I called to question these charges, the location manager claimed that notifications about rate increases are sent every 30 days. However, I never received any of these notifications. This practice feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, misleading customers with a low initial rate only to hike prices shortly after signing up. Despite speaking with multiple representatives, I have not received a clear resolution. I believe this is an unfair practice and may even violate consumer protection laws. If you're considering using this location, be aware of their inconsistent pricing and lack of transparency. I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustrating experience.

Terrible location if you have a large vehicle, or a long trailer. The roads are too narrow for anything much larger than a cargo van to get direct access to the units. I had to park on the outer roadway and carry all my stuff to my unit rather than being able to park in front of my space. I was not the only one with this issue while I was moving stuff in. The units have very narrow doors. There is an additional door to the unit, but it is locked shut with a padlock on the inside. I chose this facility using a satellite view because it seemed to have better access for a large vehicle, but I was wrong.

I’ve had my trailer parked here for almost a year. Recently my credit card expired so I switched over to a new card. The auto-renew didn’t follow over to the new card but they called to let me know so I didn’t miss my payment. So thankful for them going out of their way to help me avoid late fees or worse!

I had a problem with renting a unit and the lady here helped me get a hold of the right person!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They have awful customer service, they don’t care about you or your stuff, they stole my uncle RV trailer , don’t come here your stuff are not secure or safe.!!!!!!

Rent here if you want a monthly incease...absolute scam in my opinion. I wasn't there a month when my I received my first rent increase. Customer service was no help when called. Stay away at all costs...they will bleed you dry.

I'm a bit angry. Came to this location 3 times to pay. There's nobody inside and I knocked on the door. Monday is my only off day to run errands.

Came in yesterday to see unit the guy in here was not I'm the office and the door was open I was in the office for awhile and no one came to the front had to scream hello for the guy to show up asked to see the unit he just took me to the unit asked to see the unit and he said no that I had to rent it to see it . Very unprofessional he left after that. The only reason I'm giving a 5 star is because I met Ana today completely different experience. Day and night

Came in here to do a rental for beltline since it’s close. Ana was great help even though I was a handful

I wouldnt even gove this a 1 star if i could leave a review however we rented a spot out for our rv the gate was NEVER closed they claim its secure its not !!! There are nails and screws all over the parking lot so its not maintained as well there are rvs there that dont get moved or unable to move homeless people sleeping in gate on ground under other peoples property with empty beer bottles everywhere and the smell of urine and dirty bedding all around other peoples rvs and what ever else is stored there and the company dont see this as a problem the compa y doesnt make you aware if gate breaks its a situation of fingers crossed your stuff dont get broken into or vandalized while paying roughly 153.00 a month to store an expensive rv After making this post i can say Anastasia called me today to see if she can make things right she is taking the new may charge off my acct as i did try to close my acct at beginning of may and heard all my concerns and complaints and they way i was spoken to if u are looking for a storage facility even if it is from on line ask questions of conditions and if they are having any problems with their property or even gates ask if u will be notified if something dont work and ask if they are doing any construction what would be the best way to be able to contact them take pics of facilities grounds and area that you are renting so no matter you have everything you will need but Anastasia did make things right and i really appreciate her for that morr then she knows and completely greatful she had reached out i do have to say i would have like the person that i talked to that works at facility to at the least apologize but if not thats ok too and im glad they acknowledged more training and was able to see how things are being ran at property and i have to say if they do the cleaning and training then this would be a good place to store any of your needs
