I rented a 5x5 on a Friday, getting an online deal. When I got to the unit, it was a 5x3. I called to speak with someone, had to leave a voicemail. Tried calling Saturday, left a voicemail. Same thing on Sunday (they are open everyday). Monday i left a VM at 12:30 p.m., no response. Drove to the location and called again and a young girl answered and was in the office. I said the unit was not as big as advertised and asked to get a 5x10, at the internet price, because I'd have gone with that size had I known the 5x5 wasn't that big. She couldn't do that, so gave me the customer service number. They couldn't do it either because I should have done it the same day (it would have if someone would have called me back). Then she said the unit sizes were just approximate.....but a 2 foot difference? She put me on hold to talk to her manager and 2 minutes later the phone is ringing and I was connected to the location where my unit was and guess what? I had to leave another VM. I called customer service back, only to be told I'd have to pay full price for that unit, which was $20 more per month than i was paying and $10 more that the internet special, which i couldn't get. I took the lock to the office and canceled my unit, but I cannot get the adminstrative fee of $20 back because it's non-refundable once you rent the unit. If you need to rent a unit, use caution. Look at the unit, get your own measurements, etc. I wouldny squabble over 2 inches or so, but 2 feet in a 5x5 is a huge difference. Now I'm off to talk to corporate to get my $20 back. No where does it say approximate size.
Do NOT! Get a inside unit, the code they gave me never works. I’m paying a monthly storage fee and I can’t get in my storage unit?!?!? The employee that was in the office tried to help me with code, it still didn’t work. She stated she doesn’t work for this location, just filling in for someone. She stated she texted her manager but he was in a district meeting. I don’t understand, when things happen like this why not leave keys for the employee to have to the doors that goes to the inside units?!?!? I’m very upset & frustrated. I’m very disappointed.

Worst facility. Please don’t rent here. No one is ever at the rental office. When you call the main number, it routes to the payment line. All they do is make commitments to things they won’t do. Stay away.

He should problably get a raise and is more thsn likely under paid for everything he does. He made it simply in person and was just really good at hos job. The rep was really nice. I have 2 units here. I got the first one for when I purchase things from Auctions and to store things from previous place then had to get another one a month ago due to having to hurry and put in what I could from my most recent place. Was very happy to learn then upon obtaining my new unit which was inside (my first one is outside easy access in and out) it Came With a New Lock!!! Didn't even have to purchase one and it was the one that they require. I got it really fast and not only did I do the reservation over the phone, was also sent a link via text and finished the reservation by completion and even paid. Very pleased with this Public Storage location definitely will recommend
We looked here recently and we were going to move in, because we were surprised at how clean the place was and how awesome and helpful Moses was. Great guy and well run place it seemed. If our situation had not changed, this is where we would have rented in this area. But we decided on something much further north due to work. So... sorry Moses, but thank you.

This place is a crook. It should be against the law. I moved in then three months later jacked up the price over 40%. I am absolutely stunned.
The manager Crystal is actually very nice and helpful. She works hard to keep the place cleaned. I will never rent from them again.
Well, after a sour event we experienced
While was trying to pay the fees through the application we noticed
The price increase without any
notification of any kind
From 80 bucks to 100 plus bucks
So finally one of the representative notified me through a phone call
The monthly fees went down again to 80 bucks only for few __months!
Since this's the third similar event
In the last 3 years plus since we are
Customer on this location
We are definitely done.............!
And soon enough will be taking our business somewhere else

Krystal was AMAZING! I had an urgent need to store personal and valuable belongings wasn’t quite sure what size I needed. She did more than show me photos and or give square footage but she took me to each unit to look at. Very kind, polite and professional. She made my nightmare a dream!

I finally got an email of charges breakdown; still no call back and office still closed. Facility is secure which is a plus.
I would like to say we received good service by Krystal. She was very attentive person and giving us good attitude and patient. Also while we were there she helped an elderly person which she didn't hesitate which means a lot to the company.

I was paying 414.00 a month for 2 storages, then all of the sudden it goes up to 504.00 I went to the office to ask why and they said I should have received a notice, which I didn't because she told me she didn't send it , but would get my price back down to the original price if I do a move out and move in contact,which I did last month, Today I'm checking my balance and it's not on the App. But it is on an email, she Flat out LIED it's still 504.00, I will be making this payment then moving out asap. !!!!! You just DONT do business this way !!!!!! Never again will I or my family or friends do business with Public Storage !!!!
