Great service, very clean facility , and the pricing is perfect!

Reasonable priced, very knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Clean units. Smooth process, which was what I needed.

I will most definitely use them again.

No carts for over a week, in office the answer simply is to “call this number and make a complaint” written on a sticky note. Not acceptable to expects hundreds of people’s items to be inaccessible for extended time like this. And then to be treated like a nuisance once the office employee shows up 3 hours after posted time of opening was an extra nice cherry on top.

Yesterday I had a great experience viewing the storage rooms and the a front desk person, Jacqueline, was so nice and accommodating to my questions and concerns.

My experience was great! 10/10 I recommend. Jacqueline was welcoming and very helpful!

I had an issue with the lock possibly being changed and a price increase. I'm not sure because there's no record of my lock change so I thought I was going to end up paying a locksmith to break the lock to access my belongings inside the unit but I'm grateful to Ty, who addressed my concerns and helped me with the whole process and fixing the problem. I've been using this facility for over two years. They've been very helpful and always accommodate my payment arrangements when I'm late.

It's actually a lot better than previous months. It seems like the rat problem is under control now and our stuff has yet to be damaged by the pest. The gate sometimes struggles to open with the app, the dollies are rarely around and apparently keep getting stolen according to staff members. Way less trash around now as well. Parking can be difficult though.

After receiving a notice to increase the rate on my storage unit I went to talk to Public Storage. I told them I am 66 years old & I am on a fixed income. The $24 rent increase is a big hit for me. My account had just enough funds to cover my auto pays for the month. Venessa & Maya fixed my problem & I avoided paying insufficient funds penalties. Thank You Public Storage for hiring great employees.

Very poor customer service. I have been with this company for almost year and half. I have waited till the next day to empty my storage, they still charge me rent. Additionally, they are increasing the pricing throughout the lease agreement

Very clean storage units.

Don't Rent at this Location!!! Rate ZERO stars! No manager onsite. They will take your money in heart beat but terrible location: weekends are terrible since so many vehicles are there and not enough room. You WILL get blocked in! All their truck dollies were stolen so you're left carrying Everything! I paid every month yet I went 2 months not knowing there was an issue with my unit! Now, there is no one working/managing this location, so you have to call a different store to come and you'll be lucky if you can get someone to talk to. Save your Money! Try Extra Space Store or Anyone Else!

This process was super easy and simple. Ms.Desrenee helped me out a lot I called and she helped me into a unit and made sure I felt comfortable about using this location as a stable storage unit.

Nice climate control but no carts for loading

The most disgusting place full of rat’s. I went to pick my furniture 7/8/2023 and look at this pictures. Plus they change my locks( pay EVERY MONTH since 2018 starting paying $69.00 now $152 ) and the front person told us that he can’t do nothing about it till monday. Even though we had a truck rented to move to Florida and a I pay hotel till sunday morning. So I had to call a locksmith and pay the $95 dollars to open the TWO locks they change without our permission and stay a extra day at the hotel. ON monday I’m sending all this pictures and videos to the news. 1212 E Airport Fwy, Irving, Tx 75061.

Jumping the rate on everyone without notice. Jumping the rate period hurts every one. Y'all raised 60 dollar's when people are scratching to survive. Why do you think my family had to secure their property in storage in the first place and what a hassle it is to move it from storage to another for a less rate? Falling on deaf ears? I want upcoming and current clientele and future victims have waiting for them. Bring the price back down now!

does anyone know how i can report a employee from public storage her attitude is the worst.

All of my property inside my unit was destroyed by rats, and then every time I tried to cancel my unit nobody was there during business hours and the people on the phone would not help me. Stay away from public storage and especially the airport freeway property.

Renting a unit from this Public Storage was an overwhelmingly disappointing experience. Not only did the rent increase nearly $50 during the 1.5 years I was a renter, but the facility became overrun with rodents and many of my belongings were damaged. I first noticed a few droppings right at the entrance of my 5X10 climate-controlled unit last August. There was a nearby packet of poison that had been ripped into. I called the office line but as it was after hours, I had to leave a message. A staff member followed up with me the next day and assured me that pest control was regularly visiting the facility. I asked about replacing the poison packet but was assured that the critter likely only passed through. I naively thought that was the end of that. However, when I returned just a few months later to retrieve some clothing, I was met with the terrible stench of urine as soon as I stepped off the elevator. Once I actually opened my unit, rodent droppings covered nearly every inch of the space. I was startled, shocked, and obviously upset. I immediately went down to the front office to share my dismay and a staff member reiterated similar verbiage; pest control was hard at work and had been disposing of dead rodents for weeks. I was then told there must be something in my unit attracting the rodents. I knew there was nothing edible amongst my belongings; I was only storing clothing, furniture, books, and Christmas décor. After I pushed back, letting the staff member know this, she then sheepishly mentioned that the rats were possibly being attracted by Halloween candy brought in by other renters. She ultimately told me there was nothing more Public Storage could/would do. Insurance was also unhelpful, a complete joke honestly. I have never felt so defeated in my life. My boxes were torn and bitten into, clothing was soiled and stained, wrapping paper and plastic bags were left in shreds and tatters. Furniture was chewed and scratched, and what wasn’t stained held the foul odor of rat urine. I ended up discarding probably 70% of my things.

Climate controlled and pretty clean

Very fast and easy rental experience, I was able to reserve the unit I needed that day. System and grounds were clean, orderly, and secure. Shannon at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

We rented a large, climate controlled storage for 25 months at $376/month. We discovered our beautiful, expensive oriental rug had holes in it when we brought it home from pest damage. It's very unfortunate this location does not have reg. pest control service. We hadn't taken out the supplemental insurance offered, as we did not realize pest control was not being performed.

Good to keep in storage and well managed security

Storage area literally infested with huge flies flying around EVERYWHERE. Dead ones all over the floor. It was horrible. Not sure of the cause.

If I could leave a negative I would. They keep going up and up in price while my things have been eaten up by rats since November. The insurance they make you get has no value. Rats ate my couches up and insurance covers up to 200 with a deductible of 100 smhhh. It's up to 200 so I dint even bother. This place is horrible.

One suggestion: most business’ work hard to retain loyal customers. However, as an 86 year old veteran my rental rate had increased over 45% causing me to rethink YOUR loyalty to faithful customers. However, thanks to Shannon we were able to renegotiate and so I continue to be your customer for the foreseeable future. Absolutely worse customer service I ever experienced! It was just over a month and they sold my unit!

Safe place to store your households. I had left things here for more than 2 years without checking them periodically. Things were clean when i got them back to my home.
