They went up on my way so I had to change units in order to take care of the price difference got that all taken care of and drove up from Florida to Texas to handle myself I'm 55 years old it's going to be hard enough as it is, but I got here at 7 a.m. and it's now 9:00 I've called manager twice no answer no call back my truck's loaded down with stuff so I can't just go about my business to do other things because people still surviving my truck the second unit has a lock on it so I can't get into it and no one's here working and knowing I can't get a hold of anybody. Not real acceptable in my book my whole day is messed up now because of this and I'm still waiting
If I could give this place less than one star I would. I have never in my life experienced the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by their office staff. They can’t even take a simple phone call without projecting their misery on whoever is on the other end. There’s a much nicer facility next door you’d be better off with! 0/10. This place and everyone who works here is pure garbage.

Man this used to be a great business, used them for years! It is NO LONGER staffed and all automated. These folks have been outside for over an hour waiting for a manager that said she was 10 minutes away.

The unit I was provided with damaged my motorcycle due to inadequate entrance. The unit was very dirty and filled with spiderwebs, spiders and death roaches.
The property manager gave me a new unit, meanwhile it took me an unscheduled additional day to store my belongings causing me to waste time and money.
Decent storage space. Being able to access the gate with the app is nice. But they raise the rate at least every six moths. I haven't been here a year and my rage has gone from $50 to $80. But they're still advertising the same space to new people at $50...
I rented a unit back in July 2023. The door was very hard to open and close, to the point that I would have to hammer it open with something. The first time I tried opening it I cut my hand. I dropped off my key back in July to have the door fixed and 4 months and two cuts later it still hasn't been fixed. I wasn't in a rush, but I've stropped by 3 times since today (November) and finally came by to pick up my key. "Sorry" I was told, when I came to just pick up my key but no offer to rectify it even though I was told it would be fixed. There was never an attempt to fix it.

Today I went with my wife to rent a storage and we were very well received by the employee Amanda who kindly explain and guided us through the entire procedure. We are very happy with the friendliness and kindness that Amanda received us, we highly recommend this Public Storage, the staff are kind, the place is clean and safe, as well as air-conditioned, and easy to access.
This has to be the worst storage facility I've ever came across. I made my account with this place in August and they thought it was completely okay to brake my lock in September due to late payment after i had spoke with them and told them i was going to be late. When i made my payment i was unaware that they had kept "thrown" my brand new $1,000 dollar bed and frames. They have the worst customer service. They have no cares about what happens to your stuff. on the ad it says " will take care of your stuff as if it was ours ". So I guess they weren't lying they took my stuff to there home as if it was there's.

Communication is absolutely terrible… I have to contact a different public storage just to get even spoken to.. nobody EVER picks up the phone.. no matter time of day I never get someone to pick up how am I supposed to get assistance if nobody ever wants to answer? I will call multiple times in a row and NOTHING EVER

Horrible!!!! I mean horrible customer service!!! Caution for the FACT that they will rob you for another month rent after vacating if you are there 1 min past on the vacate day. I was out and cleaned my unit so it was ready for the next person before the office was open. Then received a phone call from Christine who told me that I'd be charged for another month (over 300) cause I was simply there past midnight. This was a 24hr unit too btw. Then she was rude when I asked for corporates number when I came in to question it. Never will I ever pay another dollar to this horrible company. Please don't do business with these crooks!!!
