I recently called to find a storage place since I am moving and I spoke on the phone with a women by the came of Jennifer she was honestly so kind. This is the first time I have ever tried to get a storage locker and I am glad she was the one to help me!

The place is very clean, easy to navigate. Ms. Jen helped us through the process and was very kind to us. We are definitely considering using this location again.

Came here to write my review and was decently surprised to see a lot of praise for Jennifer, and for a good reason! She’s been nothing but super dedicated at accomodating to my needs. Not once did she make me feel dense or stupid for asking her a lot of questions and clarifications, she always approaches my inquiries in a very warm and reassuring manner and explained everything thoroughly. She has made this entire process so much less stressful than I had expected it to be and I couldn’t be more thankful to her!

Ms. Jennifer has to be one of the best people working here. Always willing to help and answer any questions. Also the facility is well kept up!

LaNora was very helpful, patient, and friendly, she showed me the different unit, and did not rush. This location is clean. LaNora explained everything I needed to know about storage and insurance... I will refer family and friends to this location....

LaNora was great! So helpful and accommodating! The place was clean and the climate control wasn’t messing around. It was 105 degrees outside and it was nice and cool inside which definitely makes moving your stuff so much easier.

Rented a unit last minute I was skeptical about this place, but I did not see the trash that other ppl reviewed to have. Lenora was nice and very pleasant. She knew the exact size I needed and my things fit perfectly. Even though I only need a month I would stay longer as long as I knew she would be here.

This location is very clean. I was helped by Lenora, she was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Took me through all my options and was a great sounding board for me to figure which space would best hold my 3 bedroom home. Friendly service, would continue renting here just cause I know if I ever had a problem she would be the one resolving them!

Omg, I can't believe how helpful Lenora was. It seems like she may be getting a bad rep from previous ppl. The facility was clean and yes elevator was out but guess who broke it another customer not the manager area was clean she was cleaning when I approached her but she stopped and assisted me. Thanks alot and I hope things turn around for her

I’ve rented out of this storage for over 2 years and I never had any issues until 2 months in introducing the change to public storage. These people forced me into a 1st months rental payment although I have not signed papers and can not get a manager to call for nothing when I have an emergency. My payment was due on the 17th with the old company and now with them forcing me into the 1st of every month no later than the 6th, not considering a full week you are penalized and have to pay late fees. I travel a lot and have had issues with my bank so in the meantime of the switch, I have not had the chance to change my banking information so I will have to pay late with the expectations of a lock on my unit and having to pay to get that off. I told my friend who has a until there that there would be issues and already knew of the negative implications to this change. I’ve used Public Storage for years in the past and although they had strict policies, this one takes the case. The management there was polite and understanding so it made the policy less agitating. They have no consideration that the location provides security for many elderly who are getting their homes redone due to the flooding of Harvey living at the hotel across the way. To demand payment on the first is a hassle for them and people like myself. The managers never respond to calls! The elevator was out for almost 2 weeks and in which I had a cruise the week it happened and had to climb 3 flights of stairs to empty my work truck and again 3 flights of stairs when I returned 9 days later because the elevator still wasn’t fixed making my return to work late! I’m learning how to now be frustrated with things like this so I’m getting it all out now!

Do not rent here. You get what you pay for. This place has a $1 first month special. Do not be fooled.The elevator is always broken soy have to use the stairs to get your stuff in an out. I have never seen any staff member at all. The biggest problem is the place is extremely dirty. You will see the same trash in the hallway for weeks. I guess the staff doesn't do any general cleaning at all. This place has roaches! I never had roaches and now when I go to get my belongings I am seeing roaches smh. Do not rent here. Pay good money to go somewhere else. I am moving out ASAP. The nerve of them to even charge os ridiculous !
