Nice storage facility, and nice enough staff. However they raised rent multiple times a year. Whatever rate you start with will likely be raised within 2-3 months. Cost now severely outweighs any benefit of having storage. Edit: I’m raising my rating, as the team reached out to me and lowered my rate for being a loyal customer. I’m pretty shocked to say the least, THIS is how you conduct great business. Thank you guys, I greatly appreciate your support. Makes all the difference.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT!! rent from them. I had my storage from July 1st, 2022 until April 2023. My storage fee started off at $180.00 and went up too $255. My storage has been broken into twice, November and January. I have insurance but they don’t cover nothing so it’s a waste. I believe one or more of the workers are stealing my things. (They have no cameras where the units are… how convenient)When I told them I would be removing my things the key to my lock suddenly didn’t work. They made me wait a week for someone to take the lock off. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!

I've been renting for over 3 years now. It started at $165 for 10×20 And now it's up to $365. So I'm definitely not happy with it! They've went up every year since I've been there. No call or Notifications that the price is changing. Just when you go online to pay your bill you get a surprise.

I have been renting a space at this location since July 2022 and every interaction I've had with the staff has been so pleasant. Corina and Gloria are always so helpful, patient and always so gracious. I have used other storage facilities, but this facility is very clean and my unit is easily accessible. It's the best I've experienced. I plan on transferring to a larger unit and I've already spoken to Corina and Gloria and they've put me at ease about making the switch. Thank you so much! I left another storage facility because they did not have the larger unit I needed available. It took me almost an hour to find this out. Here at Public Storage the Customer Service was literally Awesome. It took me 20 min or less to view the space I needed as well as completing the entire transaction. The representatives were very knowledgeable and courteous. This type of service is rare these days.

Been storing at this location for 4 years. I use to pay $80 for my 10 × 10 now I'm paying $124. Can't say I'm the happiest renter but what else can I do. I requested multiple times for a rent decrease but have been denied.

Nice units, we moved in in December 2021 and moved out august 1st 2022 because they did 2 price increases and at least 1 elevator is always broken!!!! The app they ask you to use is slow and frustrating at times… we moved and are saving over $100 a month at cubesmart down the street.

BEWARE. Our rent for a 10 x 10 climate controlled unit has increased 173% in less than 3 years (from $58/mo to $158). They rely on the laziness of their customers to hike rent rates with impunity. With all the craziness of the past few years, we've allowed them to slide, but I'm currently feeling quite industrious.

Don't like them making u pay $20 for a lock; However, you can get your own and they will refund that back. Nice but a hassle, got more important things to do...

Had my things here for a year. The place is always clean and no bugs in sight. Your things are safe here.

Cleanest storage place I've ever used BUT they keep going up on my rate before it's time. Update: They corrected my rate since my last review BUT the recent increase wiped it away with one HUGE increase. Smh.

Someone opened my unit on the 3rd floor, took two 27 gallon storage containers full of my personal belongings, clothes and shoes out and locked my unit back up with the same lock. No signs of forced entry & no one entered from the top.. some one unlocked my unit, took my stuff out and even had the decency to close it and lock it back up. I filed a police report ( no help because there are no cameras pointing towards the units themselves) & was offered no apology, and no money off my bill which has went up! I have been out of town working and haven’t been to this unit since august 2021, I’ve been paying my bill on time EVERY MONTH and the price has went up so I have essentially been paying to get robbed.. I checked my unit 02/07/22.. moved out 02/14/22 and I still see a bill for next month. This company is 👎corporate is difficult to get in contact with. I wouldn’t recommend public storage at all!

Good facility. Has two elevators but one is always out of order.
