Worst customer service ever
Property was not climate controlled like advertised. Only 2 elevators that take a very long time to go between floors. Would not recommend if you’re hiring movers

I deleted my nice review because it was only based on the property manager day one. I had two storage units in two different areas packed MONTHS apart. Checked my items in May but by July all of my things in both units had mold. They didn’t offer me an explanation or even a sorry. I have insurance but with no “reason” as to what happened I can’t do anything. I lost all of my furniture beds and even clothes for my kids. I am extremely overwhelmed by the set back trusting public storage has caused me. I caution others just because you pay more does not mean better.

This location and other locations seem to have the tendency to put units on auction, and after you won, not let you have it because it was not ready to be sold. They give you no explanation, but just tell you tough luck. This has happened before at other public storage last time I rented a truck to pick up stuff at an storage but then found out no Unit thank you. public storage

I don’t know if the property manager was having a bad day or what but I experienced a bad experience with Natasha I didn’t like how she reacted to my situation I asked to talk to someone higher up and she said she is the property manager and district manager. But really is ONLY the property manager, however the real district manager Mellisa called me within the hour of my complaint and handled the situation like a manger should thank you Mellisa for stepping in.
My visit was amazing. I was greeted when I entered and immediately taken care of. I was escorted to the unit to ensure cleanliness and confrontation that the space I was acquiring met my storage needs. Great job ladies I appreciate it.

No one was in the store two days in a row. WE even made an appointment to be there to look at their facilities, and the lady wasn’t there. We had to wait 30 minutes until she finally came in. Another gentleman was waiting for 15 minutes and told us it was like that every time. We took our business to another storage facility.

There's not a zero star option which would be accurate is why 1 star was selected. If I did more research such as Yelp, this would have NEVER been my selection. I used reviews from Public Storage which is mostly in their favor.
For starters this storage can be a hazard late evening as there are not working lights. There are never carts as at times Walmart Carts are in the storage. There are only 2 carts to help move things and one is hard to maneuver. They ridiculously go up on rent with no warning. From $188 for 10x10 storage to $237..
They entered my storage claiming to need access to hvac with no 3 day written notice as indicated in the leasing agreement. The lock was cut and thrown on the floor in the corner of the storage by staff. They never offered to repay for the cut lock instead they replaced it with a different type lock. This location is very unprofessional. Beware.......Research other sites before making your selection...
I had a really good experience at this public storage, the people that work there Natasha and Mark were an awesome team that helped me with all my customer service related issues. I felt like they went the extra mile. I rented from this location for about four months, and all my belongings were still in the condition I left them. I didn’t see any sign of pest insects ect… so grateful for that. In all I had a really good experience and I recommend this location to everyone and their family.

This is one of the worst Public Storage… They had a break in on Saturday and didn’t tell anyone. On Wednesday I discovered my locker was broken in .. Inside job they didn’t do a police report and told me when the ppl come to check on their storage themselves than they can call the police to make a report I’m like 😳 omg The office manager is rude and unprofessional and her story is not adding up now she saying she was on vacation… I’m having my lawyer to do an investigation on her because something is not adding up

I have been working with the staff there and they are outstanding and go above and beyond to assist everyone with whatever questions or needs they may have. I recently had a situation in which needed additional attention and these ladies stepped up to the plate and assisted me get everything taken care of - hands down and kuddos to both Natasha Cook and Mark for their excellent customer service!!! The facility not only has excellent customer service/staff members, prices are excellent, location and facility is managed exceptionally well. I recommend this location hands down to anyone that is needing storage!!! These ladies and their upper management are the team you will want to work with you and for you!!!! Well what can I say about this place. This is for yesterday June 6th 2022. So normally I'm not such a hot mess especially when I am going to do a review on a place. This is not one of those cases so upon arrival I already had a debacle on my hands in the sense that I was moving from one self-storage location to another. Luckily enough the lady down there was nice enough to coordinate with Kim up here at this location and get everything figured out to help me get my promotional entry rate as well as a decent air conditioned with an elevator storage unit to get to. Rather than dragging all of my stuff upstairs to an air conditioning unit with no elevator. Kim was sweet as could be as well as her employee was awesome she was very attentive to the issue knew who I was when I walked in the door she's quite memorable herself for real for real. Even when her employee having a little issue with the computer being a pain they kept cool calm and collected. She made sure that she guided him through what was going on he got it figured out then when a different person came in they were able to quickly switch spots and efficiently get everything done get me checked in. Kim even went as far as to help guide me to my storage locker. What a doll she is! Would have loved to have taken her home if she could of made the rest of my day so easy definitely would have been nice, But I guess I shouldn't try to steal the good employees from public storage. Overall the staff was amazing places really nice well maintained and my issues were resolved in well attended to. Definitely will recommend to anyone here come here you won't be disappointed.

I reserved a unit online and viewed the unit in person when I realized I needed a bigger unit. Mrs. Natasha was very helpful in allowing me to view larger vacant units so I could determine which unit would best meet my needs. She made the unit transfer seamless and explained every screen as the prompts appeared on the iPad.

This place has taken a turn for the worst since I first got here 2 years ago. There is trash everywhere and the aisles are left dirty for days before being cleaned up. On top of this they want to raise the rates consistently. Since Ive gotten got my unit the price has more then doubled.
