I am every impressed with this location professionalism in making move in as smooth as possible. Also when I had a bill issue that was an error they wore very helpful in getting to the bottom o thing and getting it resolved. This place is very clean and tight with securing this facility. That you Theresa who works here for your hard work. I definitely recommend this place.

We had a problem with a payment that was posted to a different account, and this problem created a problem with this location. Property manager, Theresa, was able to check our unit and assure us that it was in good standing. She also added my wife to our account and to another unit at a different location. She saved us an enormous amount of time. Thank you Theresa for helping us.

I reserved a unit but it turned out it became unavailable when I arrived. The property manager worked with me and got me approved for a discount on my current unit since it was way too expensive. Overall I'm happy I didn't have to move my current unit and received a discount, Thank you UPDATE: rent was said to be $136 a month turns out that was for 1 month only and now it's back up to $177.

Me Theresa is awesome. She helped m out when she didn’t have to. Even when she realized I was getting a little frustrated she remain composed and helped me. I recommend this storage. Fasho

FYI: This maybe a long-winded review. My review is based on my experience with the customer service received from the staff on this property. THE GOOD: Much Kudos to Theresa whom has well maintained the property and has been very pleasant and thorough with giving information needed regarding management of my storage unit to her best knowledge whatever question or issue that was brought to her attention. She has been extremely helpful and her service to the community speaks volumes. DEFINITELY NO COMPLAINTS....AT ALL. THE BAD: Upon crossing my path, ., I have only encountered one anomaly in this well oiled machine of customer care......GAYLE. She does not fit the image the company is trying to promote. Our paths only crossed twice and you would think that she knew me prior to based on her demeanor with me. She's very rude and obnoxious. She doesn't respect the senior + community. She speaks very brash and short and all the while over talking you so you do not speak in order to hear herself talk. She thinks she is correct and does not listen or use discernment when spoken to. A situation arose that required assessment skills to properly address the situation before assuming if there is even a problem. I don't know if she has nothing to do but it appears she imagined and fabricated a problem that clearly wasn't there to make her feel important or like she was actually doing her job. Then to follow- up with getting upper management involved to advocate her delusions of grandeur. She tried to use me to be noticed by her superiors, like she is actually going above and beyond to report me but I was not guilty of what she was accusing me of. Locking me out of my unit which has nothing to do with non- payment. A word of advice, please thoroughly make sure the right individual is appointed to this position especially handling the public. The community has an array of diverse personalities that you must be able to utilize social skills (not enough to just pass a job interview). Unfortunately, there are some who are qualified and others that the position is clearly not for them.

I reserved a storage at another Public location and the rep indicated that /i needed to contact them the day before move in to confirm if the unit will be available. which didn't work for me due to me having movers already paid for. I contact your location on 249 & Fallbrook, Houston, Tx and Theresa was AWESOME from start. She wasn't feeling good but still gave the best CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRR!!!!!. She is very familiar with her customers by their first name and she offered several times for me to use the flat bed to make things easy for me. If I could give her a grade it will be an A+. Well done Theresa!!!!

I just want to say that I have been a loyal and valued customer of public storage for over 20 years. As of today I have received all types of different services but this time (13 months +) I landed a unit with an exceptional property manager "Theresa" that has made my stay worth every dollar I pay monthly. She's amazing during business hours and has shown that same professionalism during 'after hour' hours. You guys will be greatly missed but it's a bittersweet good bye.

Upon reviewing many storage options decided to stop in at the Public Storage on Hwy 249. To inquire about storage space and rates. Thereafter reviewing the information the attendant offered a walk through of the storage spaces and property. Upon my observation I noticed the storage rooms were very clean as well as the property. The question to the attendant was about security and timing of how late a customer could enter the property. The attendant pointed out how many cameras on the property and every one worked properly and the monitor is located in the office. The latest a customer could enter the was 9pm. However the attendant mentioned that office manager Ms. Theresa would answer any questions that might arise later if I had any in the future.

It was a very easy process to purchase my unit online and when I got to the facility Theresa was fantastic. She made the move easy even when I had to switch my initial unit for a larger one. I really like the app that opens the gate and the doors of the facility...

Teresa was very nice to me throughout my first original interaction as well as any following interaction when I had an issue with my unit she was more than eager to fix it always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Has a good sense of humor and keeps the place very clean!!

I can confidently say that Theresa is one of the best property managers in the city. One who takes her job responsibilities and her ability to help very seriously. Which often includes going above and beyond her standard call of duty to assist all of her customers. She takes a hands on approach in providing a great customer experience for all the tenants occupying her units. She is definitely an asset to the Public Storage family!

My initial experiences (over the phone) started out as a hit and miss. I almost gave my business to a different storage competitor. But I chose to try again, and I’m glad that I did. I was able to meet one of the managers at the 249 location named Ms. Theresa and she was quite helpful! I am now a Public Storage customer and am looking forward to continued productive experiences.

Not happy about the constant price increases and ALWAYS being turned down on NOT increasing price after requesting a review. However, it was enough motivation for me to move out. So I am thankful for helping me move. Regretted moving out because of how nice Theresa (that was working Saturday) is. Also the district manager called to discuss my unhappiness on her own. That was impressive. The niceness and professionalism of the current manager (Theresa) and district manager are amazing!!! So I increased my rating from 1 to 3 because of Theresa and the District Manager. Can't be a 5 because Public Storage Corporate Policies that affect me but they force frontline to take responsibility for. It's corporate that is creating the issue and not the local face to face location.

I have been an occupant of this establishment for over a year and although admin has changed several times since. Theresa has been the best manager I have seen (to date) and often times go above and beyond to secure conclusions to whatever the problem may be.
