these units are not remotely close to climate controlled… expect temperatures hotter than outside. Zero AC, fans, ventilation. “Bring your own lock” but the doors require specific locks so you cannot use your own “Free first month insurance” they make it difficult to get out of this insurance and do not answer the phone. Front desk was not helpful until I engaged customer service while I was sitting in the office.

Terrible experience. When my movers got to the storage place, the one they had rented me was not even empty. And the property manager was not even at work yet to handle the situation. We called customer support and they said oh just take out that stuff and leave unit the hall. That was not our job. It was the worst. My movers did me a HUGE FAVOR. But they were not happy. I am sick battling cancer at home and I could not be there. Finally someone shows up and gets me a key for my unit so I can lock it because that was not ready either. Here are the pictures of the stuff that was left in my unit! Come on public storage do better!

Waiman was an amazing customer service representative! although I originally thought I had rented a unit with ac he assured me my belongings will be safe from pests and the elements in the indoor climate controlled unit I rented he also advised to wrap my furniture for extra protection.

This place is a scam. There are so many things wrong with this place. The customer service is atrocious, we got there 2 hours before they closed and the door was already locked. Then people at the front desk showed up for 20 mins and when I asked them a simple question the worker gave me a look like I was stupid. She was just chilling up front with her friend and when I left she locked the door immediately and left. If you are here past 6 they will lock you out. Also I know they will respond to this comment with “we are sorry for the inconvenience and we will try to input this in to our feed. This place is a scam 100%. Also if you cancel they will only refund you for the lock you bought, the monthly payment you put in is gone. Also a majority of the “good” reviews are fake

If I could, I would give this 0 stars. Please do not sign up for a unit here. Nothing but constant issues and reception is NEVER available for help. Months ago the main access door to our unit section was out of commission and no other way to access during some renovation and no human around to help. Then our unit door was replaced without notification and when I went to access it, the front desk reception told me they had to “leave for a personal matter” at 3pm and couldn’t help. The office hours are supposed to be open until 6pm and they don’t open again until 9:30am the next day, which is absurd. No one was coming to help relieve the receptionist and we would be out of luck. No one answers the phone and public storage as a whole, has no actual human customer service agents, only automation. We are cancelling and will never be back.

Dora is very helpful - friendly and always ready to help in whatever way she could.

This is the most inconvenient storage facility I've ever seen. They told me it close for 9 pm and it really closes for 5pm. I'm just getting off at that time. I finally was able to get in my climate control unit and the air is off. They need new management and employees. The worst storage I've ever seen.

I will rate 0 if I could. I was told only to pay 51$ for my whole stay and no need to pay for the rental insurance because my rental is less than one month. So I decided to rent public storage. 3days later, they charged me again for 27$ saying that I need to pay my second month and the insurance. Will never rent with public storage.

I was looking for place to hold my stuff and was having trouble with the customer service. Ms. Judie had helped with finding a space that could fit my needs. I appreciate her help so much.

The Management is wonderful. The units not so much . The walls are over due for replacement with sealants around the cracks of the walls to prevent rodents ,etc from coming in. Look like a escape room. But the manangement is very nice and will work with you with what she has .

If I could give this place zero stars, even negative stars, I would. Rate on my unit went up from $60 a month to $200 a month over only 3 years, while service quality went way down. Even though the facility has a keypad entry gate, it only allows access to your unit between 9:30 AM-6:00 PM Monday thru Friday and 9:30-5:00 Saturday and Sunday. Office staff, including the manager, are rude and incompetent. I tried to enter the office during office hours because I needed help with something with my unit, but the office door was locked. I could see the manager and a couple of other employees through the window, so I knocked to get their attention, but the manager just waved me off. I persisted, so she finally came to the door and said rudely “uh, we’re having a staff meeting, you need to come back later.” I did not accept that, so she begrudgingly helped me. When I informed her that I was vacating my unit, she said all I had to do was leave the unit clean and the lock and keys there, and she would close out my account. But several weeks later, I was billed for the next month. I had to call the national number to get it fixed. The units themselves are also in poor condition; all of my stuff was covered in crumbling insulation that was falling from the ceiling. U-Haul moving and storage just a mile and a half east offers better quality units, access from 5 AM to to 10 PM every day, and friendly staff available 7 AM-7 PM Mon-Thur and Sat, 7 AM-8 PM Fridays, and 9-5 on Sunday, with reasonable rates.

Worst customer service. Nobody answers the phones or responds to messages. Incompetent staff

We got locked in after vaccinating our unit. The lady working there didn't tell us our code to exit would be void after 6. When we leased online it was our impression that the indoor unit would be air-conditioned. Our candles and scented wax melted in the summer heat. It was so bad in the summer you couldn't be in the unit without suffering from heat exhaustion. On the first day we took the majority of our stuff the elevator was down to be replaced. When we came to vacate it was still down 2 weeks later. No idea how long it was down prior to our first trip.

Had a great experience with the staff here, Shannon in particular. Very helpful in selecting the right sized unit for our needs and she explained all the fine print for us! A+++

They will make you think you are getting a good deal on your storage unit, then they hit you with a mandatory insurance policy that they conveniently offer.... and then two months later when your unit is completely full, you'll get a notification of a 25% increase on your monthly rent. They will also provide you with a lock and tell you it can be returned for a refund at the end of your rental. They won't. They will give you some scammy excuse and you get to keep your expensive, used lock. After hours access... nope... 9:30-6:00, if you overstay they will quickly send you a notification reminding you that you can't be there after their very short office hours. Next time I need an storage unit, I will definitely stay away from Public Storage.

Easy and smooth process for finalizing the rental. Shannon made things simple and easy to understand. Great experience overall.

I rented a unit entirely online, and when I arrived at the site, even though it was in office hours, no one was in the office. I was eventually able to get my code to enter and move in. I did not find out for about 5 days that there is one unexpected restriction: You are not permitted to enter or exit the facility after they close at 6:00 p.m. I found this incredibly surprising for an all-outdoor storage facility. Please make sure that you will not need access after that time, because they do not advertise this fact very well. Unfortunately, when I called immediately after finding this out and asked about the refund policy, I was informed that the only thing they would refund would be the lock, a cost of $10. So unfortunately that's $170 that I am out, and I will have to rent another truck to move my things to a new storage unit that will allow wider access.

Shannon was resourceful, knowledgeable, awesome, helpful & cool. I recommend this location based of customer service, prices, deals and also their ability to assist with other Public Storage locations. Also, she gave me information that the customer service line didn’t give me. She asked me questions based on my reservation to make sure I was aware of access hours per locations. That was very helpful to know while choosing what location to use. I can’t imagine loading up and putting all my things storage without being aware of certain limitations that may not suit my needs. Like I said, the girl is awesome. She also has great manners and is good with kids.

Overall great experience from the front desk receptionist Shannon. I booked my storage unit online so I was not able to see the exact size of the unit. However, I picked a unit too small for what I needed. Shannon was so very helpful and understanding. She helped make the switch in the computer system super smooth! Moving is stressful enough, it was no problem to her at all to make the day better for me. Plus, I didn't have to break the bank to change units! You get what you pay for, and I have no complaints!

Great experience with reserving my storage unit online as well as paying and securing it! Shannon was huge help, she called me before I could even finish reserving online to assist with whatever issues I had! I met her and she was even more helpful and pleasant in person. She answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Shannon made the rental process easy and being able to skip paperwork was a huge plus, you can complete everything online from the comfort of your home.

I couldn't get into my storage unit because the door code changed. Car was parked on site but no one was available to help. I called several times but no response.

Paul Shannon, walked with around the compound to show me multiple umits. I very much appreciate his time and patience. Along the way, we picked up 12-15 nails inside the compound.

Misleading on the space and it would have AC (climate controlled). Customer service poor in house. If it were not for the lowest rate I would not have given my money to this place. I also was in the front listening to a situation where charges were incorrect and does not make me feel confident that I will have a clean break from this place.

TERRIBLE HOURS! You will not be able to access your unit until 9:30am! I did not check the hours and scheduled movers for 8am thinking crazily they should be open. NOPE. 9.30! CHOOSE ANY OTHER PUBLIC STORAGE! All others open at 6!

If I could rate this facility 0 stars I would. The elevator and carts are filthy. The property exterior is in need of proper maintenance. But mostly after only 5 months of leasing the space they raised my monthLY rate by over 28%. Their on-line customer service/virtual assistance was rude and insulting. The on-site staff was cordial and advised that the rate should not have gone up. I'm now faced with ....do I want to pay an additional $30+ every month or take the time to relocate my items to another facility which will not be PS. After years of using PS on many occasions I have run into some issues but this one is " the one that broke the camels back". They are taking advantage of the economic climate and gouging Americans. While I'm sure the executives up the ladder could care less as PS is most likely here to stay it would be nice if they would not gouge the American hard working people. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY.
