It’s an older storage but so far I have no complains. The counter attendant was very informative and answered all my questions. I appreciate the attention to detail when it came down to the property and management.

Office personnel are great! But company is awful since public storage took it over a few months ago. 70% increase on price increases over a few months and access hours significantly restricted. Too bad, it was great for local storage before they got greedy. Canceling for sure.

Fast, painless, great price, and great customer service.

Hidden fees will nearly cripple your finances, they lack communication, they can just wake up and decide to increase their fees and nothin u can do about it the manager is never around, their system is always down plus the doors are mostly opened with people in it it’s crazy. Will move my stuff away from this painted trench

I visited today and Kathi was extremely helpful and patient when asking questions about my storage needs. The property was clean and well maintained. I just wished there was a small cart for guests because walking all the way to the back of the facility was very difficult. Overall, A+ service from Kathi!

Great service, clean and very affordable! Kathi helped me get everything setup and walked me through the facility. This is my second time using them as they are always dependable! Editing my review since this place was taken over by Public Storage. I’ve been using this place for years but am moving down the street immediately. The new PS rep couldn’t give me a straight answer as to when my auto-payment was due. Called corporate and was told I was grandfathered in to the same day and no changes would be made to my due date. Due date comes and goes and no money is debited. Based on my experience I go to cancel my account the day after my payment was due (because I have them the benefit of the doubt and waited the whole day for the payment to be debited) and am told I still owe a months worth of rent even though the corporate rep lied to me. Had she not, I would’ve closed my account the day before my due date (the day I spoke with her). I live across the street and most people in our HOA will be doing business with someone else as well.

I first arrived Teresa was so courteous and helpful.never had a problem til today December 17 th Sunday I went with my Roommate and yes we were discussing a problem that should not started I was trying to get him to be quiet about a problem and he had a very pitched voice .I agree that I was there to retrieve a couple of items my intention was to throw out junk I didn't need .and kathi the manager aproched us telling me why are you cussing to keep it down stop fighting we talking in Spanish and she said are you moving that made me sick to my stomach so yes I am leaving now I have until the 30th of December and basically she should of never ask me that question.i really had a very good experience with Teresa good customer service not kathi she's very rude on every level thank you

I love this place they are the cheapest initially bc I've found it hard to find a storage place that can get out the door for less than $40 but security self-storage did it and if I had brought my own insurance they would have done it for half that however I highly recommend this place is special because they have 24-hour access and that staff members are very laid back and just awesome!!!!

I am so glad that I chose security self storage. Kathy was amazing. She made my first time renting a storage unit a complete breeze. She really went above and beyond to insure that. I can rest assure that my precious items are in good hands at security self storage.

Kathy was excellent in customer service and helped us out with our moving transition needs.

We had our things in this storage place for a while and we got a call saying our things were stolen. We had so many things stolen and apparently they didn’t have any cameras in that area to know how that case happened, the stuff were worth 7,000 and all they got recovered was 3,000. Its not secured for your items and even your money. 👎
