Came to get stuff out out of unit and the first time I tried code to hallway it worked, so I went in and opened my unit. Once I stepped out to load stuff in my car, the keypad box said system offline so I couldn’t get back in no more. Called manager and he had no idea how to help me, didn’t even have a key to manually open it. Had to leave my storage unit wide open

This Location is very dirty with broken glass everywhere. No active security officers. On top of that, what’s the purpose on having the gate open until 9, if they are no carts to move your things on. The excuse is always “the carts are getting stolen “ WELL ORDER MORE!! With the rates that are being charged, the company can most definitely afford it. Just a big inconvenience to customers!

Moving sucks, this Public Storage location helped it to suck a lot less. I made a reservation online not entirely sure about the process and received a call 5 minutes later to confirm. Within the next 30 mins I made it to the office, checked out with a super affordable price, and was able to unload my car. Shakilah truly exemplifies great customer service. She took the time to explain the cost breakdown and all the fees to me. I told her what items I had specifically and she helped me edit my storage size to one more appropriate for my needs. I picked this location over the many others purely based on the 4.6 stars. This location is right off a main road and close to my job at the medical complex so it's so ideal. I'm able to open the gate, make changes, and see my upcoming payment all from the app. Can't speak on the elevators or accessing the inside units after hours, I selected an outdoor, drive-up unit. No complaints.

After clearing an Airbnb, I secured a space at this location. There are members inside during office hours with the doors locked. I requested assistance with unlocking the unit, the property manager said should would come back to open it but I’ve been here for over 2 hours waiting for someone to assist. I missed work time and several appointments waiting and I don’t live in Houston so coming back isn’t an option. They take unusually long to answer the phone. I called several times, customer service called the office as well there was no answer. If I could rate a -, I would

No one is ever working on site, the doors and elevators are routinely locked / malfunctioning, and no one answers the phone. We’re pretty sure it’s a running scam to prevent people from moving out.

Surprising clean Wonder how humid it gets during rains

I’ve had this storage since match and it’s the same thing every month. I set up autopay though my bank account. Every month it doesn’t work I get a $20 late fee and every month I set it back up. Now when I log on it tells me there is a glitch and auto pay isn’t working. Nice 👍

Christine was amazing! She answered all questions, and gave answers to questions I didn't think to ask but should have. She explained everything clearly and confirmed everything I asked and said. I can say that I left with a piece of mind and confident in my choice.

Very poor service. There has been no power for the last 6 months! Have to use my phone flashlight to see. Gate is always locked open and camera are always "breaking" and down. Unit was also broke into.... District Manager did nothing.

Staff here take the security of your personal belongings seriously. They're responsive and helpful, especially Christine who recently went above and beyond on my behalf. The facility is clean and safe. My experience has been positive.

My move was supposed to cost me 200 dollars and I ended up having to pay 365 cuz they sent me to the wrong building and I couldn't find anyone that worked there it took a hour to get help I feel like I should be reimbursed my money

No one was at the property for PS. The text confirmation lied and said we were in the first floor (we were on the 4th). Access didn’t work initially because we tried to access the first floor (per the text) but eventually got into the elevator, which is a pain because you have to enter your code and then quickly press the floor button in the elevator before it times out. We called and left a message for the manager who still, days later, hasn’t called us back. No employees and no one answers the phone? Public Store should revoke this location’s franchise license ASAP.

Kyria is amazing, she literally gave me a good deal and was working by herself while another employee was out sick, give her a raise because she deserves it!!

I'd give zero if I could. I wanted to rent a storage unit and started the process online. My day got hectic, so I just loaded up and headed over. The office door was locked, so I called the phone number and reached an offsite rep who informed me that someone *should* be there. Eventually I found one door unlocked and entered to find an employee who certainly saw me outside and ignored me. She was annoyed to be interrupted by her sweeping to rent me a storage unit and didn't have a key to get into the office. Is she safe in here?? I don't know. Maybe that's why she was so mad. She was completely rude and irritated to have to find the person with the key to rent a storage unit to me and the men who were also waiting. I called Security Self-Storage on South Main, confirmed they had the size unit I needed, and headed right over. They're excellent and I got a unit, dropped my stuff off and went about my day in less than 30 minutes. Who's fault is this? Easy to blame the rude young woman. Perhaps it is her. Or maybe the Public Storage franchise owner needs to hire more people and pay them enough to do all that is required to run their location. Two was not enough on a Friday afternoon around 2 pm. Also the floor was filthy. Yuck.

FRAUD! My friend paid for 2 reservations here, they refunded only one, after calling in 2x yesterday and 2x today, they mute and stop talking after I call for a cancellation confirmation email.

FRAUD! They refused to refund my payment for a unit that does not exist.

PAID TWICE, even for the upgrade the call rep made me do when the smaller ones were available, unit C3227 doesnt even exist! It stops at C3156! Now I call back they say it will take a few days to "PROCESS" and refuse to give me any email or text notifications on my request to cancel my move-in date. No wonder these units are all EMPTY!

There were two young ladies there that took my payment and they were very pleasant and helpful.

Place is garbage Stealing $ Because you cannot access when needed Elevator doesn't work Only way upstairs is when they have the door side door propped open which isn't in the morning Only after they arrive and they have it propped in the evening The other way to the stairs the code given or app won't open the door.. If you call the Office the recording says to use the app for ACCESS Yea 👌 What's so hard about having the elevator fixed when you ca$h in on _$$$$ Every day What a waste We should be REFUNDED or given a way lower rate What is the scheduled date of this Elevator being fixed 🤬

Would give -1000 star if its an option. Storage got break-in, lost 2 most valuable boxes (Clothes, Electronics). Manager put back on an unlocked small black "lock" and pretend nothing happened. Background: We found storage got break-in because we went back to pick up something we needed. After we found out the storage got break-in, the manager told us "I was about to let you know." This place is very insecure. Main gate occasionally got malfunction, the door of the storage building is always unlocked. The only protection they have is the lock on the inner door, which got broken by the theft. Lot of blind spots of surveillance cameras. We counted there were about 16 cameras and none of them catched the action of this event. (We didn't check because the manager left and this is what he told us) Avoid this storage, for your own belongings' safety. (The cops for this area is not trustworthy too. The PD told us someone will be here and never shows up. After helplessly waited there for 1 hr, we called the PD again and they told us we need to drive to the PD and report it overthere, otherwise we may not get anyone come all night)

My experience with public storage was great. I came in needing to move asap and Kyria was able to get a storage unit within 20 mins. She was polite and respectful and easy to do business with. This location is terrible. I waited over 2 hours for someone to arrive at this location to help me after I had driven 45 mins to get here. I had to call the corporate office who suggested I call another location and have someone else come over to assist. I went back the following day and again no one was in the office and no one answered the phone. There was no sign on the door saying they were out or when they would return. Ridiculous!!

Only had my unit 3 months before they increase my rent by 25% and didn't tell me until after they charged it. I've reached out to the message help center multiple times over several weeks and no one got back to me. The condition of the whole place is really bad. The unit door gets stuck, the ceiling and walls are falling apart, there's broken glass and trash on the floor of the hallways and there is never any carts for building A and B so I'm forced to carry boxes one by one up to the second floor and across the building to get to my unit. Don't come here to store your stuff.

If you want kindness, great help, and patience this is the public storage for you. I am a very picky person who also was in a rush not listening to my family telling me to wait to get the storage. I did what I wanted anyways and got a storage unit and even started putting things in there for weeks before I needed to. Yesterday I stopped by to bring more things and realized my unit was too small. These ladies helped me weigh out my options that would be easier on me physically. I am pregnant I didn’t have to travel far to my new unit and I got a nice price. Thank you both Kyria and Natasha.

My unit is damaged and NO one calls me back. Water leaked and damaged my personal property… the service request was open for 6 months for the roof to be fixed when I expressed my concern… no one fixed it…beware of the unit you rent!!!! The one star is a joke bc no one is ever even at the property

This place is trash. I have water damage in my unit that I asked to be checked on a maintenance request six months ago and now they won’t be even acknowledge phone calls to get this addressed. No one is ever at this unit and employees don’t even work have of the days so the office is empty. AVOID THIS PLACE!

The young lady that work on the inside Ms Kyria was very good. But the place is so secure that its uncomfortable for the customer, the doors to the front and the elevator doors they are closing too soon you guys need to give us enough time to get our stuff at least inside the building or inside the elevator, they both needs to stay open just for a minute or so longer so that we can get stuff together without having to use the code 50 million times. And I feel like as a paying customer you guys shut down at 9 that's to soon you should at least give us till 11:30 or 12 midnight!!
