I have a couple unit in this location but the service that I get from Cynthia is being horrible and unfair always return or attitude beside that I try to use the public storage website most of the time it's not working properly and customer service 800 number the promise something over the phone and when you trying to go to the next step it's shame will all they promise so for whoever interested in this service there you go think about it before you do business with public storage Good luck in your search. Today I'm at public story with infant her service extremely high recommended very friendly :-) all the time no matter how the days go she always smooth and easy to work with I highly recommend thank you all right

Greetings everyone. I’d just like to take the time to comment on how seamless my experience was with Destinee at this location. I had recently come from a location near this one and the hostility I endured was astounding! The agents attitude was so bad that I just could not continue the rental. I let her know that I was sincerely concerned with how our introduction began, however this did not soften the agents “very sour” disposition. But Destinee more than made up for the very poor encounter I had earlier that morning. Destinee’s attitude and demeanor was so refreshing! She left a lasting impression. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone seeking a decent place for their storage needs.
Earlier today Destinee and Cynthia help me a lot with breaking down my payment and why it had a late fee , they’re customer service was great make the process smooth!

I was helping my daughter move out of her college storage, she was in unit 2215.
Ms. Yolanda was very nice and professional. From the very jump when I walked in the door she greeted and told me she would be with me as soon as she was done helping another customer. I came from 9320 Main St., where the clerk was very rude and told me she could not show me a storage unit due to her “having work to do”. Ms. Yolanda was able to pull up 3 different storage units and show me. I was very pleased and she was great help. Thank you Ms. Yolanda.

My husband and I own a business that services NRG arena events. The location is perfect for that! I have had the most amazing customer service from a staff member named Wednesday. She’s always polite and helpful when I call in and she’s always helpful in person as well. She is the most pleasant staff member Dealt with at this location and I really hope they keep her because she really is amazing. My husband and I were considering ending our lease and meeting her has made us want to stay.
Terrible. Keep getting emails to "come secure my unit". Every time I go to do that, I am unable to access. The gate access codes no longer work, and management has been absent the last four times I came by. These times were well within the work day, around 2:00pm, which is well before posted closing time of 6:00pm weekdays. Management never answers the phone, or returns calls.
Terrible management. My door was broken for months and even still takes a man with a healthy back to open. My wife would never be able to get to our belongings. They raise the prices without any hesitation. Mine have gone up nearly 60% in a year. Frequently no one is on site, for days. A gate may be left open for most of a day and when you drive through the facility you will find half open doors waiting weeks for a repairman. Good luck.
Bring back Prime Storage!!!! This place has horrible customer service I've had my storage for over 3 years when it was initially prime storage and never had an issue with them. Now with Public storage no one ever answers the phone no one is ever in the office I've called all day today no one answered I left 2 messages also went to the office and of course no one is there at 5pm when they close at 5:30. I miss Prime storage management the lady was always super sweet never had issues with her now it's gone to you kown what. On top of the horrible customer service they keep increasing the rent.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE! Vandalism/Thief is very high here. I don't know how in the hell the ratings are so high?? Had to be an inside job cut my lock, put a new one on cause they were coming back.. but management or no one knows anything right!! Lack of knowledge, unprofessional, horrible mannerism, dirty and unfit for business, restrooms never clean/ look like in years, the 3 females there had no skill besides playing loud music and on the phone infront of customers loudly!!
Please save yourself the hassle and don’t rent from this location. I rented from the previous company which was outstanding before they were gobbled up by Public Storage. Such an unfortunate, MAJOR difference in the way they treat their customers. Customer service is non-existent and they truly DO NOT CARE! I reported a leak and after multiple messages with no return calls finally got someone to answer. The work order had not even been submitted after 10 days of trying to get in touch with them to check on the progress. It took weeks! They didn’t even offer a dry unit. They have the worst customer service that I’ve experienced. Terrible attitudes!
Don’t rent here Cynthia (manager ) always having an attitude my cousin storage unit was broken into she is always going through people stuff be careful don’t rent here I would go and spend my money on some other place more secure like cubesmart !!
This place is horrible! Originally the storage place was under a different company name - Prime Storage. I really loved the people and everything about Prime Storage. Prime Storage was bought out by Public Storage and it’s been a nightmare. My storage unit was broken into and I believe it was an inside job because of the way of the break in (disgusting). The lady that works in the front (Hispanic lady that wears eyeglasses - Cynthia) never seems happy, she always have an attitude, and the place barely seems as if it gets clean on a regular. Take my advice don’t rent a storage unit from this place! I can’t wait to move my stuff and NEVER do business with them again!

The staff is young, rude, unprofessional. After 2 months my rent increase. I would not rent here ever again. I closed out my unit and left. I went to CubeSmart

I was greeted by Cynthia. I can't rave enough about this young lady! Not only did she answer all my questions, but she also offered a variety of options to assist in all my needs. I'm absolutely going to be back to rent from this location. It's so nice to get the service with a smile and knowledge, something that is clearly lacking everywhere else these days!
