Braeswood Place Storage Units Near the 610 Loop
This Houston Public Storage is located in the Braeswood Place neighborhood, just north of where Main Street crosses Buffalo Speedway.
Tucked inside the southwest corner of Loop 610, the location features indoor storage units and outdoor storage units in a wide range of sizes, as well as individual storage lockers for smaller loads and climate-controlled storage units too.
This location is open 7 days a week and a manager lives on site at the property to provide additional customer service.
One mile west of NRG Stadium, a 5x5 or 5x10 unit can make tailgating a breeze by storing tables, chairs and other gameday necessities nearby for easy access.

i like public storage but the worker are bad people that only care about them self
Had my stuff here about a whole three months before someone broke into the facility and robbed a whole hallway of units including my own. Not only was the manager of this location impossible to get ahold of when I was trying to file my police report, after getting almost $5,000 worth of property stolen from me, I got notice that they are increasing my monthly rate by almost $40 a month. I can’t wait to sell everything I have in that unit and being done with this place.

I Came In Tuesday and this nice lady named Infant helped me get a unit with no hassle. She was real respectful and well spoken and I got the unit with 0 issues.
I went in about two days ago to rent a unit and the service was impeccable, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and by one of the nicest person I’ve met in a while. Although she was by herself and had multiple customers she handled the business accordingly and I commend her for her performance. I never write reviews but this outstanding lady deserves one for a job well done I was able to tour units to find the best one for me and it was all thanks to her “Infanté” I think is her name. Thank you for a great experience and a job well done!!
I Technically don't have a storage unit here, but some of my stuff is stored his in a friend's unit. Today is Jan 4 2024 at 10:58 am. This location is 9420 main street. We arrived at 10 am to grab some stuff from the unit only to see the unit had been locked. My friend failed to make a payment back in November but has caught up since then. It should not still be locked in January. So we go to the office to figure out what happened but there hasn't been anyone at the desk for almost an hour now. No one is answering the phone and no one is being held accountable. Thus is outrageous.
Miquel was very helpful& knowledge able.He addressed all my concerns.Facility was formally Security Storage. Transition was very easy. You should have more employees like him
I have to be honest this has been an all-around bad experience. The property manager is completely unavailable. If you call you’ll get a computer and then I’ll send you to another computer and then it will ask you to leave a message in the property manager will return your call which they will not. I can set up auto pay, but the auto pay never works and you always get a $20 lazy after several months of this, I went again after the auto pay Did not work and it said that there was computer issues and that public storage was going to fix these issues and that’s why the auto pay doesn’t work so I had several months of $20 charges that were not my fault and again I cannot get a hold of the property manager, or anybody else

The WORST!!!!!….My things have been in a storage unit at this facility since March of this year and definitely way pass due on getting my things out….The nearly $30 rent increase since Sept with the new total being over $200/a month, the ghetto office manager, and the harassing phone calls is ridiculous….They will NEVER get any more business out of me….Sorry at it’s finest….
I had a great experience with getting my storage unit! The employee Shavon Caldwell at store #25529 was great. She had a great demeanor and was very helpful with explaining my fees and documents. Would highly recommend this location for all your storage needs!

The lady in the office was nice and very helpful when I went to put my things in storage. I will say however that I wasn’t a fan of the phone not being answered and having to wait 10mins outside the office to get my code to the gate. I assumed this was a one time thing, however it’s clearly not. I’ve been up there twice since then, once to retrieve my things and try to drop the keys off and another to just drop the keys off but no one was in the office and I couldn’t wait all day. I’ve also been calling for several days as well, but no one ever answers the phones. Please do better in these areas! I do not want to have to pay for a unit I am no longer using, but it seems I might have to since I can’t catch anyone to tell them I’m done using it and return my keys.

Although it was almost 107 she said was more then willing for me to come inside and cool down for a bit while she worked on my account. She answer all my questions and was helpful in every way. Update- So I have tried calling now 3 times this week, each time I leave a voicemail and no one answers. This is the most unprofessional property I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with and will
be my LAST MONTH renting with them. Disgusting. This property is not good. do not rent here. I got a $20 late fee PLUS a $25 returned check fee due to my account returning a payment that I KNOW HAS MONEY IN IT OVER $2k! Then I have made payments on time no issues for the last year and they don’t care at all no leniency no understanding whatsoever even when i tell them i will fix it with the storage payment today. DO NOT RENTA AT PUBLIC STORAGE OTHER PLACES ARE SAME PRICE AND IM SURE MUCH MORE UNDERSTANDING
