Southwest Houston Self Storage On Loop 610 Near Highway 90A
This Public Storage in Southwest Houston is located on the south side of Loop 610 between Stella Link Road and Buffalo Speedway. It offers cheap self storage units to the South Main, Willow Meadows-Willowbend area and surrounding communities.

Stuff thrown out for $36.00 over 30 days before an auction date and 30 days less before breaking my locks and throwing away my items while i was hospitalized medical cards and while I have a mother who had to be hospitalized for heart issues first time situation no this company isnt it at all qhile i was in the hospital and on an emergency trip i was paying and contacting them without hearing anything back the manager i spoke to i can not say was of any help pictures coming soon
THIS COMPANY HAS THROWN MY ITEMS AWAY FOR $36.00, 30 DAYS BEFORE AUCTION DATE AND RECEIVED THE PAYMENT. WILL BE POSTING PICTURES OF PAYMENTS.... This property has thrown my personal items away without no legal actions in which wach state has rental laws i purchased a storage unit to store my personal belongings everyday clothing since i was relocating from another state (MICHIGAN) I tried reaching out to inform the company i had a family emergency i ended up in the hospital the day after i stored my belongings i also had to fly back to Michigan because my mom ended up with heart emergency issues which left her hospitalized almost a month and still has me here with her I've been paying even paid a few cent over towards the next month to end up with my medical cards birth certificates and all thrown away as well as my school computer in which i attend online. This is NOT A COMPANY NOR LOCATION I RECOMMEND i have a storage for two years in michigan i pay for with way more items and pay 200$ a month...

Susie and Alexis are amazing! They made my move-out of the storage smooth and easy. Although there were some minor setbacks with the gate codes, they were apologetic and very helpful to me! I had a few past interactions with Susie when the other tenant's wall caved in on my belongings and when a locksmith changed my lock due to mistaken my storage for someone else's. Both incidents were stressful for me, but Susie was always sympathetic and found solutions that were of no-cost to me. The only reason I moved out is because the rent is constantly increasing and my 1 storage cost almost the same as my mortgage. Both ladies will be missed but are greatly appreciated!

The manager Susie is awesome. Someone at this facility took my backpack that was in my unit because I had to give them a key to my unit. had something of value in it to me. They want me to get a police report to file a claim. The item was not of huge monetary value but it meant something to me, I think that is a lot to go through just for them to reimburse me the money for the cost of the item. Obviously they don't believe me or they just don't want to be held responsible and pay the reimbursement.

Needed a storage unit rather quickly. Called public storage and was given a reservation number and address near to our location. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Heather, Gabby, and Yahaira. They were extremely friendy, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. They Patiently answered all our questions. Not one time did we feel rushed or pushed to rent a unit. After showing us a couple of their available spaces, we decided that location wasn't for us. Only because, we needed an even larger available storage unit. They had no problem looking online to find something else for us. They found another public storage had exactly what we were looking for. The price was great. It was even closer to our location. Bridget provided great customer service. She walked us through the whole process of obtaining a storage unit. She was also very clear of any information that we needed to know. Only thing that we aren’t happy about is the hours of access. I think 5pm on weekends is too early to be closing which is why we are giving this location 4/5 stars.

I just recently finished renting a space at Public Storage 3555 South Loop West. Suzy the property manager was so helpful from move in to move out. If I ever had an issue she was always available and willing to help. Look no further you have found your storage space!!
I would highly recommend finding a storage unit at a different location. This facility is so rundown, the gates are routinely no longer working and they have a staff member named SUSIE with the absolute worst attitude and lack of customer service skills I’ve ever encountered.
There are so many other storage units to choose from around Houston… Don’t choose this one.

the Spanish Lady made the experience a nightmare was evicted for lortering while remodelers lay napping on the ground. didn't know that organizing what is stored there would have me removed.
she could use an attitude adjustment. a two suspension in my day would have gotten that ball rolling. The older lady was more then helpful she was human a courtesy to my visit.

Worst location public storage has to offer the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered and they will refuse to give you any type of name when you ask for reference. I’ve had my storage unit for over a year now not only is the property run down but every time I call I’m greeted like there’s an issue with calling & asking questions about my unit. I haven’t been in Texas since I first got the storage so like anyone else questions need to be asked and all communication should be welcomed if I pay my money to utilize the space. I’m just sick of people acting like their job is a burden when you’re a customer. So if you are looking for good customer service you WILL NOT GET IT HERE!!!!!
Bad customer service I went in and spoke with Susie she had the worst attitude. The property was filthy. it’s rats and bugs everywhere. She did not help me with anything just wasted our time. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PUBLIC STORAGE

Not a great service. They increase rent without notification. Hours of operation are not convenient.
We are a 501c3 nonprofit tax exempt organization which isn’t recognized by Public Storage. Our storage fee started at $100 two years ago and now it’s $190. I asked to be considered for price reduction, as the on-site manager suggested to me, but never received a follow up on my request. I under inflation but this is by far ridiculous. Nice doing business with you.

Paid my bill last month and the website glitched, taking out twice the amount due. I was promised a refund within 2 days, and it's been well over 3 weeks, and still nothing. No one seems to care, and I've had to adjust my moving plans because of this. Not to mention that my rent has all but doubled in the past year for reasons unexplained. I've never missed a payment, and I pay on time every month. I'd give them a zero rating if I could.

I have been meaning for about a week to leave this review, but between preparing to move and the holidays it has continually slipped my mind. However, I was assisted by Susie upon my experience with this location. Sweetest lady ever, very detailed, friendly, knowledgeable and overall so very helpful. She toured me around the complex to have a visual look at the storage sizing, gave her personal best opinions and was just very warm and welcoming. Definitely the best experience I’ve had in a long time. Some people can be very grumpy and mean and make the moving process even more stressful than it already is, but she definitely deserved 100 stars if it was possible to do so. Keep being great and your honest sweet self. It doesn’t go unnoticed. Please give her a raise, she really deserves it!

Susie was awesome! She greeted me as I came in. She called me to confirm my reservation. She showed me the space before renting. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Believe me customer service is very important 👌
Susie and Melony were extremely helpful in assisting me move someone else’s storage unit out. Susie got me verified to do so and communicated thoroughly during the two day process. Highly recommend this location!

I paid online in advance for a storage with a move-in date of the 28th. I ended up not needing it, so I moved out on the same day, took my payment off recurring payments and called to inform Public Storage that I didn’t need the space and would like a refund. I was fine with the $29 non-refundable administrative fee even though I and the computer programming technically did the administrative work. I was told it would be a couple days.
Six days later, I get an email saying I had just moved out and I was being refunded for the lock only.
Of course I called and Public Storage took care of everything, but this location will never get my service again.

Won an auction online before i got to the location I spoke with Susie on the phone she had everything ready. Once i arrived to the location she walked me over the the unit and explained the process very quick and easy appreciate your help!!!!
This particular Public Storage location looks like the oldest prison that I ever saw on television it's hot it's nasty and sweaty it's it's unbelievably offensive the storage rooms look like a prison go and check it out also there are no working restrooms so after you packing everything with your family or your friends you have nowhere to even use the bathroom or wash your hands front desk staff don't even know what's going on they have no idea when they'll be able to use a working restroom again either check it out if you must#you know I keep you posted

This is a wast of money and a big scam ... I started off paying 77 dollars now a pay over 100 for a smaller storage
The conditions of this property is horrific. For the past few months, the dumpster stayed full with trash all around it, the property is unkept, there is only one person for the entire property who appeared unavailable and incapable of addressing the power outage on my storage unit. Last month, the gate was broken and the area by my unit reeked of urine.
Corporate office need to walk through this eye soar and see how it is managed. Truly ask why you are charging and increasing in the price of these dark and unkept units.
There are other Public Storage nearby that are in much better condition, offer better customer service and is well lit and safe.
