Well infested with rats wouldnt recomend this storage the lady is very rude and the district manager david said for her to call the cops that we threatened her very unprofessional unless you wanna deal with rats amd yes we had insuramce but still told us to throw it away

I went here to help a friend move items to the storage space. It was very clean and easy access in/out the gate. Though we had to get out of the car and walk to the key pad in order to open the gate. The parking space is a bit narrow, but you can still get around the place.
Very upset!!! I paid a months worth but only used it a week. Called the location and got transferred to somewhere else. They have a rat problem or at least the storage next to me does and now I have rats in my mew home and customer service agent (Anthony) gave me a big attitude and stating there is nothing that can be done and how do we know your not lying. It’s your house , your stuff, your problem now and would not transfer me over to a supervisor. 😡😡😡 I have rented storage rooms before and never had a problem!!! It’s ridiculous!!! Will not recommend at all!! Zero stars!!

Infestation of Rats and public storage won’t do anything to compensate me for none of my damaged property I will be seeking a lawyer. (UPDATE)- I gave this review 1 more star because I was contacted by corporate and I was refunded 1 month. I should have gotten a full refund due to the lack of this property manager not disclosing this place had a problem with Rats. It’s still wrong and my family has lost all of our clothing and so much personal and important things that can’t be replaced,they are all chewed up from Rats. Very unfortunate we have to start over and I was only given 1 month of my money back. 7 months and I only get 1 not ok at all.
