Ms. Danielle was marvelous. She went over and above service. She extended mercy toward me. For this I am truly grateful.
Had small trouble online, but came into store. Spoke with Danielle over the phone but meeting her in person was even better. She helped me complete my rental, answered all my questions with clarity, and made sure i was well taken cared of. Great rental space!

Pros: the manager is great and it's a good location.
Cons:
- The elevator has not worked for months and access has been spotty.
- they have raised the rent on me 3 times, the most recent AFTER the elevator stopped working
- I requested some kind of compensation not having access to stuff and they first postponed the most recent increase 3 months. Now they have moved the terms around to make it seem like they are helping me with lower or compensated rent, but it's literally the exactly same.
"No contract!" Seems like a good deal until you realize there is no price protection for your space. I have since read the fine print: We reserve the right to change your monthly rent. Since it's month to month, you're screwed.
This is the first bad review I have ever left, so take that for what it's worth.

First off, the management at this facility is awesome. Danielle, actually greeted me at the door, with a smile and acknowledged me when I walked in, even though she was with another customer when I arrived. As someone in the customer service industry, that means a lot to me. When it was my turn, she gave the great news that I was going to be paying half of what another storage company was going to charge me to use the facility. In these times, that is a blessing in itself. She showed me the unit I would be getting and explained everything to me in detail. The facility is very clean. A lot cleaner than the last place I rented from close by. You enter the facility and use the elevator with an app, which makes it easy as pie. Units are climate controlled. I feel that the memories I have stored are safe. I have already recommended this place to friends. I’m extremely happy with my decision to store here, and I know you will be as well.

Bought an auctioned unit here. Called AND came here yesterday and there was nobody here. Left a message but no response from them. Today got in contact with an associate, not the manager to set up an appointment. Got here and things went ok. Secured my locker then had to leave for an hour. When I got back had to wait 45 and many phone calls later got the associate to let me up the elevator. Will not give gate or elevator code. Now they're dealing with customers so I'm stuck waiting... again.

When I first moved in I spoke with Danielle and she was amazing and helpful. I work nights and planned to go in today to make a payment, but was first greeted by a horrible phone call from Jay. I simply wanted an explanation of charges and was met with the most rude, condescending customer service ever. Once she was was told that she was being rude instead of apologizing for any miscommunication, she proceeded to start calling me hunny and sweety to which she only did more after I stated it was rude. She STILL hasn't explained the billing so that I can make payment. Please never rent here!! They will bait you in with a nice person and switch on you in a heartbeat. Corporate and Twitter will hear about this since she refuses to give her name or manager's info when I have spoken to him before anout their broken gate and elevator.

The most unprofessional place I have ever witnessed. First day moving in my code didn't work they gave me three more also didn't work then they gave me a temporary one that expired as soon as I came back with more things to put in storage, which coincidentally was also right when the office closed(About 6pm). I ran into the office managers boyfriend I guess who had been obviously smoking weed upstairs with his two little kids, he told me the manager wasn't there and he uses her key to get around but for some reason he said her job would be at jeopardy if he lets me in which didn't make sense because he didn't work there or have a storage unit but was using the managers key to get around. After trying to get in for almost two hours calling corporate I had to take an entire load of things and put them back. I hope Public Storage can hire some more responsible people this was ridiculous.
