After paying almost $200/ month, we found alot of rat droppings on everything we owned. I have never been so disgusted!!!

Very poor customer service at this location. I have unit here and got broken into. Property manger has no customer service skills.

I called the front desk and the phone number for location 11810 Westheimer Hoiston 77077 at 5;00 on a Friday where I have 2 storage units and the person I spoke to is no help at all who does not even have the code to the door or no one is answering the phone for assistance. Wbat happened to customer service of Public Storage? I guess it's time to move to another storage compamy. Maybe I can get better customer service.there
The overcharging is insufferable here. Expect your rent quickly go up. The rent levels will far exceed any of the nearby storage companies. AVOID!!!!
DON’T STORE HERE
This company is a bait and switch. A few things to note: 1) Your rent will double very quickly; 2) They nickel and dime you (for example you have to purchase their locks; 3) Customer service is pretty much non existent. There are plenty of better choices out there that aren't brimming with corporate grifters.

Dora offers excellent customer service. The single star is for the price increases. My unit has tripled in price over the last 18 months. Went from $57 to $201 a month.

I don’t recommend this place. If I can give them 0 starts I would. They change the our lock without informing us and when I went to ask about it the front desk girl gave me an attitude saying an email was sent out months ago. I did not receive any email. She has no customer service skills and very unprofessional.

My mom is moving to houston from corpus and we needed a storage unit. PUBLIC Storage accidentally rented us an outside u it and there were a bunch of hoops to jump through to get transferred.
Mrs. Vicki saw me struggling and basically walked me through the entire situation.
We were up against the clock but thanks to her we will be getting everything g taken care of. Self service facility ? Great concept but I prefer a human being that cares as apposed to a kiosk.

I just got storage this week and Vickie has been absolutely amazing! Even though the location is primarily a self-service kiosk, she has really made herself available to help me with the process, when she has been onsite. She is knowledgeable and very personable. I did not feel like a customer, but more like an old friend that Vickie has known forever. Nowadays, it is hard to find people who want to help you, so Vickie renews my hope in mankind.

Today I had the best move in day at public storage. With a big smile, Vicki was able to handle all of my questions. As she walked me to my unit, she gave me advise on where to park my truck and which door to go through. The unit was clean and ready for me.

My storage unit has been broken into not once but TWICE at this facility and my Limited Edition HARLEY DAVIDSON was STOLEN - I've spoken to both the property manager and Kevin Moreau, the district manager and nobody will let me see the security footage or turn it in to the police for the insurance claim. Did I mention nobody contacted me to tell me it was stolen, because the lock was STILL ON THE DOOR. The latch was broken, but my lock was placed back on - I believe this was an inside job, and Public Storage is making it impossible to prove otherwise as they won't give up the security footage. DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR BELONGINGS!!!!!
