Went in to get a storage unit and came out satisfied. Reno was very polite and made the process easy 10/10 customer service. The place looks nice, secured, and clean to make it better it's by the highway as well, so it's easy to get too and access.

As stated earlier the facility is well kept. However the service was awful. I want to say the manager whom I met yesterday was Professional. Friendly. Very easy to talk to. Answer all of my questions in a pleasant manner. Yes, I would definitely recommend Public Storage on Stroud. Just make sure you deal with Mr. Reno Delos Santos.

The location is well kept. he sales price was on point. I have no complaints about the location or the unit, But the young men on duty the day I came to complete my rental is rude as heck. I am sorry, some young people have no manners what-so-ever. He was very condescending and rude. Instead of trying to continue to talk with him I just walked away. Please reel him in, as he feels that he knows everything, when in fact he still has a lot to learn. I have no probleem talk with people. i just prefer not to deal with argument type of people,

Rented a unit today from Ps and Reno was amazing! He showed me the unit, explain the sizes a dimensions and I displayed excellent customer service skills. He was very knowledgeable and took care of renting the unit out to me within 10mins. Also, komesi at W Airport Blvd location lead to this location which was in fact much closer to where I am moving from. Thanks PS had a wonderful experience today and your customer Representative in the office assisted me properly!!

‼️‼️ HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE LOCATION 3/10/2024 (3 photos) Multiple storages were broken into. Items were stolen. Management are never on site and they don't pick up or return your calls. What is the point of having a lock if they can pop it? ‼️UPDATE: 4/12/2024 I received a phone call Friday morning that my storage unit along with 30+ units were broken into. In a month, it was broken into TWO TIMES. This time 30+ units were also broken into and the MO were the same. They were able to easily pry the bar opened due to the extra slack between the frame and the door. I advised them this would happen again if nothing was done. However, my voice was unheard. I did not take any photos this time around because the suspects that broke into the storage ransacked everyone's personal belongings and threw them all in the hallway. I spoke to a few other unit owners at the location at the time and at least 5 of us are pulling out and moving our things. The last time my unit was broken into, I was told that the district manager would give me a call. I even left my name and number at the front desk. I received nothing. I called again about a week later and even went in person, nothing. This time I did the same thing and was told the district manager would reach out. As you can see, the property would not do a thing about this. Whoever is in charge of this review only replied to positive reviews and would ignore the comments which needs to be addressed.

I checked out this Security Self-Storage on Stroud due to good reviews and location convenience. This is the cleanest, best presented outdoor storage facility I have seen. John was very helpful in determining what type of storage was best for my needs and made the process easy. I highly recommend this storage facility.

About to give up on finding the right sized/priced storage unit, I dragged in to Security Self-Storage expecting another dismal experience. Instead, John took it on to himself to solve my problematic situation and, after above-and-beyond diligence and research was able to do so. We haven't moved in yet, but I can tell you that signing up was very easy. The value is great ($ for units), and the facilities are clean. The people who work there are happy and helpful. That's always a good sign of a good company.

This is the place to store your belongings if you want a clean, quiet, and secure environment for them. I've yet to find anything I don't like about the facility. Definitely sets the bar real high. Thanks.
