They have raised my rent by over a hundred dollars and I haven't even been here a year! And they were already over priced.. There's a clause in your contract that says they can raise your rent whenever they feel like. I'll be moving out asap. Avoid renting here!

The facility is fine, but Shellie is amazing! She's so sweet and extremely knowledgeable about the facility and also the surrounding areas being that she grew up in Texas. I've used Public Storage a few times through the years (mostly in California), and this is the first time that I've felt comfortable leaving my belongings in one and it's all because of Shellie. My sister (who also used this facility) was right, Shellie's a gem.

Extremely frustrated. I originally started renting a storage unit starting on the 8th of the month. The storage facility changed that date to reflect the 1st of the month.
We are retired and veterans on a limited income. We emptied out the unit on the 3rd of the month and I cannot seem to get an answer on not being required to pay a full month .
It seems unfair and unethical to require me to pay for a full month when we had to drive 14 hours to get there and had the unit clean and empty 11 a.m. of the 3rd. I was told I would have an answer in 78 hours but I am getting notices already stating that legal action if not paid in 10 days. As long as we rented from you and there is no consideration or flexibility. Is your company really that greedy as to take advantage? I have not once in 4 1/2 years been late.
I am in the process of moving in to another storage facility which does adhere to month to month based on move in date which is larger, nicer and much less expensive than you Public Storage

Worst place ever. Never any dollies available to help with moving things. Always need your passcode to use the elevators. Seems rent gose up every 4 months with out a notice. Have left several voicemails with out a call back. This place is seriously an inconvenience especially for a working professional who travels for work. Also there is always someone in a black Honda Accord without a security uniform parked in the back entrance for long periods of time not moving things just there observing you, makes you feel so unsafe. Seriously go elsewhere and save your hard earned money.

This place is just out here stealing stuff from people!! I won a unit via an auction and had till 6PM today to pick it up, and when we arrived to pick up our unit we were told that we hadn't paid for it in time and so they TOOK our unit and sold it to someone else, but we were there before our 48 hours were even up!! I would never do business with this location! Not to mention the lady at the front desk was very rude and refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing on their part whatsoever!!!!

Had pretty much my entire life stolen out of my storage unit from the unlocked one next to it in 2022. They just peeled the wall back like a can of tuna. Staff at the time was really unhelpful and the insurance the company offers never did anything either.

So I just got off the phone with an employee who told me that everything I was told upon renting my unit was incorrect, so this whole time I have been getting charged for unnecessary charges that are non-refundable. To end an awful experience, I was told I should have read my contract better!! Wow! So don’t trust these employees and read your contract

Do not and I mean do not rent here. I reserved a unit and received a text saying it was ready. I got there and my access code did not work. I went to the office and it was locked on a Saturday at 1pm. I called the number on the door and they said they tried calling the employee but couldn’t locate her. 45 MINUTES later she showed up. I go to my unit and there is a lock on my door that I just rented. I go back and ask for a refund and they only gave me a partial refund. They said they couldn’t refund the administrative fee…..you mean when I was waiting almost an hour for the admin to show up? Oh ok. Never again. I also ran into two other people who said they were looking for her too and she always is gone.

Worst Public Storage facility I have ever used. Climate control is not what we got here. Most of our cardboard boxes collapsed b/c of lack of temperature control and humidity. Our unit was on the first floor facing an outer wall, where water builds up outside and leaked into the storage unit, and multiple boxes of clothes were moldy and destroyed. The cleanliness of the facility is also not their focus.
Kim IS the real deal! She’s lucky she’s taken, a full on hooter. She’s one of them ones. Besides my personal belongings, my heart is stored here with Kim <3

Stay away from this unit if you want your property not stolen. This place gets broken into very frequent and management is horrible. Good luck getting insurance to reimburse you for everything that was stolen. Your unit could accessed from adjacent unit and they'll steal your property without any evidence of breaking the lock. Management will deny any wrong doing, this unit changes hands a lot now I know why. When I got this unit, I thought this won't happen to my property but I was wrong. This place deserves zero star honestly. The local police know the place to be having constant break-ins.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to my storage over the weekend to organize some things for my departure from the storage since I am preparing to move. There was one month where I failed to pay my storage due to payment information not being updated so they cut my lock and I did not have access until I realized I needed to make the payment. Once I did that, I went in and purchased a new lock from them and placed it on my unit. At the time I did not check my storage BUT when I went yesterday I discovered my things has been gone thru and my televisions were gone. Someone who works here is going thru units when they are cutting locks and taking items. My storage unit never went to auction so they never had a right to try and take possession of my belongings. I have filed my police report and my claim with the insurance but I advise anyone NOT to rent here and if you have a unit I advise you TO CHECK IT ASAP.

Access? I prefer the ones with doors then the sliding doors...you have to enter your number a lot of times till you know it by heart with your first entry to the facility. ( that's how many times you have to enter it) with doors, you just keep it open. Price? Ridiculously high unless you get it online. Will I rent again? Maybe. Have to watch out for them roaches, there is plenty to go around.
Don't forget you have to purchase their lock. And it's yours to throw away or sell it foward because who uses those kind of cylinder locks after you are done with public storage. That's a waste of money.

I just want to say I had an awesome experience from A to Z. Staff was nice place was clean and very professional. The manager Laura was very helpful and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in customer service, and was very informative.
