This Public Storage is located in Houston's Uptown neighborhood on San Felipe Street two miles west of the 610 Loop and two miles north of Interstate 69.
At this location, there are indoor storage units with interior hallway access, as well as outdoor storage units with drive-up access for easy loading and unloading. There are climate-controlled storage units, as well as individual storage lockers for smaller loads.
Open 7 days a week, this facility also offers rental parking spaces for vehicles, boats and RVs for short-term or long-term storage, as well as covered parking rental options too. A property manager lives on site for additional customer service needs.

Thomas has great customer service and very attentive to customers.
Property is well kept & in great location.
Loved the staff here specially Mr Thomas i moved to texas from California and i rent a storage online needed to put all my staff inside but as it was past the working hours the call center told me to come back the next day and get my passcode and i had all my goods in my car i had to put it some where so Thomas saw us and told me that although it is past hours but i will help you guys so he checked my id and give me the access code and i was able to put everything inside the storage .

Good day today! I went in with my baby in tow to see Thomas and was greeted by both him and Octavia. They were the absolute kindest and accommodating. I needed to upgrade my unit and was given a great deal monthly as I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and counting. I love that this location is so secure and that Thomas is strict and caring of this property and his work space and makes the visits to my storage unit feel safe.

Do not recommend public storage. Their hours are not what’s ever stated on the maps and went to two different locations. First one in cypress stated it was opened and when I went in it was closed and when I called I was told that the location didn’t open until 1pm and that they closed at 6pm. Now I came to this location off of San Felipe and the guy there said he was closing up for the day when I arrived at 3:45 pm although it states that they don’t close til 9pm as well. The guy working also and didn’t seem to even want to show me a unit I was interested in renting. My experience with this company has been less than satisfactory and don’t recommend poor management and customer service.

Thomas was great. I wanted to change to a smaller unit, and he went out of his was to accommodate.
This is my first time using any type of storage facility and I have to say the whole experience was great! Easy to reserved and locate. If you like to spend your money with people who like to treat you like a high schooler and they’re on a power trip because they live upstairs in the tiny apartment, than this is the place for you. Plenty of storage units in the area many are 24 hour access . You can access your stuff anytime and won’t bother the man upstairs sleeping with his family at 9 PM. Leave this business alone so this man can have a home here with his family and take your money to a proper storage unit. I was only going to moving unit within the property but the manager made me make up my mind to move out completely. I don’t take being lectured lightly. I’ll just take my money somewhere else.When I first became a customer here I kept being pressured to leave a review. I’m so glad I waited to see how they actually treat customers. Don’t yell at and lecture customers because they’re disturbing your sleep at a place of business.
Thomas is the manager of this location, and he is exceptional at delivering a great customer experience. He has taken calls 5 minutes before closing and is at the location before its time to open for business. I would highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

Rented an inside climate controlled unit. Found out there is no light inside the unit after paying and moving the first load. Not good. It's difficult to see using just the hall lights.
Thomas was very helpful. I signed up online and there ended up being some issues, he was nothing be helpful and made sure to take care of the problem immediately. He was very polite and even went out of his way to make sure my unit was locked, when I left my keys there. Would definitely recommend, great customer service!
