ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
Even in the climate controlled unit. My things have been here for only 3 weeks. When we came to pick them up, the unit was infested with roaches. I went to the front to report it to Shay, the attendant. She was TERRIBLY RUDE. “What do you want me to do about that” was her best response. Then went to go ask my movers if what I said was true.
If I could give negative stars I would.
I’ve called the property managers and have an appointment with the district manager about this.
This is disgusting on ALL LEVELS. From the cleanliness and upkeep of the unit, to the nasty attitude of the public storage worker.
What’s the point of paying extra for climate control, if these issues still come up??

I rent a space at Public Storage and visited on Friday to retrieve an item. However, upon returning Saturday morning, I discovered that my storage had been broken into. Upon finding the person in charge on-site, my interaction took an unfortunate turn. Initially, he displayed a slight attitude, seemingly exacerbated by my understandably upset demeanor as I inquired about the next steps. Despite my confusion as to why I had insurance, he proceeded to dissuade me from utilizing it, offering a litany of reasons against doing so.
Opting instead for an internal transfer to secure my belongings, I was dismayed by the manager's choice of available units. Despite several options directly in front of mine, he directed me to one five spaces to the right and another ten spaces to the left. When I questioned the availability of units in front of mine, his response made it apparent whose interests he prioritized—his own.
Nevertheless, I reluctantly settled for a unit ten spaces to the left, as the one to the right was damaged. Upon returning to the office to finalize the transfer, I was informed of an $8 fee. Disheartened by the prospect of shouldering this cost on top of my existing expenses, I requested a waiver, only to be met with refusal.
Faced with no other viable option, I begrudgingly paid the fee to secure my belongings, despite already paying a monthly rental fee. This entire ordeal left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of customer service and consideration shown by Public Storage. Despite having used their services on multiple occasions in the past, I adamantly discourage others from doing so. There appears to be a glaring lack of regard for customers and their valued possessions, making this establishment a less-than-ideal choice for storage needs.

The manager is absolutely rude, they increase my bill every few months I started with $57 in June, now they want $100 starting April, I called and it’s of course the voicemail, they didn’t return my call for 2 weeks and then said that if I don’t like the price I can leave! I hope everyone just gets up and leaves that garbage place that stinks and looks horrible inside!
There is no ventilation, super old, super dirty
The person who attended me is named Steve was very professional in what I was looking for. He went through every detail on my rental unit and it did not take a long time to finish the process. In my opinion he was very professional. I would recommend this public storage.

My unit was not ready at all and I never moved in. This place is not clean and the manager never answers the phone. The reviews on here must be from her friends as this place was scary and looked like people lived here. Don’t rent here! Again the positive reviews are her ppl who live in the units or ppl the manager knows.
Lisa has helped me out since I first got my unit. She is very fair, understanding with any issue I have ever had, and always tries her best to make things work.

Today, on 23rd of the month, my credit card has already been charged for the next month! What kind of company sets the Autopay for the next month 8 days ahead of time? Now I have to call and waste my time to ask my money back again!! I'm trying to give them a better rating, but they just keep amusing me with their new ways of putting their money first! (They have to first make sure I am planning to stay there for the next month before charging me already!!!!) changing it from 3 to 2 stars now!
Since it is a self storage, the only thing that matters is the company attitude for rating.
When I moved in, it was on 28th, so I was charged for the last 2 days of the month.
I am moving out today on 7th, but I paid for the full month! It is stealing people's money. Double standard is never acceptable for me. I'll never use their storage.
It's a very cheap behavior, and I never trust businesses like this.
The first day their system was not working, so I had difficulty for the first week to get inside because they couldn't add me to their app system.
Inside was not very clean, just a regular space. There was something on their ceiling which was all over my stuff and I had to clean them each time.
Update:
I gave it a one star first. Half of the problem was solved with Fransisco(I hope the name is right) about the last month charges. So I give their effort a five star trying to keep their customer happy. He explained the place is old and under renovation, however it is what I said already. He was very nice and helpful.

Tried several times to communicate with office personnel about why my rate keeps going up and no one ever answers I also got issues with the door coming off the wall and the screws are danginly on the rail reported this problem since I moved and has not been addressed also the light inside the unit is hanging out with the wires exposed and reported that too but no one seems to do nothing that people are just concerned about how friendly and nice the office staff is that the real means are not being met, will be moving out soon...

I'm only giving 5-stars for the customer service. I started to book online but finished at the store with Kaylin. She made the finishing process EFFORTLESS and quick. She explained everything thoroughly and with ease.
My only complaint is about the upkeep of the property. I couldn't turn the light on in my unit because there was no string to pull for the ceiling light. I'm only 5 ft so I had to use the light on my cell.
