Valerie in the office was so helpful in walking me through the whole process in renting my unit ! She was kind and patient to make sure I understood the details of the rental and location information!! She made suggestions that I wouldn’t have known without her guidance that was advantageous to our contract.

The head office needs to come to this office and fire all the staff. The comments I read are all fake. The office doesn't have their office hours on the building, it says 6am-9pm( online). And that's a complete lie, I paid for the unit for the 4th of October at 12 noon over the phone, used the code provided, and was denied access at 5pm . The message read "must speak to manager." I called the office numerous times, and the phone went to voice mail and never received a response. Do I wish I had gone to the Cube storage. Once their office is open, I will want a refund. I'm going to cube storge because their staff is truly there at the hours that's written all over the building. Public storage is a joke. (This is not a rant). This is real-life experience. I'm here at 8:30 am, and they are still not open. No office hours were posted on the building. Paided for a unit all ready and forced to sit here on October 5th, and still, they are not open.

Had a storage here for 2 years, only bad review is the price kept increasing from 62 to 96 in the course of 24 months. On the other hand, Miss Dora helped me vacate and she was perfection. Helped me get in the hallway since I hadn't been to my storage so long and was unfamiliar with the new way of entering. And she stopped to help me while she was in the process of sweating in the sun putting trash in the dumpster. She went back and forth multiple times to open the door and check if my unit was empty. She was wonderfully helpful and pleasant. Thanks Miss Dora! Would definitely recommend.

ZERO stars. Do NOT rent from here. They harass you for NO reason! I believe this person who contacted me is the property manager, Dora. She did not provide her name. Maybe she could pick up some etiquette & customer service skills if she desires to have a job that requires it. I called multiple times to vacate last month & EVEN had a vacate date listed on my app of 4/30/2024 for a unit here. That is how much I did NOT trust this location. I EVEN called the main customer service line because these folks barely return the call on time, even after leaving voicemails. Because of their non-existent service & many, many confusions + mistakes (continue reading), I switched to another location yesterday. The lady on the phone from this Hullsmith location finally returned my call today & confused the 2 units (1 closed as of yesterday & 1 new that I’m on day 2 of today). She said the one at her place is due for monthly rent & the one at my new location is closed. I mean really??? On top of it, she kept arguing she will make a “note” on my account that I owe money today. Excuse me, lady. I paid last month’s rent in full. I vacated on the day I communicated so (yesterday), last day of the month. I cleaned my unit & left the door open. PLUS, I communicated in the office again with the associate about vacating yesterday. You kept throwing it in my face on the phone just now that I “did not come to the office.” I would enjoy seeing you try to continue to harass me with a bill. RUN away from this storage location! The location itself is SO UNSAFE! OTHER FEEDBACK: - Absolutely no climate control. - The lights NEVER work. I put in a work order request about 2 months ago for them to change the light in my presence. Same lady called me back & said it will get done. Didn’t even care to ask when I might swing by so they can do it in my presence. - They finished putting in new doors & walls. Finally, it looks somewhat like a storage unit of the year 2024. But nothing else is 2024-worthy. - There are nails EVERYWHERE. In the unit from their “reconstruction” or “remodeling.” All over the parking lots & lots between units. (See pics here). - The lady who calls you back about your unit is confused. She mixes up phone #s & units. UPDATE 5/3/24: - I called the main Public Storage customer service line to report Dora’s harassment & late return of my calls. I was told by the main Customer Service line (not local) a District Manager would email & call me within 24 - 48 hours of my reporting to them what all transpired during my unit move out, as listed above here. Please see pics. I still see on my account a “past due”, despite the main Customer Service acknowledging AND closing out my account from their side.

4/4/24- Dora was awesome and incredibly helpful at the Huff/Smith Rd's location. Sinaa at the Corp office was also incredibly kind and helpful as she found the perfect spot and referred me over to Huff/Smith. Shortly... I received a personal call from Dora! Sooo helpful! Betty

I've started renting a unit at this location since 10/23. My experience with the staff there has been nothing but positive. I needed to go there recently and worked with Dora Saenz, who went above and beyond to resolve an issue I've been having with my account. I know there are no shortages of storage units, but I've been very pleased with this location. Staff is helpful, location is also very safe. Highly recommended.

Dora was pleasant, fast and efficient with my checkout process. She was kind and knowledgeable and if I ever need storage again I will be sure to come back to this public storage location.

Valerie is amazing! The property is kept clean at all times and despite the surrounding neighborhood, the property itself is very safe.

Current renter of a unit at this location. Apparently, they decided to replace the doors on the interior units, and now I cannot access my unit with my current set of keys due to a new lock. Items stored in my unit were needed TODAY, before I leave town, and I came during normal access hours. Insane that I don't see where I was notified by phone, email or mail.

Called to get instructions on the move out procedure. I was informed that A vacate receipt must be printed out in order to finalize the process. March 31st, we vacated the unit and went to the office to obtain vacate receipt and no one was in the office. Waited for over 30 mins and the clock on the door still had the opening hours set. Called multiple times through out the day to verify, if the unit had been checked, but no answer. I called customer to they noted the account with the unit was vacated. In spite of the note on my account , I still received a bill.

Lisa was extremely helpful, and quickly assisted with renting a unit close to closing time. Highly recommend this location of Public Storage.

Person behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. We left and got a uHaul storage instead. Also the storage here is not secure. You can crawl over the wall from inside one storage unit and gain access into another storage unit. Makes absolutely no sense to design storage this way.

Mahesh offers five star service. He is very knowledgeable intelligent and kind individual. He is an asset to this company.
