Worst storage I have used. I was paying for a inside unit because I need my stuff to ve cool. We'll the a/c haven't work for over 3 months. I went to the office and spoke to Yolanda she supposedly sent a email for the manager for her to call me because of the situation and never heard from anyone. So basic ally I was paying more for nothing.

This location actually is pretty nice. So initially when I came the office was closed for lunch but the manager Yolanda actually came off her break to assist my mom and I. She took me to a space to view and it was perfect. I have confidence that my things will be safe here
Dora saenz greeted me when I walked into the office I had not experienced this level of customer service since I started renting here that woman Yolanda has a horrible attitude and Is generally unfriendly I avoided dealing with the office while she was on duty but now that Dora has treated me with awesome customer service I am looking forward to dealing more with the office unless of course it's Yolanda in there thank you cheers.

The service and prices leave a lot to be desired especially compared to other companies nearby like Life Storage. Switched to Life Storage after renting at this location for a while and I wish I had done it sooner.

I would like to say that my impression of Public Storage on Woodland Park Dr. has changed 180 degrees from my previous post. I have been in communication with the manager, Natalie, on the premises, along with some emails to corporate and the whole hike in rent was adjusted and overpayments credited. Thank you, Natalie and corporate!
After 3 years of being a loyal customer (even putting up with their outrageous rate hikes!) they want to charge a WHOLE month's rent for a lousy 12 hours on the 1st of the month. Since my movers do not move on Sunday, I scheduled them for Monday, the 1st. All I can say is that these people are GREEDY! How does 12 hours hurt them? IT DOESN'T!! Beware of this company's GREED!!

I had to pop by and leave a review. I was lucky to get Vicki at this location as well as the Hayes location. I ended up renting at the Hayes location thanks to Vicki! She was super helpful and saved the day. I was able to rent the storage quickly before my movers showed up!
