I recently had the pleasure of working with Marty Benton at Public Storage and I can't recommend her highly enough. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly informative and genuinely kind to my family. She took the time to give us a thorough tour of the different storage sizes, helping us understand what would best suit our needs.
Even though the sizes we needed weren’t available at her location, she went above and beyond by referring us to another unit that was perfect for us. Her willingness to help, even after directing us elsewhere, showcased her exceptional customer service. If you're looking for a storage facility with a fantastic manager who truly cares, this is the place to go!
Third time was a charm! Came in with a unit purchased online. Upon my arrival I found out the unit size would not accommodate my storage needs. Property manager, Marty Benton provided me a different unit without any issues. Nevertheless the 2nd unit didn’t accommodate. Again without any difficulties and continued knowledge and stellar customer service Marty transferred me to a 3rd unit that was perfect for my storage needs. Marty was very helpful!
Great attitude and service
I agreed to pay my fees on the 10/24. I check my voicemail last night and they are telling me that if it’s not paid by 8:00 am in full that my property is going to auction. That is wrong on so many levels because there is 24 hours in a day and I will be able to make the full payment later today. This is so frustrating.

Marty is amazing and just the sweetest all around. I had an issue with my lock and she promptly fixed it. I mean she called me within 30 minutes telling me it’s fixed and cleaned all the build up dirt around it allowing the door to close smoothly. Just showing she goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. 1000/10 definitely recommend!!!

today was my last day to vacate my storage unit, when i got there i realized i lost my key to open my lock. Terrance not sure if i spelled his name right but man super huge help Today!! told him i lost my key and terrance helped me fill out the proper paper work to get their guy out there to open up my unit, took maybe 2-3hrs for their guy to do that BUT terrance called me back, let me know their guy got it open in a timely manner. Thank y’all at public storage for going above and beyond for an easy vacate.
Unfortunately, i no longer needed the storage but when i do again, will gladly use y’all again for helping me today.

Regretfully, we chose to stop using this storage facility because of their unnecessary price gouging.
They let us know ahead of time they would be raising out rent an *additional* $40 and so we let them know we would be moving out.
We have homeowners insurance and proof that it covers our storage so the there's no need to pay that much.
You lost two stars and any repeat business from customers that had been with you for over 15 years.
Sad.
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this property. The management is helpful when needed. I would definitely recommend this property
