Horrible customer service. Be aware. They will have you sign for a fee and then raise it by at least 22$ every three months. It’s ridiculous and they staff there is rude on the phone. It’s only one lady that is so helpful there. The rest don’t even know how to do their job. The guy I spoke with today 12/14/2024 has horrible customer service skills. I’m not saying a customer is always right but you can’t now do business and customer calls in and you continuously cut them off- it’s rude and disrespectful. I spend my money there I don’t get paid there to work.

I moved in on 19th of October. Paid $248 rent and was told I would get my full month and a second month free per email that I still have. Then on November 1, another $ 101.50. Now it shows December 1, the full rental rate. I have brought to everyone attention . Nothing has been done!!!!
Stay away from Public storage. Not worth the stress.
They give you a good price to lure you in then after the rates go up ridiculous high also if u have any trash even if u pay 300 a month you can’t use there dumpster for just a small box I wouldn’t recommend this place my unit is also full of ants o also have a space at extra storage and they have bn pretty good to me

The rental from the get go was a headache because we're given a different price after signing. Which was paid and on the 6 th month was charged a price increase without notice. The office manager has a bad attitude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. Today Marty was helping out at this location as well as two others. I just want to give a big shout out and thank you to Steven at this Public Storage for giving me top notch service. I came in from an online order that was completely messed up and he handled the issue like a star! Not only did he rectify the matter, he placed me in a more Convenient location for my movers to unload! Moving is already stressful, it’s great to know that good customer service still exist!
The work at this public storage place today was not done him win I was done a job for some one movers he let the people people park in front of the gates were no one can come in are out he was holding people up by parking his vehicle in the in gate have a lot of people telling him need to movers him car the guy would on he was talking crazy people he couldn't be working at public storage

The 1102 W Pioneer Pkwy, Grand Prairie Location terrible customer service from a young man who was not helpful whatsoever. He said to just do everything online and to leave outside.Highly recommend heading over to 425 Public Storage location in Grand Prairie Miss Isabel was the one who helped us with all of our issues and concerns she is an Angel!!
UPDATE* I was approached by Public Storage I spoke with a lovely woman named Marty, who helped me and addressed all of my worries.Going to Public Storage at 1102 W Pioneer Pkwy, Grand Prairie is highly recommended. They really do care about their clients, and I appreciate that they reached out to me, apologized, and addressed my issues and concerns.

WORST STORAGE PLACE THEIR ELEVATOR IS ALWAYS BROKEN IF ITS NOT THE ELEVATOR ITS SOMERHING ELSE! SO TO MOVE STUFF FROM THE FIRST FLOOR TO THE SECOND YOU NEED TO LIFT EVERYTHING!... BUT THE ARE QUICK TO EXPECT FULL PAYMENT AND ARE QUICK TO CHARGE FEES. I WOULDNT RENT HERE OF I WERE YOU.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Every single time I've gone to this Public Storage, the property manager isn't in the office. I have even gone twice in one day, during their regular office hours, and still no one was there. I was charged $19.95 for a lock I didn't ask for, that I was supposed to be able to return unused, but no one had ever been in the office for me to make the return. Any time I call the office phone number, no one answers. I am currently inside the storage facility, trying to exit and the loading bay door is not opening from the inside. I called their customer service hotline and I had to wait 10mins to get permission to use the fire exit doors, since that is the only way out of the building.
Very good service, was able to get a rental and move our stuff in on the same day. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

They took advantage of my parents! They didn't explain anything to them. They didn't show them the storage. The left them to figure out the place on their own and they couldn't find a way out of the place. The fact that they asked me to help them look for a storage space and I suggested you guys then they told me how they were treated there. Makes my blood boil.

I had a very wonderful experience here. Axia , she was so nice, professional and very knowledgeable. If you have a military card they will give you a discount. It is not much, but they will wave certain fees. Check them out and Good Luck! Tell them that I sent you there and they will take care of you ! I FORGOT to tell you all also you get a discount if you make the reservation online or if you scan the QR CODE on their door so many incentives.

A good hire. The property was clean but prices are really too high. For that reason I will have to make use of this storage room temporary rather than long term.

I scheduled an appointment for walk through today. Crystal was on time, eager to answer any and all of my questions. Due to her working at this location for years, she was able to give me the best advice for renting the correct storage unit to fit my needs. I ended up getting a larger indoor unit than I had originally planned (outdoor 10x10) and I couldn’t be happier with the deal. In a world where good customer service seems to be impossible to find, my expectations were far surpassed by Crystal and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience that she provided.
