Started a little rocky with confusion over the difference between a 10x20 and a 20x10 unit. But Juan O who was working at the location I used was fanatic and set us straight. From his calm demeanor to his clear desire to ensure a fantastic experience, I knew I was in good hands. He answered all my questions clearly and was so nice to speak with. His attention to every detail and wonderful personality made a difference. He’s a wonderful ambassador for your brand and should be commended for how he handled my situation.
