We r extremely thankful to brandy.. she is god sent.. helped us with exactly what we are looking for… Ann and brandy are warm welcoming and supportive. I would recommend this storage space one hundred percent.. we felt very safe storing our RV at this place…
I have no idea how this place has good reviews. Go store your stuff somewhere else or at least a different location. I arrived and had to wait 30 minutes as no one was there, instructions on the app were unclear. Finally got a hold of someone who was on their “lunch” break at 3:30pm, was not even answering phones and would not come out of the office. Finally got to my storage locker on the 2nd floor, was advertised as “climate controlled” was easily 95 degrees up there. Your stuff will cook - go somewhere else.

I rented a unit online yesterday, received the text saying the unit was ready, and showed up to move in. I was able to drive into the facility using my code, but there was only 1 entrance with an exterior door handle and a code box. I entered my code and the message said, "error." I downloaded the app and tried to gain access that way, but it also said, "error." All the other doors do not have exterior door handles to gain entry. The rental office was locked and no one was inside. After going back to the entryway door, a renter who was inside already finally let me in, but the elevator was broken and the stairwell was blocked off. I couldn't gain entry to the unit I had rented. As I needed to move things into the unit ASAP, I drove to another Public Storage facility and requested assistance. They were able to refund me for the lock and cancel my reservation, though I will still be calling and requesting a refund of the administrative fee this week. The Public Storage on Inwood is right around the corner and Jimi was so helpful!
Best Public Storage location in Dallas! Brandy is a literal gem of a human and deserves a HUGE raise. She quite literally saved the day from my meltdown and helped me out so much. She is truly an angel on earth and every Public Storage should have a Brandy. Public Storage, please recognize her and her service- she is invaluable to the operation!

Bandy is the best thing Public Storage has to offer. She goes out of her way to give great customer service and is prompt in returning calls/messages. Public Storage needs to have people train with her as other Public Storage locations lack the service she gives patrons ( and my units are at other PS locations). I come to her store when I need help or want to pay for my units as she is willing to actually HELP people. Kudos to Brandy. Give her a raise.
Brandy is so fantastic!! I dropped my phone down the elevator shaft and she immediately put in a work order and they were able to save it right before my trip the next day. My savior! She manages the space very well and make the experience seamless. 5 stars!

Advertised a good price with 2nd month free. I take the time to look at the space, meet with the manager, and am told I can lock in the rate for a year if paid in advance. On that basis I go to sign the contract and find that the rent will increase 70% over the advertised rate in less than two months and no 2nd month free. Unbelievable. Canceled the contract and they promised to refund my money. Total waste of time and now waiting to get my money back.

Disgusting place disgusting people. Absolutely no customer service. Manager Brandy is very rude and Unfriendly. The owner of the place obviously isn't any better since there are 100 1 star reviews on brandy and yet she is still employed here. Horrible business so rude. Beware & stay away!!!!!!! If you want to have a good business spend a little time teaching your "managers" how to atleast be friendly to someone. Especially someone who was waiting on them and had an appt scheduled. I can not stress enough how sketchy of a business this is. I will be making complaint after complaint until my voice is heard!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been calling storage places for several days looking for information. Of them all, I must say that Brandy at this location has got me sold. She has been the most helpful, professional and kindhearted person I have spoken to. She is very knowledgeable of her profession. I had ALOT of questions because I am a thorough person which normally irritates people but Brandy was incredibly patient with me. We need more Brandys in the customer service world. She is a true gem.

This is a great location with easy access and clean facilities. Brandy manages the property and is always friendly and helpful. They did ask for me to leave a review but I'm leaving it because it is deserved!
Furniture dollies are always in the same area and have always been available when I've needed them. Remote access makes it easy to get in and out and this location is situated between two Sewell Dealerships so it has even more security than usual.
It was easy to reserve my storage online & had no problems. Angela was very helpful today with the billing questions I had. Thank you public storage.
This facility is dirty, and customer service is lacking. When you sign up, they are very aggressive about you giving a 5 star review. I guess that’s why there are so many. In fact, 1 star is generous! They only have 2 dollies for customers, and they really don’t want you to use them. In fact, I got yelled at because I was “taking too long” (REALLY?). After less than 5 months they jacked the rate up like 50%! So I left. I gave written notice like it says to do in the contract, but they didn’t want to take it. “Don’t worry we don’t do that”. I did it anyway. There are better places to store your items!
You want to know the tricky part about this 5 Stars rating Public Storage location of Lemmon Ave? Brandy the manager asked you to add those 5 STARS at the beginning of your first registration time. Sadly, the nightmare starts later, once you are already in need of them. The first day, we needed to find a dolly which they have only two but only for decoration. They are lacking and only available until manager Brandy is willing to respond your messages. Looking for her is like a game. You can tell when she is at the building, but she does not respond to phone calls or stay in the office. The gates are supposed to be connected with an app, but at that time the entry wasn’t working for about the time we were leaving. The place is dirty in the corners of each hall. We rented a unit supposedly with AC, but that wasn’t true. The AC does not work or they haven’t given the proper maintenance. Then, after two months, the incredibly increased the rent for something ridiculous. Then, leaving was even worse because they have all of these tricky little words that you have to be careful of, such as given notice in written, and making sure that you take the autopay off from your system. I hope that Public Storage Management can see this message to do a review on her type of work at that location. She is an abusive person when she feels the power to do on customers. I am glad we decided to leave this place. It was the worst experience we have ever had in terms of Unit Storage Services.

I'm not sure if all Public Storages, but run from this... it's unsafe after hours elevators barely work and the emergency exit has been malfunctioning since I moved here.. Melissa was a amazing not sure what happened to her, however Brandy is a piece of work. Never at the office, and has a very rude tone. Tried dropping my keys off she wasn't there and literally had another customer just waiting to receive her keys and lock... Never again, if I ever need a storage unit it will never be PUBLIC STORAGE.

I was helping a friend move last Thursday and everyone who has ever done this, knows it tends to be a hassle when there are unknown factors. Luckily for me, Mason promptly & clearly answered our questions. The only chance at beating the customer service here would be to include a moving service itself.(hahaha)

This is my first rental with Public Storage and my experience with Brandy has been great. From the beginning, Brandy has been helpful with all details of availability and rental and has answered numerous phone calls from me never becoming irritated or too busy to explain things. She personally took me to the unit and helped me with the lock and assured me about the security. Brandy is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Management makes a big difference and Brandy is perfect in her position. This has been a very good rental experience.
