WORST place to store your stuff.!!! They stold all of my things from my space and the lady in charge in the office who is always slow, smoking and like a junkie, she never told me what happened, it seems she lives somewhere in the storage. She is mean. They just found my space almost empty when they broke in and they vacated it. It seems that she agrees and is an accomplice to the thieves there because she turns off the cameras when something happens. Never even think to store your stuff in that place!!!!

The system was having issues and support number couldn’t help me. Thankfully she stepped in despite everything else she was working on and got me taken care of.
She was friendly, calm and collective despite my frustrations with support and a long day moving furniture. I would rice past other locations to come here for the service.

The unit that I moved into was filthy. I had to clean up unknown chemicals off the floor in my unit before moving in to avoid staining and potentially contaminating my items. The entry door lock to the building where my unit was located did not work. Making contact with someone in the office on site was very difficult. On top of the fact that the rate is forever increasing. I highly recommend choosing a different storage facility.
I suggest this location 100% Stacy is the most kindest helpful person with a very beautiful personality who does care about u and ur unit. I promise u will nt regret storing ur items here.I’ve been here many years and never once had any problems with staff or most importantly my storage unit!

She has allowed me to make a few partial payments till my balance is zero bc i honestly do need all my things! I moved out on yesterday... RAT POOP EVERYWHERE... never again, over priced units. Very disappointed. I did my reservation online. I was suppose to get 1 month free. DIDNT. Infact, they gave me a 10/10 too small for my furniture. I told them EXACTLY WHAT I HAD AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE UNIT WAS BIG ENOUGH, NOT!!! THEN I WAS FORCE TO GET ANOTHER UNIT WHICH THEY DIDNT HAVE A10/15, SO I HAD TO GET A 10/20 WHICH WAS STARTED OUT $335 THEN IN LESS THAN A MONTH THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $350... THATS THE REAL REASON I MOVE TO ANOTHER PLACE. I GOT THE SAME SIZE UNIT FOR $126.....

OMG! Alize was a huge help for me this week. I had been having a hard time getting in contact with anyone in the office to talk about my storage space I wanted, and potentially xfer. Alize was knowledgeable, patient, and listened to my needs, and made the whole process as painless as possible. I was able to xfer to a bigger unit as needed, at a better rate that I was hoping to get.

Purchased a storage space today and went by the office twice. No one was there. Have been calling all day. No answer. Additionally, inside the storage there is no air conditioning in Building A despite their claims of being climate controlled. It’s over 100 degrees and this place has no A/C. Looked for a cart of some sort to use, did not see one anywhere. Went to one of the other buildings, nothing there either. The light inside of the storage unit I got assigned today, does not work. It’s dark inside the unit and you can’t see anything. This is the second time I have tried using public storage and not had a good experience. I will be looking for other means of storage and canceling my agreement at this location in the next few days.
Stacy is very helpful, sweet, accommodating, pleasure to work with, professional. I can’t find words to describe how much I like her. The storage felt very safe, never had any issues, they installed more security cameras while I was moving my items to my storage. Great location. Thanks again Stacy
Came here to this location today to rent out a storage and I had a very good experience. A lady named Stacy at the front service desk was so cool and inviting man. You don’t really get people with good customer service skills these days any more . I don’t understand why every time I come to the office, it’s closed. I can’t even get a breathing person on the phone for help, but yet you guys are good at taking customers’ money and overcharging units. This ridiculous and unacceptable.

Definitely overly priced for no reason. The girl lied and said the storage was big enough for a 1 bedroom. It was the size of a closet!! I couldn’t even fit half my thing in it. They never answer!! NEVER. Nobody is even in office! I wasn’t even in the storage 3 weeks and i had to pay a full payment after already paying my payment to move in it.And im still being charged and my stuff has been out the storage for a whole month already.
