The price kept going up ,the place had an issue with rats. And my unit and several others were broken into and things were stolen. The manager and the district manager did not follow the proper protocol when I discovered the breaking and several other people who had their units broken into told me the same thing and 3 months later I'm still waiting on the manager to look at the security video and get back with me so I can file a police report and give them the video also I can't even file on the insurance because the manager simply will not do their job. My experience has totally sucked because of the management failing to do their job .

First time renting, self service kiosk does not work at all. Gate codes given to me online do not work either. Bluetooth does not work for gates. Manager is nice but cannot fix the issue. No customer support whatsoever. What a waste of money.

They will raise your rates and keep raising them. Also, my storage unit was broken into. A few days ago. Customer service is hard to reach and they do not seem to care. Stay away!!!!
My overall experience was not good . I started renting a parking spot for my 2019 RV in November 2023 . I was unsure about the spot because of the area, no contact which I learned when I went to see the grounds and my unit was mistakenly tagged by a tow company for being in the wrong spot. I constantly went to see my RV because we utilized it so that made me feel better because everything was in tac . I went to check on my RV in March 2024 and saw my side window open my unit and instantly became alarmed because my family and I had used it a week prior and nothing was wrong and it was secured. My unit was broken into through a window , stole , door was open, all my things were taken including appliances, clothes , liquor Totaling 7000.00 or so worth of damages which Public Storage did not pay anything. This was also surveillance that showed people in and out my unit for several days .It's very hard to communicate with this office especially in a crisis. This leads me here after all I endured I get a letter from a collection agency stating I owe them money I advise that this was a mistake because the refunded me for the few days my RV was there and I evacuated immediately once we saw the damage. I have called and called this can be corrected no response again in another crisis. I need someone to call me to fix the reporting this is ridiculous especially after my nightmare experience.

I arrived early to get a unit and sat in my van getting frustrated trying to figure out kiosk an app when This young lady Destoni appeared and walked me through the process and made it so much easier. Thank you Destoni. Good customer service still exists.
I went to grab some things out my storage, when I pulled up the gate was half way open which I knew should have been a red flag but I proceeded to my storage and I opened it and stuff was thrown everywhere! Someone broke into my storage took a lot of valuables but left the tool they used to break in the storage!!! And then locked it back like nothing happened so I wouldn’t have known unless I opened the door pissed is an understatement… called to make a police report they said it can take days, called customer service and they said make a police report and they would reach out the the manager of this location and that can take 72 hours. For this to be my first time ever using storage it was the worst experience and I will not be using them again!

My storage units were broken into twice. On top of that, after the second time, I chose to I vacate my storages and I left the lock they provided (upon the break in) thinking i was supposed to. I called in and them and explained I had moved 2 hours away and had vacated. I asked if they could remove lock. I was told no the first time. I called back a week later after trying to find someone to go by and remove lock for me and this time I was told they can remove it but will not give me any kind of credit for the month or prorated credit for the month. So $211 for an entire month that it’s empty and it’s empty because it was broken into. Ridiculous.
When I first rented the storage there was a team and an office at the location. Now it’s a keyosk so no one to speak to there. It a complete disaster trying to get help.

Its clean. Parking isnt much and the area can be a bit confusing to navigate if you have an inside storage facility. The outside ones can be crowded if alot of people are there.
Your kiosk sucks and barely worked, please be sure to remember human interaction matter the machinecan replace that. Thank you to nice older fella and African American woman who helped me on 10/8 at your riverfall store off 75 5*s for each of you.
Its a shame i have to give this place 1 star i wish i could give it negative 10 for starters its all online and you get a call immidiantly to sure up your reservation and if you have any other questions good luck its like your trying to yank the persons arm off and if you dont like the unit location well good luck getting ahold of somebody and on top of that BEWARE THERES NO DOLLYS HERE and when asked about it the answer i got was "its not our policy to have those here" i had to use my chair and put some dents in it thanks public storage and the place is dirty and also beware insurance is one of those sneaky charges they throw on you also pay for a lock that you dont have a choice to opt out of and after two months here they raised my rate by 50% i dont think thats the norm but its crazy so i said adios im out out of here they woudnt want to match the rate of another public storage they said well you can move into the other location well i have permenantly moved out great customer service NOT and to add salt on the open infected wound they tell you to move out by 5pm while moving out there was a roach in my unit im sure theres more in my boxes somewhere and theres only one door on the side by the unit so if a lot of people show up it gets pretty crowded BUT WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT STORE HERE
THE WORKERS BROKE INTO MY STORAGE ‼️‼️‼️ I received a call 3:44pm 5/25/22 , i missed it but they left a voicemail stating that storage was broken into im was only about 10 min away so i got there before 4 to go check on my storage ,the storage was busted into or anything so im callign them to figure out why would they think such a thing and im sending emails no response so now im getting scared and feel as though my unit is target , JUST THE DAY BEFORE 5/24/22 i had to go to the storage for documents that was needed by my new apartments when i got there my storage looked tampered with all my stuff was moved around !!!!! So anytime I went i took a picture of how it was left ! Today 6/30/22 I moved into my apartment I unpacked 2 boxes i had with expensive shoes all my boxes where EMPTY ‼️ SOMEONE WENT THROUGH MY STORAGE TO SEE WHAT THEY LIKE AND THEY THEN FOLLOWED BY GOING IN MY STORAGE TALKING MY THINGS ‼️ Cameras and extra security wasnt installed on this place until a so called break in on 5/25 ‼️ I will be reporting this location to the BBB and making a police report!!!! THEIR REVIEWS HAVE BREAK INS MENTIONED AND ALSO SHADY PLAY BY THE WORKERS ‼️ BE CAREFUL RENTING HERE 0 starts wouldnt recommend ‼️

The location off of Northwest highway and Shiloh has the worst Manager and they notify you about needing a lock on your unit knowing you have a lock on your unit but then the part that holds the sliding bar is broken which is their responsibility they dont tell you that and when I went to check my unit I found it had flooded and was not notified about that my stuff has water damage dont rent from this location better yet dont rent there period

I have had this storage since March 2012, and it has steadily increased to where now my unit is going to be 185.00 (2020) , 2021 was 222.00 per month. I called in to see what can be done both times because unfortunatley, I have been impacted by covid and am not working making a income. I called and was told nothing can be done, i called corporate and the same. This is one of the few companies that doesnt make concessions during a pandemic, that has impacted many. They offered me a different unit, knowing that it would be impossible to move one of the largest units into another not to mention inconvient. They know they have people between a rock and a hardspot snd dont really seem to care. Shop around before coming and renting here... price increases are pretty steep at renewal. I received a 20% increase

Michele was very friendly and very helpful I was in the wrong place and she helped answer all the questions I had and got me back on track on how to get to the right place and what to do when I get there. We need more people willing to help just like she helped me. Thanks Michele
