This place was amazing! It was so easy to get in and out of! Only downside is I wish there was a person working in the front office full time. But otherwise my experience was amazing and totally recommend this place!
Units get broken into ALL THE TIME here. My lock has been cut off three times in one year. Management might notice a few days later and give me a call. They don't file police reports and they don't look at their camera footage. Probably isn't even recording. Don't store anything you care about here.
Don't bother reading the terms and conditions either. Management won't abide by them here.
if i could give zero stars i would. items were stolen out of storage when lock was changed some of my childs sentimental items from his father that passed away.they thought that the storage was going to be sold and stole items first .we know it was someone that worked there will be removing our stuff.

I just got off the phone with idk who but for some reason she refused to give me her name I was just trying to get some information but I guess… very bad phone etiquette. (Reply to comment from I’m assuming corporate) Yes but there is no reason I can’t call and ask it’s been many years and things change I only wanted some info and got none. Me being a customer I felt like I did Not receive the service I feel I should’ve received.
