Wow . Not everyone has all the time In the world. Get there by 8:57 enter code to leave 8:59.. door open slow and I still get an Email saying I was there 'till late. I understand if I am there 'till ten or something. Very dissatisfied.
I came to Public Storage before they had opened and the manager Rengia went above and beyond her call of duty. She told me to come on and I'll help you. She helped me get my unit. Her generosity and explaining how they run their Storage was remarkable. She showed me where everything was and made sure that I was knowledgeable before letting me leave. AWESOME JOB!!!!

Reniga was amazing. I haven’t experienced such wonderful customer service from a storage company than this. Usually, they just want to get us in and pay the fee’s but really explain to us what we were paying, how to use kiosk when their not in office, and the benefits. Even while my fiancé and I were thinking about it, she was so patient and kind. I'm definitely glad we switched over to this place from our other place. She even followed up with a phone call to see how our move in went. I'm happy to have chosen this place. It also looks very new, with carts available for use. The best customer service.

We actually got another unit yesterday and Reniga helped us complete that transaction- she was fast, super helpful and made adding an extra unit to our account very easy and stress-free. This particular location is very clean, feels secure and easy to get things in and out.
A great space that is easily accessible with nice and helpful staff! The units are super clean and they provides us with a lock. We had a 5x5 that was packed but there are larger spaces as well.

Honestly one of the best public storage locations I’ve been too! This location is a lot cleaner and they actually have people in the office haha. Big thanks to Jordan & the other lady in the office for being patient and super helpful with all my questions.
I have been a longtime renter at this location. Yesterday I went to this location to pay for my rental units. The man who was at the desk, would not tell me his name, did not have a name tag on, and refused to let me pay for all of my units. I have paid many times at other locations and have NEVER been refused the opportunity to pay. This particular person has ALWAYS been rude to me. Funny, I have always been able to pay my bills at any location, except for the location I have my units. I had to search for another location to make payment. Also, in the past, I have asked to speak with the supervisor over that property and have been told that I cannot or that they do not know how to get the district manager. There is one man at this location who does his best to help, but the other people there are the most unhelpful, rude people. Beware.
I still have not heard ONE WORD from anyone at Public Storage. I requested the contact of the regional manager as the district manager has not contacted me, 5 days after my request to her. Today is 1-11-2024
My wife and I live in Preston Hollow and we opened a storage unit a few weeks ago. It has been a few years since we had a storage unit but I have to say this location is pretty awesome, convenient to Preston Hollow and affordable. Customer service is exceptional and staff are super helpful. They took the time to give us a full orientation and show us all of the new technology with the phone app that has changed since our last rental. Our unit is in the main building. Everything is super clean, well managed and climate controlled. After hours access is super easy. I only wish we would have discovered this location sooner.
Reniga and dtaff went above and beyond in helping me get the right size unit
1. There's never a moving cart when you need it
2. They will raise your rate after only 3-4 months and there's nothing you can do about it.
3. It's not 24 hour anymore.
I recommend storing your things elsewhere.

Back again, so we all know shopping for storage can be a daunting task, but this was by far the most convenient storage facility to rent at. Accessing my storage couldn't be simpler, only thing is there are few push carts available, but l was able to get it done. The facility is new and very clean. Reniga was my first contact when I arrived, she greeted me and provided wonderful customer service. She was incredibly professional and friendly, 😉 and just made renting a breeze. Your definitely 99.99% better then the others l went to.
Shout out to Reniga & Darrell for their tremendous help with my unit today. I had issues with a previous location I had booked and they helped me settle in a new unit.
This location is trash. They never answer the phone or call back. I tried to move out my unit in August cause I lost my keys I kept asking to have someone come cut the lock it was always you have to wait for someone to be called out. I left messages called over and over no answer. I had to email the CEO of the company. I had to advise him what's going in now they sold my unit when I was trying to move out. Now I have to seek a lawyer.

Nearly impossible to get a property manager on the phone. I always have to contact a customer service representative via their Google listed number and wait a long time on hold to get live help about billing, cancellations, account changes, or anything else related to my account. The app is very user friendly and the automatic unlock feature is handy; the facility itself is clean and easy to access— but overall, I dislike Public Storage. Their rates increase randomly and without proper notification or reason. This becomes a huge nuisance when you’re using autopay—but if you don’t use autopay—go ahead and expect exorbitant late fees which may or may not be negotiable. Overall, this is just a burdening expense that increases without warning and which requires your attention always. If there’s any way for you to reduce the number of unused items you own or scale down, it may be your best option to avoid dealing with predatory storage companies altogether. I can’t get rid of this service fast enough.
My experience here was great. The atmosphere was very welcoming. I never review businesses but the employee that helped me deserves recognition. Her name is Reniga. She had exceptional customer service skills. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and concerns. Just all around had positive energy and good vibes. I’d definitely recommend people to head to this store for storages. Reniga definitely is a 5 star employee 👍🏻

I’ve had a storage unit here for a little over one year now and always pay on time. The lightbulbs in my aisle, where my unit is, had a few bulbs out. Now the entire aisle is pitch dark. I had to actually bring a headlamp and a flashlight to go to my storage unit today in the middle of the day. And once again, there is no attendant in the inside office at 1:45 PM on a Tuesday. These are the hours an attendee is supposed to be here
I was frustrated that the person in the office told me I had to use the kiosk to complete my reservation, more upset to find out that my reservation was no longer available, but Jeanie made everything alright. Her professionalism and courtesy is the kind of customer service one expects but rarely receives. Thank you, Jeanie!!!!

Public storage is my favorite... Orange the same color my jumpsuit used to be .. first month free can't beat that... They do make sure you get insurance and all those other little things so it adds up.. but it's safe and the people are very nice in the front desk ... The two girls treated me like a king. They actually help me get my unit secured with the kiosk and walked me through the whole procedure while smiling...

Price goes up about every month. Staff is never around so the moving carts are always locked up and unavailable for use during posted business hours. Been at location for almost an hour. Sign says open. Doors locked. No staff. Phones go to corporate which is closed on weekends. Horrible customer service.

Very rude staff . Regina the manager refused to give me a refund for my lock and she didnt want to return the lock to me w/o refund . Then deateny called my cellphone with an attitude asking if I received my refund. If you must use public storage try another location.
Scam. Public storage business model is a joke. Started at 8/month, then went to 11/month when my deal expired. THEN in June suddenly jumped to 42/month. That’s egregious and predatory. Stay away if you know what’s good for you.

Great Place Great stafs, they are so welcome and very helpful,, I rent the Store no. F03, 10x20 ,for almost one month, and they have very good deal, the first month for 1$$ only , they charged me only 1$$,, isn't that great?? The warehouse so clean so organized,, the road it so wide the truck very easy to load and unload ,beside that the locationon on 75 ExHW, resturants and Tom Thumb market near you,, thank you public storage thanks for all your team, thank you Reniga,, thank you Lauvie❤️✨️✨️✨️😊👍👍👍😍

Reniga was super helpful with confirming my reservation and ensuring I was assigned the appropriate unit. She was also very patient with all my questions; I've never put my stuff in storage before and was a little uncomfortable... But she totally put my mind at ease!
This Public Storage is incredibly well-maintained and spotless, as well as very secure. Rental prices are extremely competitive, too. I highly recommend to anyone with storage needs in north Dallas!

Went looking for storage units and I liked this one alot more than the others. It was really clean. Reniga helped me and I just adored her. She was super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely horrible place. Half the time gates are wide open. Some security. Want to move your stuff in and out? Forget it. They dont have carts available. You can walk across the property to borrow one.. but what if you are disabled? They claim people steal them. Thats BS. They have cameras and all access is recorded so they would know who is doing that. Ive had storage in other places and I've never see this. Its absolutely ridiculous. Calls about problems are ignored. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else and save yourself the trouble.

Great place for mice to damage your things. And, for no refund on unit just an amazing experience with some awful management.
