This place is so overpriced. There are cheaper options. Then again, it doesn't really matter where you go. They always jack up the price after a few months.
I wish I could give this place a negative star. I have not had access to my storage for 3 mths. But yet I pay each mth due to bad communication on thier end
Terrible experience with staff wouldn’t recommend this place at all and I’m going to the news station bc they have restricted me from recovering my items although I paid go check Apple Maps for the pics I’m going to upload - I have a credit on my account

I had an extremely ditzy moment and thought I couldn’t open my storage door and the cool lady on duty, I’m sure I’m spelling and saying it wrong, Malika I think, came in and did for me and didn’t make me feel stupid about it lol I feel bad making her come over in all this heat cause I had a very dumb moment but she did that on top of manning the front office! Hope she always works here!

I don't leave many reviews on places but i give credit where credit is due, and this place definitely deserves it. me and my mom have been here over 3 years and the staff has always been very helpful to us, especially the property manager Mrs. Rosa she has always helped us if we needed anything. To her i say " thank you" and would recommend this storage to people but talk to her first she is the one to get stuff done.

This storage facility has very clean storage units and grounds, and a very nice front office with a very friendly, conscientious and helpful manager. I love the climate controlled buildings and the added security of controlled hours, camera systems, double keypad access and double lock availability on the unit. I’ve used this facility for over 4 years and have had no issues whatsoever.
Awesome worker and very helpful
We need to know how a 32ft camper was stolen from this secured gate facility. We need answers and someone needs to be held responsible for this negligence. The worst part is no one is communicating with us about this. I hope they hold some responsibility for this. We pay monthly fees automatically. Our account was closed without our knowledge. I really like to think this storage facility will hold some responsibility and also help us find out who the culprit who stole it.
My RV was stolen from this location.

I am a little late posting this review since the rental of my space, but, Rosa is amazing! Her rockstar customer service went over and beyond exceptional! I was in a rush for a unit and she assisted me from start to finish! I don’t think there was anything left unsaid, she completely answered any and all questions! She should be well recognized for her amazing service! I would give her a 100 stars if I could! She is very personable and makes you feel comfortable to be there!
