My experience at Public Storage has been by far amazing. Alice the property manager is very helpful and courteous. I had a personal issue and she was a blessing in disguise to assist me. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are okay and when I’m on site she’s always making her rounds to make sure the property is tidy. If you ever need a storage space come here because Alice is sweet genuine and a will do all she can to assist her customers.

I recently sent you a review regarding my horrific experience at the location where I have my storage, (Millridge Road and Jones Road, Houston, TX), and I’ve heard back from no one regarding my concerns! I called numerous times and never spoke to anyone about this horrific experience with the onsite manager there. And I will be getting my stuff out and going back to Extra Space Storage, where they have onsite, friendly managers! You all suck!!!!

This is a really clean, safe storage place! They have cameras in every hall, so there isn't anything criminal going on here. The property manager Alyce is very professional, and she finds a unit that works perfectly for your situation. I will say that there are no bathrooms here, so I definitely unload prior to showing. The Storage insurance is $12/month per unit. They give u up to 7 days after due date to pay before they access a late fee. I love how the units are very close to the doors so that way you don't have to do a crazy amount of walking.

THIS PUBLIC STORAGE HAS RODENTS! THIS PUBLIC STORAGE USES AN INSURANCE COMPANY THAT DOES NOT PAY THEIR CLAIMS ORANGE DOOR INSURANCE AND SEDGWICK! MY ITEMS WERE DAMAGED HERE AND I HAVE YET TO BE COMPENSATED. I EMAILED THE SUPERVISOR HERE AT THIS LOCATION AND SHE NEVER RESPONDS AND THE ACTING SUPERVISOR AT THIS LOCATION AFTER MANY CONVERSTATIONS FLIPPED ON ME BECAUSE I ASKED HER "WHY SHE WAS NOT CONCERN THAT HER CUSTOMERS CLAIMS ARE NOT GETTING COVERED! SHE DID NOT WANT TO REACH OUT TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT SHE IS SELLING TO CUSTOMERS! ANYONE SELLING SOME TYPE OF PRODUCT ON BEHALF OF THEIR COMPANY WOULD BE CONCERENED! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Alise was wonderful she does a great job but unfortunately public storage is not, I got a 10x15 and it was suppose to pay $155 but they said I had to pay $15 extra a month for insurance unless i had insurance with my insurance company and I told them I did but they still charged me $15 for about 6.months then it finally went down to $155 for two months plus $30 for a lock that you pretty much have to buy from them, after that they raised it to $208 and now six months later they are raising it to $239 so in less than year they have raised it to more than half of what i was suppose to pay
I called to see if they could do anything and was waiting to talk to somebody for 39 minutes, they finally answered and they said somebody would call me the next day, they never did so I called again and it took forever and this time they sent me to another department so it took even longe but they didn't do anything but they did send me a text that said there was nothing they could do.
I understand if they raise it a bit but two times in a year is ridiculous, I would never recommend this place to anybody.
Oh and they also have rats I had some bags and stuff and they tore them all up and there is rat poop all over my unit I took pictures of all that!
Don't get a unit there!

I have had a storage here for years. Ms. Alyce and her team have been nothing but helpful and amazing. Always kind and professional. This is the place to come if you need storage!
Pathetic is the highest compliment I can muster after this fiasco. Aside from the cleaning lady/clerk Alyce who is as rude as an angry troglodyte, the whole thing is a sham. The district managers are unreachable, they simply do not return phone calls. I was told by customer service my unit was $1 for the 1st month, but instead was charged $89, they force sold me a $30 lock that was broken and had to be drilled out, they claim to have elevators but they don’t, only for furniture so people who can’t climb stairs are stuck. They prorate when you move in to the minute however when you move out 7 days after you paid they keep all your money. Thieves, liars, and scammers who are unprofessional, unqualified and flat out corrupt. May I not forget that the Alyce person doesn’t answer the phone either, maybe that’s because all she does is go outside to smoke and be on her phone. Again, pathetic! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB tomorrow morning.
