Pam is great! Not only is she friendly but she gets her job done! I was moving some stuff in a U-Haul and needed the lock off my storage for it. I was only gone for a few hours but as she was doing her walk throughs she noticed and gave me a call to let me know! I told her the situation and she told me no problem she will keep an eye on it until I got back!

Terrible place. I had auto pay for almost 3 years. I went in once or twice every month or two to add or remove stuff. They cut my lock and sold my stuff. Said there was less then 15% full when I had furniture worth thousands of dollars there. They still charged me and had it effect my credit.
