I had a great experience with Public Storage. The process was very smooth, and the staff was friendly and professional. Vincent, in particular, was extremely helpful and made everything easy to understand. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable storage solutions!

All good except the misleading additional charges. The monthly cost and initial fees are very transparent, and the reservation/payment process is quick and available 24 hours a day. They push their own insurance policy and make you think you have to purchase their insurance, or provide proof of your own. I spent ~30 minutes today getting proof, and when I went to cancel the insurance they give you free for the first month, they actually don't want proof - they just want you to know you should have it and if you don't, your stuff isn't insured. There is also an $19.99 lock fee - if you use their lock, you pay the fee, or you can return it and get the $19.99 credit. Guess what - there's no office to return it to. There is a "put locks in here box", but if you call the number they don't want you to put the lock in there. You have to make an apt to meet someone there to return the lock. How may people do you think go through w/this? Probably no one, therefore they get richer while you get poorer. I give them 3 stars - everything is great beyond the misleading practices.

Clean facility, well managed. Vincent is very helpful and cares about his customers as well as very professional. Will not use any other company going forward for storage needs.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this Location is wonderful. The Manager on site (Vincent) was extremely helpful and compassionate. Kindness goes a long in the world we live in today. He does a wonderful job. Any questions/concerns were promptly dealt with and handled. This location is clean and over all just great. Unfortunately I’ve had to rent a few storages from different companies and this is by far the best. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I have rent here for a month. Can't wait to get my stuff out. Been the worst experience ever. There disrespectful and money hungry. I have multiple units out and they were running a special. It doesn't state anywhere only one space per special. Giving me no time to find another place to rent from they seen my reservation online for 2. Then Come in and it's now all different prices. But I bet after this month we go to another unit. There willing to give the special on 2 units. Sorry public storage u got to do better then this

I have been renting from Public Storage for two years. I have made every monthly payment on early or on time. In a hurry, I accidentally paid my monthly fee with a wrong checking account number and they now have blocked my ability to pay pay my bill with a checking account. While public storage is currently blocking my ability to pay I am acquiring several late fees. I attempted to contact the district manager whom I was told is the only person who can fix this issue. However, she is out of town for a week and nobody will assist me with talking to her boss or someone else. I wouldn’t rent from public storage if the staff is limited in their ability to remedy these types of financial situations, and only one person in the entire company can help. I’ve been offered no help in getting in touch with someone on a corporate level in a satisfactory time frame. I was hoping for some swiftness and grace in resolving this issue considering I’ve been a great tenant for two years. Nobody seems to care or want my payment. They just continue to stack late fees on me and threaten me with auctioning my items in the unit. Vincent, the property manager, has definitely tried to help but ultimately says his hands are tied. I would go elsewhere for your storage needs because you may not be able to resolve financial issues that come up with this company. Getting in touch with someone on a corporate level is like pulling teeth!

I have been in several times gathering info to rent a unit. I have talked with Jeff several times and the wealth of information and customer service has been incredible. Vincent followed up with a phone call when I reserved a unit and he was awesome also. Explained the online vs. in store pricing and how to save some money. These gentlemen are a wonderful asset to your company!! Customer service is so lacking these days but y’all “knocked it out of the park!”

Very happy with the service and experience getting my company set up with this facility. Candy was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had the units we needed. The facility is also very clean.

Charge late fees when their own system was not working properly. Said they would wave the fee, yet are still asking me to pay it.

I’ve been storing my items here for about 6 months. I’ve had no issues and everything has always been clean. Today Leslie assisted me in the office with transferring my unit to a smaller one. She was of great help & very friendly. Thank you Leslie!

As I cleaned out my brother’s stuff from his storage facility today, I could not get over the overwhelming moisture and heat in the air at this facility. For my family members having to pay nearly $300 a month, this is nowhere near the climate controlled storage that a reasonable person would expect it to be. We were there for 4 hours today clearing out his unit, with stuff that had only been there for less than 2 years, and I couldn’t get over the fact that pretty much all the wood furniture had developed mold on it. The air conditioning never kicked in once while we were there. The temperature outside barely broke 83 degrees and I can’t even imagine what damage will happen to this stuff over the impending summer months. We will be pursuing other storage options.

Great service and very professional! I arrived and unfortunately I need the lock drilled out due to not have the right key and it being over a year since I’ve been here. The site manager helped me out and was very courteous.

As a household mover, I dealt with loads of storage facilities and this location for Public Storage is phenomenal!! Their cleanliness is surpassed only by their staff’s professionalism. Kudos to Cristina…..she was and is extremely helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. Go check them out!

Candy you were on point my experience has been easy going fun and I don't have worry over the Christmas presents that requires a storage to hide from the kids. Christina (facility manager) is very helpful and courteous! Her property was always clean and well maintained. It's a great location (right next to automotive repair, a grocery store, and thrift store), so you can plan other things while in the area!

Delaware location in Beaumont is Secure, climate controlled storage. Super clean facility. Convenient location. Easy access with the app. Top notch customer service, and friendly attitude from Christina in helping me settle on what size I needed. She was very patient and eager to help. My only complaint keeping me from leaving 5 stars, is the space was advertised as 5x10 but in reality is actually 4x9.5.

Excellent storage facility. It's extremely clean and appears to be safe. The manager and assistant manager are willing to do whatever they can to give excellent customer service.

Fantastic storage unit! Very clean with easy door and elevator access through phone app. I was a little confused on how to open my unit but the very helpful Christina at the front desk walked with me to my unit and showed me how to open it. Turns out, I was at the wrong unit! 🙄 Silly me! Very happy to know that my stuff is safe and secure on the second floor of this excellent facility! Highly recommend.

Went to purchase a storage and The Manager Christina was so very polite and informative. She had so much patience and exceeded my expectations. The place is very neat and welcoming the storage unit is big and the height is very hard to find. I recommend this storage unit to everyone to try it out.
