Sherea was fantastic in a pinch! I'd ordered a smaller unit, then realized I needed a larger one as I was arriving at the storage facility. I wasn't able to resolve my upgrade online and was stressed as I was paying the movers by the hour and this was causing a delay. Sherea did everything she could and helped me get into the right space immediately! And managed my refund so I wasn't overcharged for the new space.

No one is ever in the location. If during lunch at least a sign needs to be on the door. I have stopped by at 3 different times and the door is always locked and no one is ever there.

Sherea is the best I showed up right before close and she still happily helpped out.
Decent climate controlled units at a good price. Only thing is try and get yourself a unit on the first floor because it is a pain in the butt having to type in like a 10 digit code every single time you want to get on the elevator. Also I was unaware they close at 6:00 p.m. one night and nobody came around to tell me they were closing they just locked the gate and I was locked inside the freaking parking area of the public storage unit for like 6 hours. Finally got somebody on the little microphone push button thing and instead of just letting me out first he reprimanded me and told me that I was breaking their rules like I was trying to spend the night there or something. Then the next day I get a call from the manager explaining to me that I broke policy and that that was my first warning and if it happens two more times they will terminate my contract. Lmao
They’re Crooks! I sat autopay and had a $89 monthly rate with them starting at May. I found out this weekend that they already charged me $124 for October, And they’re claiming another $124 for this month. Not a single email notification of this Change!! They just decided on their own to break the deal and reach their hands into my pocket and charge me the increase! When I called they said we mailed you. I didn’t receive any mail from them! And since they have my email and my phone number, On which they txted me that I’m passed due on for new rate $124. Them why not email or txt me a notification about the foundation of this deal?!
Bcos they crooks! They just want any excuse and a tiny window to rip a hark working man off. Never again those crooks. They put me in satiation where I immediately decided to move out and on my own I moved all my stiff the very next day i found out. Physical exhaustion and stress. I moved the 3 pieces sectional couch, Washer and dryer and a ton of other stuff all by myself. Thats what they did. and guess what? They expect me to pay for the month of November $124! I will declare bankrupt and never pay them a dime if i have to.

Sherea at 10100 IH-35 was so helpful with my lack of knowledge on storages she made the process smooth and effortless thks girl.
The lady sherea, was unprofessional towards me and acted very childish over the phone while trying to get an understanding for my storage unit. Sherea tried over charging me for my storage unit and called my phone with an attitude. This employee is very ghetto acted. I would never recommend anyone doing business or renting from her period.

I desperately need a Unit Manager to be here at the physical location or to at least answer the phone to assist me but there's no one here and the phone goes to voicemail every time. The office supposedly opens at 9:30a but there's no one here and it was 10:30a when I got here. What is the point of the hours or the curfew if no one is ever here anyway? I just really need to get into my unit.

Awesome at this location but the lady at the store down the street at the 700 location was really negative. I guess she was having a bad day. At this location the lady was awesome and she had a great attitude. I wouldn't mind dealing with her every day. Avoid the 700 I-35 location.
