Came in today and Cindy was wonderful and very helpful. very satisfied with her customer service! She explained it all to me; and she was very patient with me. I’m getting older and she didn’t mind my questions at all. thank you Mrs Cindy!!

Now that they are under new management, they have gone app on lint, and do not maintain the property at all, as well as have decreased the amount of time you have to access your unit. Horrible customer service and ridiculous pricing leads to the one star rating, Buyer beware!

As I was leaving a morbidly obese racist shouts "Your Billy Ray Cyrus." Which I can only assume was a racist remark as being white is the only thing Mr. Cyrus and I have in common and I was the only white person that had been on the property in the last 8 hours. And then he says dont hit my "bike" which I think he was referring to the little girl scooter in the middle of the corridor. The same type my daughter rides. But if you need meth this is a great place to go as they deal right out of the units. I wouldnt go after dark however.

Elizabeth is a storage goddess who helped me feel so welcome, understood and exited about using this facility. Full of information and warm smiles, Elizabeth makes this location a happy place to store my chaos.

I rented a unit everything was good, UNTIL, I went to get into my unit at night and I noticed, homeless people wandering the property! Not a good area to store things!

If you are going to buy in at auction unit B-05 has USED CLOTHING From Walmart AND various USED Clothing Stores! What's in that unit is only worth about 35$ If Even So Consider This If Your Going To Buy That Unit And Try To Sell Clothing!

I don't even know where to start, honestly at first I was certainly hesitant due to the location being that this particular area isn't the best with quite a bit of crime. However, this place has gone above and beyond to help me and my fiancé because if this was any other storage place and trust me i know from experience that if you are late they are quick to lock you out and then your unit and then bye bye to all of your property. ELENA, more specifically has made this place feel like we don't have to look over our shoulder when we lock our unit at night like other places we have been in the passed sadly enough. It's refreshing to walk in and have someone recognize you and know your first name even though in the beginning she had only seen us once. So I can't stress enough we were thinking about changing locations with everything we have been going thru but because of HER we will be staying here for as long as we are in texas. Thank you again.

I like having 24 hour access to my storage unit. The manager takes great care of the property, and is very consistent with their rules!

Clean storage units

went in to rent a unit and left with a 10 x 16 with first months rent free. they ate not like other places who say its free and then charge you so many extra fees it doesn't amount to much. I paid $54 total: $20 for admin fee" $14 for lock and $10 for moving paper to wrap glass, etc 24 hour access is also a big plus

They keep the outside cleared of litter. The 24 hour access is one of the few in Austin; I use it often. There are lights inside the units, which is helpful.
