My first month my storage unit got broken into. Bunch of stuff stolen, no help from Public Storage. The insurance they push on you is pointless and more of a hassle. Looks like I had over $6k of items stolen and there isn’t anything that can be done about it.
I specifically paid more for this storage unit because it was advertised as a safer place but it’s not. I found out there’s been multiple other break ins here recently. Cameras are not everywhere so thieves can easily go around the areas where the cameras are and not get caught.
If you want your stuff to be safe then don’t store your stuff here.

They keep raising the storage unit rent way too much!! It’s a nice facility for a month or two, but if you want it longer, you will keep paying higher rent. They don’t care at all about existing customers and only offer discounts for brand new customers. So disappointing. They need to work with existing customers.
I've never had a problem getting in or with the elevators or lack of carts. It's a nice modern facility in a safe area, and access to each floor is controlled via the elevators to make sure you belong there. Climate control is good. My only problem is with occasional price hikes, though it's been quite a few months since they last raised the price for me.
AVOID - Originally rented here when it was a different company, then Public Storage bought them out.
HUGE price hikes, and they just announced another one of around 25% (not 4 or 5 %, around 25%)!
NO customer service anymore. Nobody on property, one elevator is ALWAYS broken, one door ALWAYS broken, people "living" in some units, and rarely ever ANY carts available (used to be plenty, but now they're all missing, all the time).
I have NEVER had a good experience with Public Storage, and would never have rented here had I known they were going to buy the location. They have one of the WORST reputations in the industry, and for very good reasons.
Moving out ASAP, and I suggest anyone looking for storage to just go a half mile down the road to one of the other places (avoid if at all possible).
Access Doors are broken many times and unable to access. Just spent 45 minutes trying to get in. Phone number goes to a call center in the Philippines. They were unable to call anyone here in the US. They had to leave messages. We have had theft of our property from an adjacent storage unit, they unscrewed to flat bar at the top and stole our Bike. Manager said he knew who did it, but they were unwilling to help us. Beware of this property. if I could give it a negative number I would.
Either the door or elevator is going to be broken. Price keeps going up every couple of months. No one is ever at the office. Timer limit on the lights is ridiculous. Won't even partially refund you after you move out. Absolutely hate this place.
REALLY gone downhill since Public Storage took over. Rarely do both elevators work, there are NO carts any more (all stolen or left in people's units), and NEVER anyone on property to help with issues any more! All "self service" with nothing getting fixed. AND prices have skyrocketed every chance they get! Prices go up, service goes down. Very typical for Public in many locations. Never would have rented here had I known they would be buying it out, as they have a long track record of this kind of poor service/high pricing...
There are plenty of storage places up here, so do yourself a favor and shop around. Even if you get in here cheap, the rate will jump a LOT very shortly, and good luck moving your stuff in or out, especially if on the 2nd or 3rd floors...
The price is good and that's about it. There is no on-site property manager. The property manager does not call you back. He won't show up when you schedule a meeting either. When you call to complain, no one calls you back. There are only 2 carts for the whole building. It took 5 days for the door to be repaired. They mention 24 hr video surveillance, but they weren't able to tell me who tried to break into my unit. Soooo buyer beware.
Can never go wrong when looking for storage. Clean facilities and easy to maneuver / access.

I walked into this Public Storage facility where I have been a client multiple times and I was happy to see how professional and patient Brandon is; he was dealing with a very difficult person on the phone and managed to stay calm while I was going nuts listening to the person on the phone just being completely clueless of what Brandon kept explaining over and over.... Brandon managed to get off the phone and still greeted me with a smile as if he just didn't have a client on the phone pushing all of his buttons! Thank you Brandon for letting us customers know you care!

Brandon is always super helpful, even when dealing with obstacles at this location. Someone renting a unit apparently broke the entrance door a few days ago and the remaining entrance door was broken last night. I was having a hard time moving something out because the door has to be propped open. It’s not fully open, but Brandon helped me!!

I have always used Public Storage for my storage needs. NEVER have i dealt with a location this bad. I came in and made a payment on June 16, 2023 at 10:51am for $21.64 to have my locks changed as i lost my keys. I was told by Brandon that their locksmith would be in on June 20th or June 21st and i would get a call that day to get new keys. After a whole week of calling, now on July 3rd i finally get through to someone in the office and they tried telling me that they do not have a record of me filling the paper out or making a payment. I work for a law firm, i have seen a lot of crazy messes but this is extremely unprofessional and quite outrageous. Looks like i will be switching locations as this one has no regards to the importance of communication and organization.

Well as you can tell from the reviews, WE all love Brandon. I have had storage units my entire life and have never new that name of the attendant working at them. First off the facility is always clean and in great shape. Plenty of parking and carts. Back to Brandon. He knows his customers and is always helpful and nice. He takes time out of his day to make sure his customers are happy.

The rate went up with one month notice. No one is ever at the front desk or answer the phone. They moved the carts inside the office. I kept knocking. No one. Had to move all these boxes to my unit one by one. Really frustrating.

The last time I had to get a storage the experience was horrible. From the location, the people that worked in that to the actual unit itself. I told him about my previous experience with storage units and he assure me that this time will be different. He was 100% right. I reserved and paid for a unit online. When I went to the office about an hour later, Brandon told me my unit was ready - lock, key and all. Very easy rental process. And Brandon was great to work with. You can tell he takes pride in his work - he was so nice, helpful and on top of things. The building was super clean. Brandon is the rare person these days who actually works hard and CARES about his work.

He showed us the unit and even stuck around to make sure there weren’t any issues even though it was well past closing. He called back the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. Very clean and safe, and there are cameras everywhere. The only concern is that they almost never have anyone in the office but I guess everyone is short-staff right now

Brandon is always friendly and polite every time we are there. Lovely meeting him and chatting while our accounts got set up and he was always helpful every time we stopped by. He always gave great customer service and he’s so personable. He’s well mannered and very professional too. This place is very clean and maintained.
