I had this storage over the summer since I was moving apartments. I have never had a storage unit before, so I was concerned about the process. Nikki helped me out and she slayed. Whatever she gets paid isn't enough. I had no major issues here it was just annoying to open the doors with the app and there were spiders in my unit which is to be expected. It was also pretty cheap too so that was good I saw some units going for 200 per month which was out of my budget.
NIKKI AND WIL WAS SO AWESOME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL.
The staff here is amazing. Nikki & Ziada were helpful & worked diligently to get the light over my storage unit replaced. They have helped search for the cart when it wasn’t left in the appropriate place. Grateful for Nikki seeing my glasses & holding them for me n til I could get back to the unit!

This facility is so nice and clean. I visited different facilities before coming here and immediately felt comfortable. It’s secure and clean. Also I met Zaida, the staff member at the facility. Super incredible lady- very friendly and helpful! 10/10 for a very smooth and fantastic process overall.

I have had this unit for about five months now and inside the building there is a horrific smell like dirty old cigarettes smell. Also, while walking around, I’ve seen multiple dead roaches outside the units And living ones inside of mine, this is not coming from me because everything I put in my unit is brand new from the store so this is an ongoing pest issue that they have that is now affecting my property. It is disgusting and I will be moving my property as soon as possible. Do not rent a storage here if you don’t like roaches
I recently rented a storage unit and had a fantastic experience. The facility is clean, secure, and easily accessible. Emilio, the staff member who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and professional. He answered all my questions, provided a thorough tour of the units, and ensured I got the best deal for my needs. I highly recommend this storage facility, especially if you get the chance to work with Emilio!

I've had a good overall experience at the public storage on Victor St. It's generally clean and well kept. There were a couple of storage units broken into last year, including the unit next to me. My understanding is that this happens occasionally at storage facilities and it is the reason for having insurance. I talked to the manager after this happened and he said they were able to catch the folks who did it. The gate has also been broken a few times for more than a week. It was concerning, but eventually remedied. 4 stars for Public Storage!
Initially, I would have said I had the most amazing experience renting a unit with public storage. However, a month goes by and two things really caught my eye with them. One, the female employee isn’t friendly. At all. Two, the manager is 0 help if you happen to lose your key. Hopefully, if you’re ready this the odds are better in your favor
Keith and Elizabeth are extremely helpful. They got us set up in two units and have immediately helped us with any issues we have had. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

Have been renting for 2 mos. Came today on Tuesday, 5/30 at 10am and the gate system is out, no employees on site, multiple other customers waiting to gain entry. Nobody answering phone. What’s going on?!

The staff here is very helpful. The storage units are clean and well maintained. Cynthia got all my questions answered and was very friendly.
Nacaria is very professional and nice. She answered all of my questions in a professional way. She is also pretty nice. For example, she showed me how to enter my storage unit from outside and use the lock patiently. One time, I was unsure whether I locked my door, she was willing to take a look for me, which avoided me from driving back to my storage unit again. What is more, when my phone was out of battery once, she worried about it and provided me a charger.
Tamala made the move-in process quick and smooth. The storage facility is clean and ready for us. Overall great experience.
The guy who was working on 4/2/23 lied to me about giving me a refund for almost $66 dollars for a storage unit I closed out . Never got that amount and was just told today that he didn’t even have the authority in the first place to even offer anything like that.

Breanna Was Wonderful
Since this location opened they have had an automatic gate which is positioned in such a way that it regularly damages parked vehicles when the gate opens. My vehicle has had a hole in its bumper for several months due to this gate.
When the incident happened, the representative in the office took my information and told me I was at least the sixth car that has been damaged in this way in only a few months. She said management refuses to fix the gate problem. The employees offered to park her car in the offending parking space to prevent additional customer vehicle damage, but management told her she wasn't allowed to park in the space.
After having waited several months, and after being told the damage would be taken care of, I was informed today that Public Storage is refusing to fix my car. I'm likely out a large deductible if I file a personal claim (they have no incentive to work with my insurance company) and therefore I'm stuck with the option of a hole in my car or a hole in my wallet. Safe to assume at least a half dozen other paying customers are in the same boat.
So the management here clearly don't give two shakes about their customers. I was going to rent a second unit today, but I'll be cancelling that. Do you expect these guys to treat you with respect when they knowingly let customer after customer have their property damaged? I think not. I suggest renting from one of their many competitors, as I'll be recommending others do as well. Corporate is welcome to reach out to me anytime they feel like making this right.

Great experience so far. Booked my move-in online and the property manager, Cynthia was quick to call me to welcome me and provide any additional information. When I arrived, she showed me to my unit and informed me of everything I would need to know. She also called me the next day to make sure everything went smoothly with my move-in. She is super kind and knowledgeable and made me very comfortable with my choice of facility.

Reason why I moved out was because it didn’t seem climate controlled for the price I was paying. Every time I went to storage it was warm on a warm day outside. ONLY positive is the staff. Always friendly!! Willing to help especially Cynthia. She swept out my dirty unit when I asked to use a broom to clean it.

The reasons I didn’t give 5 stars are because:
- They push their “Orange Door” insurance a bit too hard. I had to come back a couple of times so I wouldn’t be charged for it.
- You have to buy their lock because the doors they use won’t work with any other locks… convenient for them.
- There are no trash cans anywhere.
Otherwise, their staff (like Cynthia) is courteous, office hours are pretty good and prices are competitive. Although, they have increased prices SIGNIFICANTLY after signing me up. If they keep doing so I will reduce my star rating to 3.

didnt pay it in like 2 months they already bolted thru the lock an put our stuff up in auction! 😮💨 it seemed like we talk but no true cooperation came close on there end! crazy stuff if you ask me thats all I gotta say.. you can definitely find better places for way cheaper, an it seems they dont let up, I also gotta pay for a whole lock.. all in all.. its a place thats held our stuff untill some point I cross paths w another storage unit, they do what they gotta do, *cough* penny pinchin’, nvm I rated it a 3 at first but now its going down to 2! 🗣
