A few days ago I had a horrible 1st move in experience. My unit's on the 3rd floor & the elevator was out of service. Due to already having a truckload of items, my partner & I decided to lug the lighter items to & fro the stairs to the 3rd floor. We had to return home w/ the heavier bins & unload it again. I gave my unhappy review. PS responded to my frustration & apologized for the inconvenience & gave me credit for the future payments. Elevator was fixed immediately. I appreciate PS' immediate assistance & was very helpful. Thank you Ms.Nan for ALL your help!

Shanna explicitly asked me to leave a review so here it is. On their website it states you can use your own lock and get $20 back from the bill. Turns out you need a specific lock only used at Public Storage. Then at checkout the notice stated "keep your lock since you paid for it". I don't have much of a use for a special lock. Shanna did give me a refund for it but joked about giving a review since she was refunding me the lock cost. So here's that review. You should be more transparent about costs and locks used on the property. Have a great day!
Shanna is very helpful and friendly and provides excellent customer service. I've done business with this facility multiple times over the years and my experience is always perfect. The facility is clean, well kept, safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in the market for a storage unit.

She keeps the property very well maintained, and her people skills are excellent, she is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable about the products and services Public Storage has to offer. I came here to rent a space because Shanna was so amazing the last time. Shanna was off the day I went in but, fortunately, Judy was there. She was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. When I needed to "wash my hands" and she cheerfully took me there to make sure I got in. We went to look at my unit, which was located inside. I recently sold my home so had a lot of stuff, but there was a 4-wheel dolly to use. I really couldn't have been more pleased with the service. I highly recommend this place as the other posted reviews would attest. The whole place both inside and out just looked spotless and "Clean" which is why I am posting this review.
Tarah was very helpful with explaining the rate increases as well as offer different options on what I could do to reduce my bill. She was friendly and polite will definitely look forward to doing business with her in the future. Thanks tarah.

Great place! The online rental was super easy! I had an issue with my payment but the answered quickly and resolved my issues. They have me a gate code and y in the unit. Everything was simple and super fast! Entire process took less than an hour!

I needed a place to store my things close to where i lived and this was the perfect place. Shanna was very helpful with finding the right size unit that wasn't too small or too large. She answered all my questions and a few i didn't know i had. The space was clean and well maintained and secure. Someone is always either in the office or roaming around during business hours. The price is set at a reasonable price and not astronomically high like other places. I feel comfortable leaving my stuff here for an extended period of time.
