Update: came to my unit today to find a rat on the outside and a dead rat in the inside of my unit!
Experience here started off rocky. Had issues with the numeric code and needed another “climate” control storage ASAP. So, for the first month, I was paying for TWO storages because personnel wouldn’t answer their phones. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back. Things started to run more smoothly after I moved in. The storage unit was in great condition and it was very clean. I went a month or so without visiting. I come back and there is ants at the walk in door. The hallways leading to my unit is very nasty. I recently moved my TV’s out as it no longer felt like “climate” controlled. And, lastly the straw that broke the camel’s back was the unit right across from me recently moved out. I go to visit my storage unit one morning getting off of work, and there is all sorts of candy wrapper papers and food wrappers in that unit. I also seen a very large rat and I am not rodent friendly! I called right way and of course, no one answered. Idk if this place is under worse management or not. But, with the help of my boyfriend, I will be moving into another storage space at a different location.
I had made a reservation online. I had a problem accessing it when I went to public storage. But when I showed up, Aixa (customer service rep) she was able to help me out. She did a wonderful job, fast and easy. Paid for the unit and was ready to go. Thank you Aixa!
I paid for a unit that was canceled without me knowing. I cashed customer service and they weren’t able to give me any answers. It was frustrating because I was on hold for more that 30min and I had to explain the reason for my call just for them to say that they couldn’t assist me any further. My location had a kiosk that wasn’t helpful at all. Really bad business😫 I will not rent from public storage again and I do not recommend this business to anyone. I rented a unit off of Pioneer Prkwy in Arlington TX

They will not let you get your vehicle out of storage even if you are 1 minute past 9:00pm. Calling and explaining that you are stranded without your car won't make a difference. Recently they added a bunch of rules that make the customers life miserable and increased the price. Must be new hires from university thinking themselves innovative but only gonna lose the company customers and money. Soon as I find a different storage facility I'm out of here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Problems right from the beginning, no manager on site, gave me a unit already occupied. Now my billing is screwed up! A nightmare and I haven’t even used it!
I've had my storage here for about 5 and a half years and it seems like my storage price just keeps going up! I started at 89 dollars a month (with Insurance) it's now 200 a month... These prices are CRAZY!!!
My second issue is that my unit was broken into!!!! I'm currently at Public Storage off of Pioneer Parkway and there's no management here... Hell there's not even a employee to ask for help.
Even PUBLIC STORAGE'S corporate office can't find this guy, I've been on the phone for 31 minutes... They've called the district manager the property manager, in four other property managers and funny story not a single person picked up the phone.
They do not care that your stuff has been vandalized or stolen and there's no one to even complain to. We're paying for security and not really getting it. This is been a gigantic waste of my precious time!!!! Now I'm waiting for anybody to show up to show me what I'm supposed to do, IE call the police or CONTINUE TO WAIT as public storage frantically keeps calling all of their store managers to get somebody to this property.
If I was you I would not rent a unit here!!!

It’s been a great experience I booked a rental at the wrong location but I went to right one which is this one, and Alxia knowing the fact that I was at the wrong location she helped me very pleasantly and got me place to park my R.V.

No customer service. My storage place has water going inside every time it rains. I've been trying to get in contact with someone, and no luck. Can't forget about rats everywhere.

Reserving my unit was super easy and I got the app which made the gate access simple and contactless. I wish the gates had longer operating hours atleast til 10pm. Also, hope my rates don’t rise within the first 90 days.

The worse, please stay away from this place. I rented it since August of 2019... Price went up three times and I didnt even care, it kept coming out of my account monthly. I hadnt gone in about 2-3 months because I’m not in the area, I went recently to discover that the units in front of mine caught on fire and they knocked them down... Unpredictable situation, I do wish as a courtesy they would’ve sent an email to the ppl with units nearby. Unfortunately my unit is now infested with rats. It was soooo disgusting. My furniture is now ruined, which is why insurance is in place. But I called and spoke to Kelly, she simply read the “we ask you to have insurance...” I get that that’s why I have it. She had ZERO empathy and sarcastically laughed when I explained my frustration. NEVER did I ask for them to cover my property, but their responsibility is to keep a “clean facility” so when units catch on fire and they create a mess by knocking down units, it created a domino effect to affect my unit. I feel I shouldnt be responsible for a month or two of the space while I get my stuff out. She gave me a 1800 number to contact, they said someone else would reach out to me, and no one ever did. They don’t care about anything but taking your money so STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE.
